I always store my car with them during the winter or when I need to go overseas. I never had any issues. Employees are very professional and cordial. They have a very cute little office, no more trailer! That’s great!

Doug was great, very helpful since beginning. Only needed 3 months for my bike. Easy to use, area was clean, security cameras and all that you need to feel your things are safe. Will use them again next year and will tell friends about these guys.

These are the only straight shooters in Fairfield County - they will work with you to make sure they REALLY giving you a good deal - none of that fooling you with the small print. I also like that I can drive up to my unit and on my second unit even though it is inside it is close to the door and they have a cart there always. Very, very nice people running the place also.

They have very convenient locations with U-Haul and affordable rates. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the unit was a perfect size and very clean... I definitely recommend!

This self storage place has three locations and my official paperwork on my unit had the wrong address for my unit. When I got to my unit I found out the unit I was given was already assigned to someone else so I Was reassigned to a new unit. That whole process took about an hour and $100 dollars for the movers I was paying to transport my things. After I moved out they didnt close my account so I stayed on auto pay for the next month and my credit card was billed for the unit I had closed. Two days after I called and they credited my account, I received a late notice that I had not paid for the month and would be charged a late fee. The woman gave a lot of sass but the guy was always apologetic and helpful when I called with my complaints. Overall, it doesnt matter how nice they were when I had complaints since there were too many instances of disorganization. This company took up too much of my time.
