First of all, paint is wonderful, although pricey unless you get it on sale. Both sales people I dealt with were very helpful and courteous.

This is the 2nd major complaint I have for this Scherwin Williams. First, 4 or 5 years ago I left my CC at the store & had no idea that I did that. I cancelled the CC because I did not know where I misplaced it. 6-8 weeks later I returned to this store to make another purchase and the attendant informed me that they forgot to call me and handed me my CC that was left there 2 months ago.Yesterday, I ordered and paid for 6 gallons Duration paint. My painter went to the store this morning to pick it up and drove to Gloucester (30 minutes away) with the wrong box of paint that was giving to him by the employee at the store. They called me and notified me of the mistake and I asked them to make the switch themselves in their own delivery truck but they did not know the schedule or when that could happen. In the meantime, the 4 painters at my house had to drive back to the store to return the incorrect paint and pick up the paint I previously ordered. Needless to say, we are no longer willing to do business at this particular location any longer.

For each of my last two visits I had to go to another Sherwin-Williams store approx. 15-20 miles away to get the stain I needed. So I guess it would be better stocking of the Saugus, MA store.
