73 old widow here. I hired Bath and Company to install a kitchen countertop and paid in full the day of installation.The installers were 4 hours late and didn’t respond to calls. They cut the countertop wrong and didn’t come back for 2 weeks to complete the job. A portion is still unfinished.They denied appliances, gouged the floor moving the stove, reinstalled the stove crooked but refused to align it by leveling the legs. I can wiggle the dishwasher as it isn’t attached. Francisco and a workman apologized but his son Lucas came to my home and tried to bully me.I am taking them to small claims court as they refused in person to complete the job or to compensate me for damages.Francisco Portillo, the fabricator/installer owns both Bath and Company and Worcester Stone and Granite, the company that did the work. That fact was withheld from me and I was tossed back and forth between the two companies as if they were separate entities.All in all a frustrating, time consuming, underhanded house of cards.
