The person running this store by the name of Lovely Delva has an attitude when you try to explain your self she’s also a Liar.

The store Manager Lovely Delva needs to be REPLACED she has a slick mouth this isnt the first time also Shaniqua (the spelling may be worng ) shes respectful shes good but Lovely NO she has a nasty attitude towards the customers and her co-worker from what I experienced other than that I wouldve gave this a better rating ❤.

Hi my name is Susan Santiago I have been a client of rent a center on state rd 7 and griffin for years I’m very happy with all the services except for one item that I purchased around November / December I asked the mgr if he could get me an iPad 8th generation and he said yes he did get me the iPad really fast and the box said 8 generation so I was really happy cause it was a Xmas gift for my son so I got home and wrapped it for Xmas I put it under the tree and on Xmas day my son opened it to find out that the iPad itself was not a 8 generation it was a 5th generation. Now the box said 8 but not the iPad the serial numbers did not match with the box I told them about it and I took it back to them they did inform me that they was going to change it but I’m still waiting. This is so embarrassing cause it was a Xmas gift and everyday my son ask me for the iPad. Plz help me Rent-A-Center all I want is my iPad

Update: Alejandro(Davie)and Rina From another Location(Miami Beach) took great care of me her and him went above and beyond to make sure that the chair was delivered despite the deceiving from the previous person did. I want to thank you all for making everything right and I updated this review as I promised I would. People need to remember customers are who make the difference without us there’s no jobs.

IF I COULD RATE LOWER I WOULD. THE OLD MANAGER EFRIN WAS AWESOME, HOWEVER THE BAD EXPERIENCE CAME FROM THE DISRESPECTFUL DM NAME JAMAL I AM GOING TO PERSONALLY TAKE THIS TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT. ASHAME HOW CAN SOMEONE TRY TO BELITTLE YOU WITH A POSITION HE CARRY. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND I WILL FOLLOW SUIT WITH THIS COMPLAINT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This is a terrible company to buy any products from, save your money and most important your time thats something you’ll never get back! These people lie to you and lead you on if you have a problem not to mention how many times they call you even if your payment isnt due yet, all they want is your money. I had purchased a computer from there as preowned and it turned out defective without warranty, they didnt help with the problem and kept leading me on they will fix it, finished paying it off even spoke with the District Manager and he was more useless than the stores employees, not to mention unprofessional and unknowledgeable. This was an exhausting and time wasting experience I wouldnt want anyone to go through. Either buy things cash or wait and save up for it. I made a huge mistake trusting this people, dont do the same.

Everything since they went into new management they lie about coming to pick up merchandise when they say they will they give their customers attitude especially my grandma and she has been their customers for too many years. They blow up your phone to collect a payment but when you blow up their phone about their merchandise that take their time. I hate that store and the new management

If you want a major headache your entire contract or if you want to pay 4x more for items due to financing i highly suggest this store ! They are so bad they cant even keep their own employees...NOW onto the real reason for this.God forbid your 1 day late on a payment or 2 or 3 or a week.....even if you Have had an excellent track record but once your a day late the harassing demanding phone calls began. 2 to 3 times A DAY each leaving their own unique demanding voicemail!Who do they think they are a debt collector?Than when you call and speak to somebody who Claims to be the store manager named Stella the first thing you hear when your transfered to her is that heavy sigh followed by a rude hello.... really? This is how we answer a phone? To a customer ? And this is a a manager! Once upon speaking with her she continues to over speak me and snicker at each thing i would say. Evidently she made it clear she was not willing to work on anymore such payments and became more rude and hostile which resulted in me hanging up on her and calling cooperate. I have since reported her and have been awaiting a call from her district manager named Lloyd. 3 hours later 2 of her employees show up at my house claiming they are here for my products. Which resulted in me kicking them off my property. Which 1 of the employees called me and explained he had no idea she was sending them to repo my items. To which ive paid the majority of these items and they are no longer your items they have become OURS. No only does she lie to customers she also lies and uses her employees. I will report this company to the better business Bureau next and let them know How horrible they handle business. Once i finish there i will continue to Facebook and Instagram and every other type of social media that this company is associated with. I Will personally post on my own social medias about NOT using your company.I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ANY RENT A CENTER! 4X FINANCING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS. But instead i will go on my 100 google accounts and give you all 1 star and post this same exact post.
