Horrible customer service. We went to pick up online order for 20 bags of rocks and took more than 40 minutes to get it deliver in curbside. Daniel was the person who deliver the order . When I went to look for him, he is comfortably sitting in the corner and watching his phone. The service in this location is very poor.

Im giving 4 instead of one because of one person Cindy Laremore. She went above and beyond to help me with my issue of a pair of washer and dryer I bought. I follow every step they told me and my issue was not resolve. Ms Cindy took it in her hands to help me out, even she answered my text on her days off. Thanks to her everything was resolved. She deserve a 5 on customer service.but I dont know how to review just her not the whole store

Some workers are willing to go above and beyond. Especially the older workers are very knowledgeable and keen in helping to the best or their ability. The younger cashier seem to never want to help as much

Nice store, very well organized. Shelves usually well stocked. Knowledgeable staff and friendly check out personnel. Better traffic patterns around the plaza makes getting in and out much easier than some of the neighboring stores.We usually select this store over the other nearby. Parking is always ample.

I went to buy 2 pack Honeywell international like I always do. Surprisingly, no more two pack in 7 and up. I am not too thrilled about that. Still, a good experience.

Terrible experience in the outdoor checkout. The cashiers did not know how to checkout people quickly. One cashier had to keep leaving to help the other cashier who had no idea what she was doing. Beware. Order everything on Amazon!

The employees that I interacted with all my last visit apparently do not know what customer service is. I think Home Depot needs to do a little more training. Wanted to purchase an item was told by the worker in the tool apartment he had to bring it to the register for me. Waited over 20 minutes and he never showed up. Took my business elsewhere

I been coming to this home depot for 3 years. Is the nearest to my home and is a mid size almost big homedepot. Staff here are uninformed rude and careless. Like most of them. They had two people that were really nice. One operating the saw and the other in tools (an old man) but seems that they dont work there anymore. The rest of the staff there they never know where to find anything and they act like they are very underpaid. I purchased a bathroom shower glass. Received notification that was ready for pick up. 3 days latter i went there and the woman at customer said she cant find it. Lik noup is not here, good luck we had to be insistent so she ordered a new one. 2 hours latter thay called us that the find the original one... also online stock always differs with the one at the place. If online says 5 probably they don have any.

Love this home depot they had everything I needed because of the pandemic most Home Depots dont restock a lot of things not their fault but you know we dont get a lot of imported items

Great hardware store, here you can find anything to repair, improve or build in your house. From plants to appliances, paint, flooring, plumbing, electrical to tools, nails, screws, keys, cleaning supplies, bbq supplies, anything your heart desires. Staff is properly trained and helpful and prices are good. There is also a specialty rental section for your special projects.

Absolutely the worst customer service. It seems like no one here has the patience to even point you in the right direction. From the garden section to the paint department each Associate and educated in their department. It is probably better you ask an expert or even do your own research purchase online and do curbside pickup, because these guys do not seem to like customers.

This home depot tends to have the best selection in the area. They dont have enough registers though.

At the Home Depot on Sterling and University theres a sales lady her name is Cindy for home improvement the best service she helped with everything.

Great experience! Justin helped me a lot finding the right bulbs for my room. Very helpful definitely needs a raise upbeat attitude, enthusiastic, and very friendly definitely would come back just for him. Hope they give him that raise lolll.

I made a big order for delivery & Maritza- not the way she spells it but she works in the Pro dept, she was great!! Keep her & give her a raise! I left the Home depot my Pines blvd because of customer service and this employee got my $772.00 order! She was friendly, patient and customer oriented! Keep her and i will be back.

Visited this Home Depot on the recommendation of a co-worker, after wed discussed a need I had for a quality power-strip. Specifically, I was looking for one with a fair number of outlets but also had USB charging points. Assured this Home Depot had what I needed, I stopped while enroute to an event at which I planned to use it.This is a very busy Home Depot, normally, but even at a prime time that Saturday there was no problem at all finding parking or getting through the store to the section I needed. And indeed, I was very pleased to see that section was well-stocked with a variety of quality choices all at a reasonable price-point. Additionally, they had multi-outlet, USB-equipped wall units, as well, so - also needing one of those - I picked up a suitable example. This stocking level definitely appeared to be the case generally, and I do not doubt that Home Depot prioritizes it owing to its high-traffic location.Service at the store, though not much needed, was available and pleasant, and the store wisely had a traffic cop at the cash wrap to direct customers to a register or a self-checkout as needed. This process also went very smoothly; and all told, I was in and out of the store in 5 - 10 minutes max.In all, the visit was not unrewarding, and reasonably efficient and pleasant. I expect to return when the need arises and I am in the area.

Although the store is neat check out is a pain in the rear. Only one register open with a cashier and the rest is self checkout. I hate that people are looking for work and companies like this wont rise up to the call.

Hello,We needed a truck to move household items. We dealt with Chris G. in the tool rental section. He had us into a truck and on the road in 20 minutes. He explained the entire process from billing, to the return of the truck. He gave us an inspection of the assigned truck. Chris G. is a true professional and a credit to Home Depot.

I visited the Home Depot store at Sterling Road and University Drive corner in Pembroke Pines, on Tuesday, 02/16/21. They did not have the awning window operator I was looking for so the girl at Customer Service ordered it for me. That same day, I received a text from Home Depot advising they were working on shipping the item. Next day, Wednesday, got a text and email with a FedEx tracking number. Wow! FedEx! Thursday, got an email saying the package was in Homestead, Miami, then in Pompano, Broward, and at 12:26, package was at my door delivered by FedEx. So soon! Home Depot did not charge me for shipping and handling! I am ecstatic to say the least! Great experience! I have the feeling they delivered at home to avoid having me getting exposed to Covid-19. The store had all the mandated guidelines in place and I saw everybody complying with the Covid-19 guidelines.

Had a great experience in the paint department for a change. Rodney helped me with everything i needed for my project and even went as far as to take me to a totally different department & helped me with the rest of my needs for my project! I wish everyone there was as helpful as he was!

Why, if I am going at 8:00am to buy 2 pallets of mulch and 1 pallet of soil, I HAVE TO GO THRU OTHER ENTRANCE. NOT THRU GARDEN BECAUSE IS CLOSED. It is supposed to the whole(because no details about departments) Home Depot is open at 6:00 am. I am a 71 years old and have to go all over store to get my supply. DONT HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIT UNTIL SOMEBODY DECIDE TO OPEN GATE. Seems you are overload with demands. Otherwise you will cry for clients. IT IS WHAT I CALLED GIVEN FOR GRANTED.

Its a shame to spend $185.00 on merchandise and to get a cashier that doesnt even want to bag your products.

I want to thank Mr.Bob (not sure on the name) with truck rental. He was absolutely wonderful. It was so quick and easy to rent the van. When I dropped it off he knew me by name. Such wonderful customer service. Ill be renting again.

RANDY from the paint department is extremely proficient at his job! Not only did he answer all my questions regarding painting an outside driveway, he offered useful advice about drying times and using a sealer as well. He informed us of do’s and dont’s throughout the whole process. This shows that he is not only experienced but took the time to anticipate and address customers’ needs. Hard work ethic cannot be taught and Home Depot is extremely lucky to employ someone with unwavering dedication......... on another note, after we picked up our 5gallon paint, we flagged down 6 different representatives (including a manager) to help us cut a 2’ chain in aisle 14 and that took 45-60 minutes until we finally received help. BUT I don’t think that horrible experience should diminish the previous compliment.

Surprised when I was informed today by the casher that they no longer match Lowes. I didnt realize until today how much better Lowes pricing can be.

Home Depot has always been my go-to place so I have been to quite of few of them and if you have to Im sure youd agree they are not all the same, and Im not talking about the lay out. Now this Home Depot is exceptional.The employees are knowledgeable and there are plenty of them working. Being the major business in the shopping center theres always a place to park, and they have taken many precautions as other stores have regarding the recent circumstances we are all dealing with.I feel safe if I go-to the store as 6 ft rules are both observed and even supervised in areas of high congestion like the check out. Before finding this Home Depot there were many times I didnt get everything I needed but now I can say I do. Both last year and the beginning of this year had help loading too. Best in class service!
