Bart and Ed are two of the most experienced and helpful people I have ever dealt with. They were both very eager to help me discover solutions for my moving problems. They provided very clear communication about what to expect when using their facility, and they offered all of their resources to make my life a bit easier. I don’t even know where to start! These men helped me at a time where I was so beyond stressed and they were literally my guardian angels. Not only did they call me after I reserved my unit online to confirm, but they made sure I knew ALL my options to get the biggest bang for my buck. I was able to use the free moving van which took LOADS of stress off my plate because I didn’t know how I was going to move without a large truck/van, and they also worked with me and my ever changing schedule that week. To say that they went above and beyond would be a disrespect to them because they literally changed the whole mood around a very stressful and crazy time in my life. The facility is super clean and organized also which made me feel super comfortable storing my things. Honestly would recommend ten out of ten. Amazing humans doing amazing work. A pleasure working with them and it makes me feel great knowing I’m supporting people who are so genuine and kind. If you’re looking for storage, you can NOT go wrong with this location. 100 stars.

Both Ed and Bart made the process very easy. We were able to see the unit before renting it to make sure the size fit our needs. We recently adopted a rescue dog with anxiety. They allowed us to bring her inside with us. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I had used this facility previously when it was Westy and liked the facility, so when I needed storage again, I came back and Im glad I did. Evelyn helped me and was wonderful. The process was quick and she was good people right from the start. Im glad to be back.

I needed some extra storage for files and miscellaneous things from my small office. I started with a phone call the toll free number and the customer service rep could not of been more helpful. There was only one storage unit available in the small size that I wanted and she put it on hold for me without even a deposit. I went over to the facility on Kenosia Rd. in Danbury and Evelyn the manager and Bart who works there werre so very helpful. Bart showed me both sizes of storage room that I was interested in. Later in the day I decided on my room, called and set everything up. The transaction was transparent and seemless and the facility is clean, and cared for . There are many carts available to bring my things in, and of course out. Very happy with this experience and I recommend highly

We have moved 6 times in the last 8 years. This specific location has eased our transitions with both long term and short term storage for about 4 years worth of storage. I absolutely give them 5 stars !I have helped many other people with their moves and their use of other storage facilities. I’ve seen what they look like, how they work. There are good reasons why I always come back here! Here’s why:1 *****The folks in corporate and on site have all been professional, helpful, friendly, and have helped us plan each deposit or retrieval.2 *****The contracting and billing have been (almost) flawless and the on-site folks have been able to resolve any questions quickly and fairly. It’s an honest operation.3 *****The facility is clean, spacious, well lit and temperature controlled. The property is secured so only customers can get in; your personal security code allows you entry almost anytime.4 *****You unload into or load outbound from a large open space in the building — so helpful on both hot and rainy days!5 *****They provide large, smooth-rolling carts for you to take your “stuff” to / from your unit in a logical sequence for putting into storage or into your vehicle when you leave. The elevator is huge and the hallways are wide so it’s easy to move a lot in with each trip, even without professional strength movers.

Had the most impeccable experience today with Evelyn, the new manager of this Danbury location. Her customer service was the best I have experienced with Life Storgae thus far, after numerous less than stellar experiences with the previous employees at this location. She answered all my questions clearly and helped me coordinate the best unit for my needs. She went above and beyond helping me understand the various options available and coordinate being on the waitlist for a particular size unit.Cant emphasize enough how wonderful she was to work with, a stark contrast to previous employees who seemed disinterested and often gave us incorrect information. She is the gold standard in customer service, a true gem to interact with. Evelyn, if you see this - thank you for everything and look forward to interacting with you again!

Thank you Life Storage. We just moved into a 5x15 space that works perfectly for our transition / downsize. The space is the perfect size, clean, warm, and well lit. The facility is well maintained. Nick, the associate manager, walked us through each step with answers to all of our questions, patience, and a smile. He even laughed at my husband’s many attempts at humor. And after comparison shopping, the price can’t be beat. This was a very smooth and pleasant experience. We highly recommend Nick and Life Storage!

I first spoke to Nick Rinaldi last week inquiring and comparing storage units priced and spaces offeted. I chose them because Nick was polite and very accomadating. I am hearing impaired /deaf and he was very patient with me. He had to repeat himself several times ut didnt seem to be frustrated with me at all. I was also not in a good frame of mind as I was in a pressure situation to leave my home and find storage quickly. He was sympathetic and kind. All in all the service was outstanding, informative and very reasonable in feel price.I like I made a new friend. I would recommend this facility to anyone and if they offered 10 stars I would give them that.

This is a wonderful facility that came highly recommended to me and did not disappoint. It is well designed, neat, clean and climate controlled. Large elevators with rolling carts always accessible. I recommend the 4th floor spaces with ease of access and wide hallways. The gated entry and security is excellent and I always feel comfortable visiting. The reason they have a high rating is because they ask you to review them when you go to sign up and give you some discount. The manager is very rude and least helpful. The place is good and most other members are professional, but the manager that you run into the most is THE worst.
