First time I can honestly say that I am satisfied with a company. The staff at the location I purchased my TV at was friendly and accommodating, especially Kimberly and Kevin. Kimberly was the only one that greeted me when I visited your location so when I was ready to make my purchase I went looking for her because I thought your employees were paid by commission and I felt she deserved it. When it was time to do curbside pickup for my TV the next day Kevin was AMAZING. Im 9 months pregnant as a first time mom and couldnt figure out how to remove my car seat to make my 75 inch TV fit in the back of my CRV and I started panicking because I was holding you guys past closing time and thought I had to come back another day (the installation was scheduled the following morning before your store would open so I was freaking out) but Kevin went online and as he put it worked smart not hard and was able to remove the car seat for me in a matter of minutes. When I went to tip him he refused to accept my tip even though he was SWEATING from everything I put him through. Amazing customer service for sure. And the installation the next day was fast and painless. The gentlemen that did the installation were very courteous and knew what they were doing...they did it right the first time and in a blink of an eye. LOVE the quality of professionalism and customer service that was provided by this company, its employees and affiliates overall. Will be returning and sending all of my friends and family to this location. THANK YOU!!!

Came late night almost closing time to resolve a delivery issue I had. JASMINE hope I got her name correct, was great and so helpful. Very welcoming make my disappointment not receiving my delivery, a much better feeling helping and resolving issue. Got my item pick up and she even got the cart to put the item there. What else can I say. Thank you 💛 lovely thin lady with braids. She is great. Most of time we dont find young people so welcoming or not in the mood to help. Went and looking for an iPhone case this store is not well stocked with their lower priced items. iPhone cases for $40 and higher does not serve all customers. Thats why people resolve to Amazon order one day at your door the next with a reasonable price item about the same quality of a $40 or higher price case.
I tried curbside pickup and was waiting there for close to an hour. No one in the stores is picking up phone calls I tried calling the number and was redirected to the National Call Center. I can’t even change my item to be shipped instead because they want to charge me an extra $13 dollars to send it to me.
Helpful, but lacking in staff to help. Disappointed with the lack of supplies and was told to return the incorrect item purchased and needed to go on-line with Amazon to make the correct purchase.

All I received the merchandise damaged and the manager refused to refund me my money. Never again would I spend my money at this location. I purchased my Galaxy Samsung 20 cash at the Coral Springs location excellent customer service also bought my hp laptop in Miriam location and was not treated as such! Totally unacceptable!
Came here to buy and Apple product and asked 3 different employees for assistance, but no help given. Meanwhile they are walking around left and right not even looking at the customers, when one of them had the chance to help me and was walking towards the back to the key for the case, he stopped to assist some other people, I wasted 20 minutes of my morning here just because they don’t provide the service they claim to give customers. I’m giving 2 starts because 1- the corporation probably doesn’t know how bad this store is been managed and 2 - because my first 5 minutes in the store were good with some speakers I ordered and the employee was very helpful, but after him everything else was a train wreck!.hope the they do something about this because is a closer location for me but after today, I’m probably going to keep shopping at the sawgrass location.

It was a good Best buy. Big, lean, easy to navigate, there were not any problems with the store itself. Customer service was mostly friendly and attentive, no problems there. I...would say their inventory was good but either they were moving things or there was a surge of Nintendo Switch game sales. Regardless of that, good Best Buy overall!
This Best Buy is always hot like a sauna. I can’t stand to stay here for more than 10 minutes without sweating. They also don’t keep their items well-stocked, like the newest phones, etc. I didn’t get to check out the Samsung flip or the fold. None of the iPhones were plugged in or charging. There are barely any laptops. The items are just plain sparse. The employees just seem to be standing around on their phones. I was wondering if it was in business. I would have taken photos but I couldn’t stay because it was just too hot. I wouldn’t be surprised if this store doesn’t do too well and for good reason. It’s a shame because they have all this space that I’m sure they’re paying rent for.
Pretty great location! I like the fact that theyre usually stocked up on anything that I may need from there, not to mention that theyre quick when it comes to curb-side pickup.The staff are very friendly and theyre not shy about striking up a conversation with customers. Thank you to the guy that gave me tips on how to go about trying to buy my PS5 online to beat the bots.I will definitely be coming to this location from now on 😁!

This huge location is extremely lacking in inventory. Also the location is uncomfortably hot everytime I go to shop there. Its a shame because its in very good location for me but I wont be going here often.

This is an update to my initial review. I was very unhappy but I truly appreciate the managers efforts in contacting me and addressing the issues I had in the store. He seemed to be genuinely concerned about my experience as a customer.

I feel very disappointed with the stores best buy customer service, especially the store manager’s name Kirk.He refused to honor their website sale of a Yoga laptop, which price is $549.99 and changed from overnight to $729.00 (I have shown him the photo and link I have on my cellphone), despite that he didnt even try to assist me or honor the sale price. Again, I feel very disappointed and I wont be back at this location! My recommendation to the rest of best buys customers visit any other location or buy online.
Good experience here. But they need to hire more people in television department. It seems like there was only one person available for several different customers. Bottom line, you had to look for someone.

Two Iphone 12s were purchased fraudulently under my account and connected to my sprint account on 05/23/21. I reported it as fraud with Sprint since you cant contact the store directly and best buy customer service was no help. Careful purchasing phones at Best Buy, either an employee is part of the hustle, or their not doing their job verify identity and allow them to purchase phones fraudulently.

Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been poor for the 3 times I have been there. I had brought my laptop for them to source the parts and fix my broken screen and although they cannot be blamed for the laptop brands manufacturer not having the parts required I can however blame then for giving my laptop back more broken then it was when I gave it to them. I returned a while after (when I had time) to have them fix issue they returned my laptop with only to find out that they have a 30 day window that you must return the laptop to fix any issues they may have caused. I wasnt privy to that information at all when they returned the laptop originally and now my laptop is more broken than it was when I gave it to them the first time. My suggestion is to avoid this store because it doesnt seem like they have the ability to guarantee good service. Your mileage may vary.

Absolutely love how much effort goes into training their employees!.. went in with the Mrs to start looking a equipment for our soon to be home office. We knew what requirements we were looking to achieve - Intel core i3 or better, 4gb of ram, something about rasins? No idea what most of it meant. Not only did Ryan break down that its Ryzen which means its better at handing multiple task like running multiple apps VS Intel core which is more geared to running one thing exceptionally well and not rasins lol he gave us several options well within our price range and gave us info about their financing for the systems a little out of our range. He wasnt pushy or trying to up sell us to the point where we were all together disinterested. Ryan answered all of my question and got direct to the point and was incredibly helpful! Looking forward to completing our purchase with him!.
Its one thing to be ignored when trying to spend money. Its a whole other level when 3 employees tell you they cant help you and let you stand right there. Wont be attempting to spend there again.
Love this place. Great service and help. Just got a minor issue with the fact that bestbuy customers service in the store and on the phone (corporate) dont seem to be on the same page sometimes. This has caused me certain inconveniences over the years. It has nothing to do with this particular store just a communication issue that most times leaves us the customer in between with no real immediate solution. Other then that its the best electronics store in America.

Kids dont have to use masks in this location in Davie I asked the manager and workers about it and they were very rude about it and said no kids dont have to use masks!!!! I picked up an online order, i waited in line, without anyone in front of me, for like 10 minutes.Usually this doesnt happen at this store, but for some reason the blonde girl that was at the counter didnt feel like my time was valuable.

Customer service is non-existent. I walked in and asked where appliances were.The people at the door grudgingly grunted the general location. My 85 year old aunt and I stumbled around looking for a refrigerator. No service people in sight. I found a worker and was then told to scan a barcode to get in a queue. What about people who dont have a phone or dont know how to scan a code. Worst experience in a Best Buy

This location looks like it is hanging on by a thread. It is sparsely stocked and I rarely run into a sales associate that has more than superficial knowledge of their assigned product area.If you already know what you want to get and youve checked to make sure they have the item in stock, this store is okay. But if you need to shop and get helpful guidance, Id look elsewhere.

Didnt have what I wanted but still a good store
I went o the Davie location and recently purchased a stove.The sales associate was cordial and assisted me to get the stove I needed, more importantly he guaranteed the stove would be delivered by Thursday June 17 2021. This was crucial for me since I explained I was traveling on the 19 th leaving at home a special needs child that requires food to be prepared at home (he was staying home with grandma).Delivery day arrived and a window time was given from 10 to 5 pm.I was not instructed at moment of purchase that delivery guy WILL NOT knock on the door. But call from outside the house and if I didn’t answered the phone he would leave .This is Exactly what happened. I work from 9 to5. But I took the precaution of leaving mom at home to receive the stove. The guy never knock on the door... he called to my cel phone but since I was working I missed the call. We waited until 6 pm and tried to call customer service, I just got the machine saying to call during business hours.Following day I went to the DAVIE location I made the purchase, hoping ll get a solution from the manager. Mr Reginald Walker was at the front door and with complete sarcasm told me that if I was expecting a delivery the logical thing to do was answering my phone !!!!! This was a totalInsult and disrespect to a customer. No sympathy was shown until I mentioned I will wright this review ... after all the aggravation he and said it will be delivered next week by Tuesday !!!!! And he said when it gets delivered to go to the store for a “little something “. I was beyond furious at this point !!!! And told him that te aggravation and the worry I will have leaving my family like that plus with such a short time to find a portable stove ... there is not little something that will cover that.After being a regular customer from Best Buy since I moved to DAVIE I am total and completely disappointed for the customer service and specially from the managers behavior an lack of customer service.

Gallo cation did not have much to choose from for what I was looking for. No one approached me or asked if I needed help. But the nice gentleman that works in asset protection at checkout was very nice very informative and helpful. If you know what your looking for I would recommend this location.

I found everything I was looking for when I came in to look for my new Square device chip reader. They had plenty in stock where as I was driving around town to three and four stores that did not have them. They had a big selection of Home Appliances that I was impressed with two. Im going to go back and check it out.

My husband had been looking for an IPAD pro (cellular) for his work. The Apple stores in the area did not have them and would not be able to deliver one for weeks. Best Buy had it in the store for him to purchase. We also purchased a modem which was on a list of recommendations by our internet provider. The customer service was friendly for the most part.

When up to a sales rep he was too busy talking to his coworker and both on there cell phones to acknowledge a customer trying to find an item then when I got their attention after they put their phones down and decided to do their job I told him the item that I was looking for they told me they didnt sell anything like that there so I took it upon myself to try to find it then when I found it I went up to the sales rep and told him yes you do sell it seems like to me people just dont care about their jobs these days

Idk who the GM of this store is, but they should be disappointed with their store. They have plenty of employees but they dont seem to take care of stock and inventory very well. Not sure if this is current BBY culture or just this stores lack of. I worked for BBY for 7 years and never have I ever seen this lack of direction at a BBY location.I went in for 2 things. One was a add-on security cam for an existing system. Being patient since theres a shortage of electrons, I been checking in regularly. They finally had the camera but no price tag. There was 2 spots for them, the aisle and an endcap. Either spot had the price. They have price tags for items currently out of stock. But not for items IN Stock? When you stock a shelf, your employees are supposed to put them in their place where the planogram says. And a shelf tag with the price should be present. Its pretty simple concept....think you need to train better. Lucky we have the BBY App and scanned the item for the price.The second in item was a UPS Battery Backup. Looking at what was in stock I was comparing price vs. specs. I found 2 units of one brand side by side. The lower end model (call it X) had a tag in front of it which said $44.99 and the higher end (call it Z) had a tag in for t of it which was a sale price of $44.99 / regular price $54.99. Well this is a no brainer that model Z for the same price as X is the better deal. At checkout the price was WAY higher....like around $90.So the unit Z was in the wrong place. Which happens when customers browse and is fairly understandable if a customer put it back in the wrong place.However, the sad part is the sale tag that said $44.99 sale price and $54.99 reg price, was for the same model as the standard tag next to it that said $44.99. So makes you wonder is the model X normally $54.99 or normally $44.99? Makes me think when items are on SALE, its not a sale and they just jacked up the price a week before to make it a sale price the current week. Something shady going on at Best Buy these days?
I call bestbuy wondering where my delivery is. The say go to the store. The people in the store say to call bestbuy. Everyone is completely useless.
At 63 I dont expect men to notice me, although I do not look my age. However, the young man never asked if I needed help finding what I was prepared to buy. He did help a young woman who showed up after me. I had walked around and around searching for just what I wanted and no one inquired. I made a purchase and immediately checked myself as it wasnt quite what I wanted. I returned the item and before I left the store had ordered exactly what I wanted, through Amazon, and for $100.00 less. Lesson learned.
Had to go in store after the customer service line told me that the problem had to be dealt with in person. There was a long line with only one person working. Extremely rude employee heard only half my explanation before telling me that he couldnt help and Id have to call customr service back. I tried to explain that this was taking a lot of time out of my day and Id appreciate hed attempt to help me on this, but he ignored me and called the next customer up instead. Im non confrontational so I left the store ready to cry. 0/10 and will never order from Best Buy again. Avoid this location if you value your self esteem

What can I say ....BestBuy is BestBuy ! Not every one carries what BestBuy sells, at least if you want to see the merchandise in person. I prefer to shop at BestBuy rather that get a misinterpretation picture of an Item online many times Ive bought product online only to be disappointed when I get the actual product.
They were out of many computers and are over priced. The associate that helped me in computers is worth the trip. I wish I could remember his name. I recommend, everyone knows him there. Thanks!🤠

I dont know what is up with this store but it looks like it is going out of business or something. It has very little of anything in stock. Almost all the shelves are empty. The few shelves that had items are badly organized with items pushed together in a pile. Going to a different Best Buy..

Waited for like 30mins just to ask a question while the sales person yapped away with the same customer trying to close a cell phone sale. Sales people need to be able to handle more than One person at a time especially if I only had a 1minute question. Guess I can go in there and hold on to the same sales person for hours and its ok making everyone else wait. At the end that other guy didnt even buy anything.

Typical best buy, but this store has great customer service employees. If you need to return an item for a defect, they dont argue with you and try to say its not able to be returned. Employees are always offering to help you find the product you are looking for.
Its cool to know you can finance your things and paid it off in 3 months with no financing fee or 12 months financing and you pay double the amount 😂
