They also offer seasonal items (like beach chairs or umbrellas) with very good prices and deals. Fantastic price and quality balance!

Prices are a bit high, but they usually have Bamboo Pillows in stock. Once you try them you cant sleep on anything else. So it is 4 stars just for stocking those.

Fairly easy return experience for mothers day present that failed. Credit went to sons visa account, which is fine. I didnt want or need a store credit.

Employees are very rude. I spent over 400.00 a few weeks ago. The male cashier was so rude. Then again today an elderly female employee rude as heck. Not to mention the store was so hot inside. Thank God most customers were wearing masks. Im done with this store. Taking my business else where.

The staff here is great! I had a few questions about pricing and they were happy to help. I just signed up for an online account, and Marlene at checkout helped me verify it was active. She was very helpful and friendly! I will definitely be coming back!

BB&B still does curbside and in-store pick-up. This is a major convenience for those of us concerned about social distancing. I was helped by Nehemiah for my in-store pick-up; he was superb! I highly recommend this store location for convenience and customer service.

This is was the closes to where I live as the one in Pines Ave closed. But it has everything and easier to get in and out.

Not sure what is happening at this store perhaps it is scheduled to be closed? But it is now dumpy and dirty and very difficult to find items. The store associates used to be very helpful and you could always find someone. It took me about 10 minutes to find someone to help me and when they did it was with a sour face and tone. Very disappointed wont go back. Will just purchase things online.

I brought the tables back to this location, however, and the team made everything a breeze.They were kind & helpful & understanding and helped me process the return and reordered a new set to my home - making sure I got it for the same price as I’d bought the item while on sale and had applied a coupon.Thanks for your great customer support!! The new table set arrived yesterday and wasn’t damaged this time - my living room is finally back together :)

I placed an order this morning at 9:00 a.m. online I got an email within 30 minutes saying my order was ready for pickup I arrived at the store checked in via the email that they sent me and they brought the order out to me to the car curbside pickup. All within 35 minutes had a great experience

This is a nice place but the prices are almost twice what I can get it elsewhere.

Empty, why no stock in store. Went for three items and absolutely nothing. Estimated $700 in lost sales. Down the hill you go.

Prices are good, always good sale and clearance prices, big variety of colors and designs and always have coupons available on line to help you save even more on your purchases.

The gentleman at the register was the sweetest. I was having a rough day and not in the best of moods but by the time I was done with my return he had me smiling. Thank you sir 😊

Grate place to buy house hold things

Store was clean and staff were polite. Seems that there is less stock displayed. Had a gift card for $20.00 and had a hard time spending it.

They sell lost of products for home, send coupons, good discounts.

Pickup order. Pickup line separately from paying customers. 8 customers have been served at waiting and paying line before I could pick up my order. Waiting time 20 minutes. I let the management know that its not acceptable to get a pickup order after 20 minutes. Go at Walmart and take a picture how customers get their pickup orders. Management apologize, but didnt do anything to serve me even staying there in cashiers cage watching the crowd. No more pickup orders at this location, I do wonder if they have a training or policy in place how to serve a pickup customer. Needs training especially management.

Very bad experience with this store. When buying and when trying to return an unused product, they did not want to receive it; or give a store credit. They do not conform to your written policy. The manager told him that he would write a comment, he made a gesture that he did not care

I love this store. You will find different things for your home. Good prices. Use the discounts tickets even their are expired.

It smells good and they are doing a good job with social distancing and cleanliness. The clearance section isnt as good as it used to be but thats to be expected with everyone at home nesting. The one thing thats a bit deceptive is the variety. You see fllor to ceiling walls covered in products but if you really look its the same items in a few different colors. I went looking for sheet sets and I was so disappointed with the selection. All in all still a decent store with the coupons but not a ton of variety.

It was okay. Friendly people, just the $29.99 annual fee for 20% discount all the time was too much work so I finally gave up. Associate was a little confused on how it worked, etc. So I paid full price for my items, less of a headache. Other than that experiance was good.

Theres no beauty department, so no shampoos, make-up, hair dye,etc....

Prices usually high but they send out many 20% off 1 item coupons. You can use more than 1 coupon per purchase, again, 1 coupon per item. They occasionally send a coupon good for 20% off total order. Just signup online or in a store. Sales people are always helpful and happy. If you order an online item from the store they ship to you for free, no minimum.

Oh yeah, I love Bed Bath & Beyond. A lady who works there talked me into signing up for their online coupon. It paid for itself the same day. I saved more on items than the price for signing up for the online coupon. It buy a lot of my housewares from Bed Bath & Beyond, I love the saving I get on items I would have bought anyway.

Whats not to like about this store?First of all, the store is easy to find there is plenty of parking. It is bright, clean and cheerful.There is something here for every part of your home - kitchen, bath, living room, whatever. There are so many fun gadgets that you dont see just everywhere. The prices are about like you see in other stores, but they do have frequent coupon offers and specials. Besides, its so nice to find everything in one place.The staff is very friendly and helpful. My daughter had a crack in her Tervis cup, after dropping it. She had bought it at BB&B several months ago. Since it has a lifetime warranty, she decided to take it back. She had the cup with her, but didnt have the receipt. The clerk told her that as long as it was a pattern that they still had in stock (it was) that she could just bring it in and exchange it. If it was an older pattern, it would have taken a bit longer.So, she ran out to the car, dried the water out of the cup and trotted it back in. No problem at all. A couple of minutes later, we were on our way with the new one. Youve gotta love that kind of service!
