They could actually care less about customer service. I counted one cashier besides the two self-service sections open. God help you if you need customer service theres only one person in there and at least six to seven people in line in any one time. A question while youre out in the store forget about it. Sam Walton built his reputation on customer service. I bet even he wouldnt shop here anymore

This walmart uses paper and only had 4 self check out lines. If only 4 self check out please open more lines. Really nice people

Nope. Just order from The website or go to target or save your money. Always an inventory issue. Nothing is ever the listed price. Staff is surly at best. Parking lot is a giant annoyance. Better than the Saugus location.

Kind of a small Walmart compared to some but still found everything I needed they could have added a couple more cashiers to the checkout lines due to the business at this time but its all good.

I was walking into Walmart and came across a gentleman named Jason who was collecting carriages. He asked me how I was doing and just that nice little greeting turned into a great 10 minute conversation. He was such a nice guy who told me how much he loves his job. He also loves to paint. The world needs a lot more Jasons. So thank you for great talk Jason. Hopefully our paths will cross again

This is the best Walmart. Super clean and always stocked with the best stuff. Customer service is always excellent and self checkout line is usually very quick. I love wal mart and especially this one

Needs more variety. Theres alot of drinks but not alot of snacks. Plus its a bit shady at night.

Has everything you need at low prices. On main street n near 4 different highways. Clean n organize. Order n pick ups. Wheelchairs n other medical equipment can use. Good customer service. Big n clean bathrooms.

Customer service is terrible here. And Im not that picky. Had a customer service rep answer the phone. We told him our issue and he connected us to customer service. 14 minutes of ringing and nothing. The stores not that busy that they cant answer

Its Walmart... what can you say. They pretty much have most anything youll need, but they were low on quantities this particular day.

Everything is great but the deserts they serve sucks. I tried to buy some of them but they expired. Disappointing 😞😞😞u need to pay more attention to the dates or someone could get sick and u would have a lawsuit on ur hands.

Pharmacy is great! Marcos helped us and was incredibly helpful and patient. Even their prices were as exceptional as they are he makes it worth using their services.

Wallmart used to bea great place to shop for many needs but those days are gone. Since the pandemic they have not hired cashiers to check out customers and while they have at least 12 registers only 2 of them have someone working at them and now we have long lines in 1 or 2 registers and long lines at self checkout. Totally ashamed with how customers are treated now as even one item to buy means so much waiting just to check it out yours. Shame on the Billionaires that own this business, to you I say booo..shame.

Still had plenty of christmas stuff and the artificial trees were very reasonable. Cant wait to set ours up

Walmart i they are very good in todays world.

Pro: Bathrooms are always clean which has been super important during the pandemic.Con: I wish theyd get rid of the little island at the traffic lights because theres constantly panhandlers there with cardboard signs and it brings down the area.

Some employees are very helpful and others just arent. Place is overall organized and most often clean.

You can get what you want fast in and out.

Not a lot going on for a middle of the day shopping time during mid week. Saw quite a few employees restocking the shelves, and staying busy. Still a good store to shop in. Noticed a few aisles with some empty spaces. Very nice and pleasant lady at the checkout. ( I forgot her name. Sorry).

I picked up a bike at the pickup lanes and the guy was very nice and efficient! Good service!

Prices are good. But your emoyees should know more about the store in general. And if they are having difficulty with Language than they should be in areas that they know & can at least point to when asked a question. This is regarding most of the Walmarts on the Northshore side. I dont mean anything badly by this suggestion, Im thinking more about perspective. Trying to offer useful ideas 💡 and tips 😏. Everything else is great 👍 😀

I thought it was a very good shopping experience especially since I was looking to buy a brand new prepaid phone while very quickly was seen by a customer service rep. who was extremely friendly to help me while actually being quite knowledgeable about each & every product that I asked about so I was very pleased & recommend Walmart at the very least as a great place to go if you want all different types of prepaid phones or accessories. Ive always loved Walmart. I can usually find what I need. Lately prices seem alittle higher and what your looking for isnt always in stock as it once was?

This is a great walmart, they always seem to have a lot of things in stock. I placed a curbside pickup order and they were very nice and brought out my order within a few minutes. Some isles didnt have much stuff and some had plenty depending on what you were looking for. Seemed cleaned. Probably saw a few employees around and not ask me if I needed help when clearly I did. So i just kept looking till i found it on my own. Self checkout is fast. They just watch over you like a hawk lol

Bocellis restaurant located on Main Street in Medford has great food. It has a full service restaurant up satirs and a few tables downstay as well as a function room that holds up to 60 -65 people. The staff is well attentive and knowledgeable.

I like this Walmart in Danvers. Good selection of items. Only negative comment would be, some of the check out people could be a bit friendlier. When a customer says thank you 2 or 3 times, be courteous and say your welcome.

The store wasnt stocked with much of anything, I couldnt even find sidewalk chalk! Maybe its Covid issues again in the world

I was at the Danvers one and of course the Davis one is bigger so it has a lot more then the one in Lynn and Salem.

Why do they have only 2 of the mobility assist scooters . It has been this way for months . justvhadcacrecent hip replacement after a very long covid recovery and it is actually easier to drive all the way to Seabrook to get my shopping done . Although god bless the peeps in pharmacy always friendly and run my scripts outside

Walmart Peabody Ma. Large store, stocked well, except Christmas decorations, hardly none left. 3 stars because as we were checking out at self checkout, instead of reminding us we had something under the carriage, they waited until we were walking out to point it out, the guy literally watched us as we scanned everything, we had 5 large storage bins in our cart and we completely forgot about the bag of kitty litter, yea the guy was giggling about it, me being from New England, shouted at him for not pointing it out as he watched us scan everything, so now back to the line to wait to check out, the woman that overlook the registers did open her register to check us out with the cat litter, she didnt seemed amused at all by the other worker and his tactics.

Very clean organized store, smelled like chemicals maybe they clean frequently. Had everything well stocked, easy to find, not a lot of people for a Friday night. Lots of parking.

I like the one in Lynn Massachusetts Best because they have more to choose from bigger selections. where as the others have a bigger food section. Im in this store every other day its the Best....

Best Walmart around. Self check out a plus. 114 can get busy but there are multiple route options for a fastidious escape. Just have to learn them.
