TOTAL RIP OFF. WATCH FOR THE RESTOCKING FEE THAT THEY CHARGE WHEN YOU PURCHASE! Went here to buy an item for my husband. I returned it the next day because he decided he didnt need it. When i returned it, the girl mentioned the restocking fee. I said that is rediculous i could just put it back on the shelf myself. She said didnt they mention it to you when you purchased it? I said no. Then she said oh he already charged you the restocking fee. I said what? What if i didnt return it i would have paid a resticking fee? She said yes. She called the manager and explained to him that i was not told about the restocking fee and could he refund it. He looked at the receipt and said no its on the receipt. She said its not highlighted. He said well its there. Ah hello... I didnt get the receipt until after i paid. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Couldnt find an airbrush gun at any local hobby places or Walmart, so after going 5 different places... we finally found one. We needed one cheap and today. So it was just what we needed.

Love Harbor Freight! They have really awesome prices on everything! I get a lot of stuff here for repurposing old furniture. I had an impossible time finding a storage container for Tech Deck Skateboards for my Grandson for Christmas and I knew Harbor Freight would have exactly what I needed, and they did! I found 2 perfect storage containers here, now all I have to do is create a transfer design for it! I even found coupons online! Did I say I love Harbor freight?

I was in the store 11/8/2020 in the morning around 9:15 AM. Went in for some tarps on sale & truck stake pocket anchors. Found the anchors OK but no tarps on the shelf. I have always found good service at this store. Today the service was way above, The nice lady that was the only one working the floor was so super nice & help full, I think her name is Lisa. she was nailed with customer requests, She stayed calm & kind to all including me. She went out back to check if the item i was looking for was in the stock room. It was not so i will just go back. If you see this Lisa.Thank You Again for your help !!!

Aisles are a little confusing and signage is just high up enough to not notice. Otherwise prices are really good and staff is friendly!

Shopping was a delight at this location. Very few customers here while the mob scene was across the street at Costco. You get great service at Harbor Freight Tools. The prices are unbeatable. The atmosphere is clean, sanitary, relaxing and comfortable. It was a very positive experience.

Place is great to grab a quick tool...soo many useful items for home, garden, auto repair etc.. save money with the coupons online... the average DIY guy could spend hours looking around and shopping there.. you wont leave empty handed. Thats for sure...

If I was a professional mechanic, carpenter, or any tradesman, I probably wouldnt buy my tools at Harbor Freight. But for a backyard diyer they have a great assortment of tools that hold up just fine for my purposes. And the prices are excellent.

Standard harbor freight, its the tools version of Marshalls. Employees are courteous (in my own anecdotal experience) and knowledge about what they have and where it is. Havent had a bad experience yet

Not impressed with the prices especially with the brands being off not the high end stuff like Milwaukee or DeWalt

Great place first time going into the danvers mass one on route one employees were friendly and helpful. They have everything, so plan on bringing a bunch of money to spend because you will want and find everything you could possibly need and want lol great place to shop.

Harbor Freight is definitely 5 stars (excellent value). This particular store the service is no more than 3 stars, there are lots of staff members walking around, but not one of them would bother to help find an item, or give you a straight answer (they seem a bit lost) and to me thats simply unacceptable. I would visit more often, and spend more money there if the staff had a different attitude.

I have so many tools from here. They are generally considered cheap but the number of tools Ive bought hoping to use once that have lasted years is growing: heat gun, impact wrench, compressor, grinder, etc. The list goes on. Its better than you think!

If youre in need of some new tools or looking for new additions, this is the store to check first, before home depot or lowes, you can get great quality tools for such low prices. Came here in need for a razor blade i needed walked out with so much more things and all under 50 dollars. So I definitely recommend this store. Shout out to the cashier Jose was really helpful and really nice. Looks like I found a new go to store for myself.

Do they have the best tools....no, but if you need something at a decent price and they do what they are supposed to and I have had many of them for many years.

Shelves mostly staked. Some things on coupon list not there. Help that you can find ok. Some seemed as if they didnt wanted to be bothered.

Impressive selection of tools at very reasonable prices. The tools arent contractor grade though, so dont expect premium quality. That being said, not every job requires premium quality.

The staff here is very friendly an knowledgeable about where and ehat their products are. They make finding and buying and or returning so easy and painless. Its a clean store with thousands of different tools for a fraction of the price youd pay at a big box store.

Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to get tools and other supplies they have great stuff at a very reasonable price and every week they give away products which is amazing and its always stuff you could use they carry everything you need as far as tools paint brushes everything and they always have coupons in the mail for money off your entire purchase and coupons for different products free just with purchase which is awesome I really like go to this place for the free gift they give with purchase

If you research their products and ratings you can get great tools for cheap. The store was clean and busy. All the help was friendly. I cant wait to go back.

How can you not love harbor freight?? If you are on a budget and need tools to be used occasionally or on an amateur basis this place is great.Between the coupons and the great prices it is really addictive and yes the quality isnt snap on but im not a paid mechanic.

This is by far one of the best harbor freights I’ve been to I love this store it’s got the best prices and quality items but most places they are too busy to help you this place went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and help me locate it as well they also gave me a military discount and I was very pleased with them!

Most of the people that work there act as if they are doing you a favor. Other wise they sell good cheap tools. Keep in mind you get what you pay for but there are gems to be had..

Needed snap rings for leaf blower and tool, left with kit and tool under $10. Heavy duty nitrile gloves for painting 9mm instead of 3mm for $13. Buy right size as M-L-XL

They have quite an assortment of automotive tools and related equipment.The tools are decent quality suitable for the backyard mechanic as well as the professional.The problem tonight I had was unable to purchase different quarter inch extensions and two quarter inch flexible connectors.To purchase the extensions,or the connectors,I would have to purchase three eights and half inch also,which I dont need.Tool truck like Cornwell,Mac,Snap-on would be my best bet.Possibly Sears.

Decent tools and selection at reasonable prices. If you are a man who needs the latest drill or band saw go elsewhere. I dont so I like Harbor Frieght.

OK tools cheap. Generally the hand tools are fairly good. You get a little more than you pay for with the power tools but read the reviews carefully first. Service is non-existent. It gets 4 star because I would be paying 2x to 3x for the same tools elsewhere.

Wouldnt sell floor model even though it was the one and only ladder they had left but refused to sell it .I said then they should take it off the floor as not to confuse customers as usually everything on floor is for sale very annoying
