Buyer Beware !!! I received the rebuilt module and sent mine back before installing the rebuilt one, big mistake, mine had a long cranking problem but would start, theirs wouldnt do anything, it looked like it a three year old had silicone it back together, I called and ask if they could send another one 2 day mail and I would pay for the shipping but they that said that they could only do regular shipping, that some how I could send them a prepaid shipping label instead of me just paying them over the phone to do it, i couldnt wait for all of that nonsense so I asked for a refund, they said no problem, when I finally got my refund back it was $62.25 less than I paid for it, restocking fee ? If I had changed my mind and sent it back I could see the fee but receiving a bad module and them not being able to ship one other than regular shipping... and they wanted the other one before they would ship the replacement, I cant go two or three weeks without a work truck. I should have listened to all the bad reviews.
Now that my property (ECM) is out of their possession I can safely tell everyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should have read more reviews. I believe them all at this point.
We purchased an automodule for our Dodge 3500 and after repeated attempts to get a working module, its working module, they said we had timed out of our warranty and we never got use of any module. This place in this place is not good to deal with.
This is the worst company I have ever delt with. This company can’t even look at the right computer let alone tell you the correct year of the vehicle it’s out of they told me that there was nothing wrong with the computer when there was so I blew that off and bought a new one and they couldn’t even program that supposedly new computer that was used not new for 500.00 dollars and now I’ve been fighting for a week now to get my money back and they keep giving me a run around I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again they need to be shut down
Was in need of a rebuilt plug and play PCM for my older Dodge Ram truck. Having read the negative reviews on many of the business doing exchanges or rebuilds of vehicle computers I was a little nervous about using any of them. Regardless, I choose Auto Module Source for a new brain. In summary, I had absolutely no problem with Auto Module Source. Customer service was fantastic and the plug and play computer they sent me worked well.
I sent my 2004 Dodge Ram ECM to these fine folks after a no-start condition appeared. They promised a turnaround time and beat it. The truck started and ran flawlessly after reinstalling the ECM. It was not exchanged, but repaired, which I preferred. I am very pleased with this transaction and if needed again, I will used this supplier/repair facility.Thanks folks!Tony W. Tyler, TX
VERY BAD customer service. Sent a computer to them to be repaired, I marked the screws on the computer body to see if they actually worked on it. They charged $300+ and when I got it back it was not fixed and the screws had not been removed. Sent it back to them a second time and they fixed it again. When I got it back the screws had STILL not been removed and computer was not fixed. Called and sent it back a 3rd time and this time they did disassemble and repaired it correctly.. My customer was very angry with how long this was taking so I begged this place to overnight it back and I would pay the extra shipping. The lady assured me they were overnighting it back and they did not, she sent it USPS ground (the slowest) way possible. They lady I spoke to there several times was VERY rude and made it clear I was bothering her by having them repair my computer. Its very sad businesses treat customers this way.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. What an absolute joke of a company. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler ECM in July 2012 and they had a promo for a lifetime warranty. Received the board in the mail with the invoice and it states 1 year warranty in print but has a note written on it with vin info and free lifetime warranty written on invoice. Dont think anything about it at the time, but now years later and the part stops working so I called Auto Module Source. They have zero record of the transaction anywhere in their system and customer service asks me to text a picture of the invoice. They receive the text and end up having me talk to Lou, the new owner. He gives me specific instructions to send the board back with a note saying to place the board on his desk. So I box the board up as he requests and send it back. Just received a call (not from Lou) but from some lady saying they are not willing to fix the board because I must have written the free lifetime warranty info on the invoice. Even though that is completely not the case, I potentially could have understood them telling me on the phone to not bother sending it in but they had a copy of the invoice from when I texted it to customer service and still told me to send it in. The lady tells me they are willing to fix the unit, but I would have to pay for it. Why would anyone believe they are capable of fixing something when they dont even know how to store invoices for longer than a year, or examine invoices prior to telling someone to send product back, or call the customer a liar by saying that I must have written on the invoice? DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS- PERIOD!RESPONSE TO OWNER: I like the way you completely disregard the fact that I spoke to your customer service and the business owner, and represented myself as Jonathan (Keiths son & person that placed the order initially, installed the part, and dealt with your customer service to return it) at that time and yet you dont mention anything about the fact that you had a copy of the invoice in questions prior to Lou (business owner) telling me to send it back in. Additionally now in your response you say that since this was an online order and the invoice was emailed..., why is it that the core return form that I also still have clearly states to 2. Sign the INVOICE/SALES RECEIPT and insert into the package. Make sure that you keep ONE INVOICE/SALES RECEIPT for your record. The INVOICE is your WARRANTY and PROOF OF PURCHASE. Your excuse of the email invoice being the end all be all is out the window as your own documentation even says that a hard copy invoice is included in the box. I still even have the actual credit card transaction receipt that was also stapled to the invoice you want to question and the core return instructions- all originals that you all put in the box. I get it, it was 9 years ago and you guys have changed processes and procedures. But you all are cowards running from what you did offer 9 years ago. I have kept all paperwork, receipts, and any other original that you seem to want to pretend dont exist. At this point, even if you offered to work on it for free, I still wouldnt trust you all to make the repair and for the Wrangler to be reliable. STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR YOUR POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES OR TRYING TO JUSTIFY YOUR UNETHICAL BUSINESS! OWN THE FACT THAT YOU GUYS ARE WRONG...IT GOES A LOT FURTHER WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WILL READ THIS REVIEW AND POTENTIALLY WANT TO THINK YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO EVER FIX SOMETHING OF THEIRS. These people are con artists nowhere on the website or anything does it say anything about a 25% restocking fee. but I assure you they will take your $232 with a smile on their face Knowing damn well the return policy everywhere says nothing about this when I purchased their non programmable computer for a 12v Cummins. But once I returned it and seen they stole $232 and complained they were very quick to hang up the phone on me and change their website description.... but they forgot to update their Ebay policy too, if your gonna lie at least be good about it, you have had two months to fix your mistake. Even yalls Ebay ads say free return shipping within 14 days which I returned it on the 2nd day... just pay for return shipping which isnt $232...
Horrible place to do business with. After sending us 3 bad ecms for a customers vehicle. I contacted the lady in refunds and was told I would be refunded once the module was sent back. After trying to contact for several weeks the lady in the refund department said no sorry were not refunding you and refused to give me a tracking number for our core that we sent back. So now the customer doesnt even have a ecm for his vehicle. Filed theft charges today.
My wife has a 2008 Audi Q7. It stopped running on the highway and we had it towed to the Audi dealership in Florida.The dealership told me it needed a new engine computer, the cost would be $2,000 and take nearly two months before the computer would arrive from Germany.I couldnt wait that long so I contacted this place, Auto Module Source. They had me send the ECM to them and they tried to fix it but water had gotten inside so it wasnt repairable.They sold me a new ECM, had it ready in four days. I took it to the Audi dealership and their first reaction was it would not work. I told them to try it anyway. It worked perfectly, started up and ran fine. The dealership was impressed.So, instead of $2000, I got a replacement from these guys for around $700. Now the wife is happy.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is terrible. Bought an ECM for a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel July 2020. ECM went bad again so attempted to talk with Richard about my issue who didn’t want to talk to me and kept sending me to his “Boss Lady” to handle the issue who was completely rude and not helpful at all with my issue. Truck needed to get back on the road quickly so I was simply calling back to ask questions and they wouldn’t take my calls and kept sending me to voicemail. Price of the ECM was cheap and now I see why. You get what you pay for. Beware. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of help.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sold me a ECU that isnt working properly, I tried to call several times only to be forwarded to some ladys voicemail who wont call you back. All I want is to talk to someone with an issue Im having and every person who answers the phone just forwards you to someone else. What a joke of a company.
Today I took my 2001 dodge ram 1500 reg. cab long bed 3.9L engine ECU/PCM auto computer Barbara who received me was very professional. She explained the process and took my information. Later Barbara called to let me know my computer was ready. She called a second time to express of no issues. I considered that to be some thing very nice on her part.Paid and left back to Miami to do my installation including installation of the battery. We are a high volume electrical shop. I have worked with these folks a few times. things were good. this last module I ordered was supposed to come programed. That was not the case. we had to program the VIN as it had the incorrect one in it. the software was not up to date. I talk with the company to see if they were going to help with the programing fees since I had to pay for this twice now. i was told they dont do refunds. Terrible customer service. they will never see us again.
Complete scam, called needed a computer for our truck they said they had the one we needed after a vin verification but had to buy an additional injector drive computer so we purchased them, didnt work sent back they sent what looked like the same ones again same outcome and then said they would just refund me and then charged me $287 restocking fee for computers that didnt work can you say scam artists

Not to happy so far, new ecm is not working properly, not charging batteries, of course it did this a day after I sent my core back(that worked but had a few issues but truck still ran fine). Now they want me to send them the faulty unit before they replace it. Do they not understand this is my work truck and can afford to be down for the time it takes to ship back from northern Alberta and then wait for a replacement. Also have not got a refund on my core yet but I will give them a little more time incase it was a shipping problem along the way......we will see
This company scams you. I ordered a computer on December 21, 2020 and the charges were taken out of my account on December 22. When I called them to ask where it was they said it had shipped the same day as the charges were made. According to tracking info they sent me, it didnt ship out for over a week after taking my money. When I finally received the first computer, it did not work in the vehicle I bought it for. I called them for a replacement. After waiting another week for the second one, it was installed and it, too, did not work. Upon returning it for a refund two weeks ago, I called them today to ask where my refund was. They transferred me to three different people to finally be told they would refund my money. After a couple of hours had past, a lady called and said they were charging me a 25% restocking fee! For two bad computers they sent that way? I dont think so! This was the first, and only, time I will ever do business with this company. Buyer beware.

Our company was looking every place for a ecm and we had no luck. Just by chance we called Auto Module and Barbara answered and she was so helpful! She understood how bad we needed this ecm to get this truck back on the road and THEY ACTUALLY HAD IT! With covid I thought for sure it would take forever to get here but it arrived in 2 days. This company did us proud and if they did not have it I am sure she would have went out of her way to help me find it someplace else. I have been buying from them for many years now. The computers have been great. The transaction was sketchy at first, but it was smooth! I do not have a problem when giving them my information now. I like working with Rosendo and Richard. I see how buying something so delicate and pricy online can be scam looking or scary or hard to believe but these people know what theyre doing. Never had an issue with them. Im surprised about the reviews, they deserve 5 stars. Thank you guys!
They sent me 2 computers both didn’t work then refused to refund my money!!! I have to now take them to court, do not trust this business!! Low life ethics to admit they couldn’t get me what I needed but refused to refund my money!!!!

We ordered computers exclusively from them for years and then we got a few bad ones. On one particular vehicle we received two bad ones in a row. When I followed up on the warranty request they acted like we didnt have a request. When they found the request they asked why I had not sent the bad computer back. After providing the USPS tracking number we were told they would send us another computer. 15 minutes later they called and said we had not returned the original computer core so there was no warranty. However, we did return that core as they had already sent us one replacement for the same vehicle. We have found a better company with better pricing through Flagship One online.
Part works great. Shipped quickly. Solved my problem. They included a prepaid label for old computer core to be sent back free of charge. They activated the warranty they promised upon receipt of my old computer core. Would definitely do business with again if necessary. Best price on the web!

Auto module source has been really helpful with problem i had with my computer to my truck the are quick with shipping and didnt leave me stranded without a vehicle i thank Barbra a ton as she was very understanding and helpful. I got a good quality pcm from them and they even fixed my old one again thanks.
I have a 99 dodge cummins and was experienceing increasing starting and running problems over 6 mo period. I finally ordered a rebuilt ecm from auto module source, received it within 3days, installed it, it started and ran like it should and 3 mo later, still running great! Very Happy and Thank You !
I would like to start out by stating that I own a professional automotive repair facility. I am an ASE certified Master Tech and have been in business over 30 years.I ordered a computer module from this company for a customers vehicle.I failed almost immediately. They replaced it in a timely fashion and that computer failed in just a few days.At this point, I was under considerable pressure from the customer to complete this repair, so AMS and myself decided to just return theirs for a refund and I would buy a computer from a local source. (I originally chose AMS because of their pricing and reviews.)The computer I purchased locally worked perfectly, and the customer is still issue free many months later, so clearly it was a problem with their module.Service with AMS, to this point, was fine. I understand that things happen, and if I were not under time constraints to get this job finished, I might have tried a third computer from them.When it came time to process my refund, that is where the wheels came off.After weeks on the phone, and many promises and excuses, I still have no refund. I sent the module back months ago as requested but get nothing from them.The customer service guys are very polite and they keep telling me it is an issue with management, but they have submitted the refund and just to be patient.I have been more than patient. I have paid them full price for a module that didnt work, (including a core charge) and now have neither a computer nor my money.Ridiculous.I cannot honestly recommend them in any way.
I have been dealing with Mark Cantrell for awhile now. I really really enjoy his personality. He always takes the time to listen to me and knows exactly what I want and always gets the module to me in an appropriate time. I really appreciate his personal service.

Bought an ecu for a 01 ram 2500 5.9 gas and worked like magic would really recommend really good product ..
Placed my order for a replacement ECM, gave them all the info requested and figured that I would receive my rebuilt ECM in 3-4 weeks. Next day I got an email stating that they received my info and would start right away. The following day I received an email with my tracking number and 3 days later received my new ECM. I followed their directions and everything is working perfectly and was able to pass my smog test to renew my registration. Thanks for a job well done, I shared my results with other friends in need of your services.

At first I was reluctant to do a remanufactured factory computer because of so many mixed reviews. I knew it was a gamble but in the need of my vehicle I had to at least try. Product arrived in great shape and was packed well. They had information that no core was needed which was a plus. Computer was easy to install through my Dodge Durango firewall through tire well after removing tire. Product functioned as promised. Based from my initial experience and communications, if there are any warranty needs I have no doubt that theyll take care of me. Thanks AMS!

We are an auto repair shop. We ordered a computer and gave them the number Off the old computer. Received their computer at the tune of $750.00 Installed the computer. The Vehicle would not start the sercuity Code kept coming on . We Got the man to come reprogram the computer and found out Our car did not have a chipped key. We called Auto Module and spoke to Roe and he said to send it back and they would send us another computer, After almost 3 weeks of calling and waiting for them to get us one. We called and talked to Roe again and said the customer cant wait any longer. Please Credit my card. Three days later Another computer arrived we called and they said Just Return it and we will Credit you. They only refunded Partial Credit, I called and they said it was a RESTOCKING FEE!!~!! I explained to them that they could not get me another computer and It wasnt Our fault they said it was company policy.I Had to Dispute the charge. I would NEVER recommend This company!!!!!

Buyer beware! We ordered a $360 computer for our truck that was not needed and they took it back but kept $100! ($10 for shipping and $90 re-stocking fee)As far as we are concerned we are being punished for trying their company. After all they have to make money somehow, why not by charging customers an outrageous re-stocking fee.We have a small farm and garage and work on many vehicles and will never consider ordering from this cheap company again.Response to your response...we called you on the phone and ordered not through a website, when looking for the computer and were told that you had one with the right specifications on your shelf. While it was shipped right out we were never told about the restocking.
We use these guys at the shop I work for. Have had nothing but good experiences here, if anything was incorrect, as computers sometimes do not like to co-operate, they have sent correct shipment overnight no questions asked. Ive always spoke with Mark Cantrell and has always done right by me. Recommend using

I was in a really bad car accident and the mechanic said I would need a new ECM. I called around and trust me everyone wanted to charge me double what Auto Module source wanted. They were extremely patient and understanding. They gave me an amazing deal even though I did not have a replacement. Thank you!
Great customer service. Ordered an ECM online for my moms Jeep. I received a phone call from Barbara to let me know that there was a mistake in the VIN# - and she was right. I had so many questions, and Barbara was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Received the ECM 3 days later and it fixed the P0601 code. Its been over 8 months since my mom got the ECM from Auto Module Source - and its still running like new. Thank you Barbara and Auto Module Source

I am so happy that I was able to find an ECM for my Ford Focus. :) The owner Louis is the best and even gave me advice on how to install it. I was able to just plug in my ECM and my car has been running perfectly. I would highly recommend Auto Module.

Called to verify a part number for a ecm before purchasing it. Glad I did. I was looking at the part on their website and ebay. It was listed on ebay for $199 and their website for $249. The guy that answered the phone told me the part number I provided was the wrong one for my truck and the right one was almost $500. Keep in mind that I replaced this unit 4 years ago and it worked properly until about 2 weeks ago. He then stated that he could sell me one for $240 that would run my truck, but the check engine light would be on. The light was not on for the last four years, so why would it be now with a new computer of the same part number? I told him no thank you and hung up. About an hour later the guy called me back and said he looked up the wrong engine size and the one for $240 would work fine on my truck. Sounds like bait and switch to me. They cant even get an engine size correct, but can program a computer right? I think not. Glad I called first.
These guys are the one stop shop for auto computers. They had my part fixed and shipped back to me so fast It was like I never had an issue with my truck.

Sent the module to them once repair came back doing the same thing. Sent back again came back doing the same exact thing again. Nothing but a waste of time and shipping charges. Save your money and go someplace else!
100% scammers.I ordered an ECM for my diesel pickup.Explained to the sales person whom I believe was named Scott that I no longer had my original diesel ECM, but I had a gas engine ECM I could send in its place to cover the core.He agreed to this on the phone and told me that was fine. Told me the core was $200 but they would take the ECM I had. Nobody informed me that this is how they rob people.I received my ECM from them, which worked and was in great condition. I sent them the ECM that we agreed upon. Signed on the page that I was returning the enclosed ECM. (They try using that against you, saying they have your signature although there was no specification as to what the signature was for other than acknowledging that I am returning a part to them.)The very day they received the AGREED UPON ecm, they charged me $250. Not only wrongfully, and more than was agreed upon, but without even so much as a phone call or email.So much for the agreement and the original $200 statement, right? Buckle up, it gets better.After getting off the phone with them their manager proceeded to text me, harassing me even further.I have spent almost two weeks fighting them while they lied and slandered me through the Better Business Bureau website.During that two weeks my bank was working diligently and helpfully with me getting the full scope of the story with all of the proof. My bank thankfully managed to refund the $250.I sent them a picture of the statement that the money was refunded and told them I hope this is a lesson to them to conduct more honest business in the future, to not rob anybody ever again, and to get rekt.Apparently this triggered something because they lost all professionalism. Called me from a blocked number, tried recording the conversation, poorly I might add, and as I sat there listening, their MANAGER had the nerve to say I know you can hear me, loser!.To which I replied Did you really just call me a loser?And I was met with a very sharp stop mumbling, jerk!To which I replied in the only way I could. I laughed at the immaturity and hung up the phone.I can only hope this is the end of it. I also hope that I can save at least one person from getting scammed by these people.My best advice is to pay the extra $100 it would cost you to get the ECM through anybody else as their listed price is without the core charge anyway. And if you already have ordered, as soon as you receive a working product and send your core back to them, cancel your bank card and open up a new account number. They will rob you if they have your information.Definitely poor business, doubly so when they are dealing with an individual who is neurologically atypical! Bad enough I suffer from Aspergers (autism), this has caused me so much undue stress when all I wanted was to fix my truck!
I purchased 2 computers for same vehicle . after spending quite a bit of money we determined that both were PCM were bad . I ended up buying a new unit from dealer and truck ran fine . I purchased from this company in the past and had good results . they exchanged one of the PCMi purchased and would not exchange the other . I have a unit less that 90 days old not used that they refuse to refund me on . The quality is definitely not a concern with them any more . I would suggest getting your PCM from another source .
I am thrilled that the folks at Auto Module got my 2002 Caravan back on the road for $125 (including shipping). The local Dodge dealer quoted a price of $1,000 for a new ECM & then told me that it was unavailable & good luck. Aftermarket suppliers quoted refurbished prices of $200+. Programming of the ECM by the dealer would have been extra cost too.

This Review is to be read and learned from my experience, with this people. I purchased a unit, when it was installed by a certified auto shop it fried my ignition module, I had to fight with them to send another one. After 2 weeks they finally sent another unit (convenient 14 days after warranty ). That unit was also defective!! They charged me a core charge after I sent it to them and I have UPS proof that that they received it. They are willing to work with you. Ive researched BBC and Florida ag. Dept. All kinds of issues with customers. Hope u get my core charge back.
Poorest customer service Ive ever experienced and un-knowledgeable employees. Did not treat me with professional tone or attitude. Felt like I was in high school again with a lack of organization and little respect for spending $400 for a part. Very disappointed and out $100 for restocking. Now to go fix the problem with a manufacturer part with money lost.
Good product, dishonest service. Was told by multiple people that I would not be charged a restocking fee on an item sent back before their 14 day window. The return was started and item shipped well before the 14 days but they withheld the restocking fee from the refund. 3 different people at Auto Module Source told me they would refund the fee and then this morning I was told they decided not to. Its not about the money, its about being lied to that bothers me the most. Its either bad customer service or dishonesty.
Sent a customer of mine from my shop to these guys to pickup quoted PCM for $795 . Price changed to $1050 and they tried to tel me that module cost OVER $2k which is total bull since the dealer ask me for $1300. These people argue with you and even call you a liar about talking with a guy on the phone to get a quote. This company has changed names due to bad business and I have had several bad experiences with them at this point. Time for others to know !!!!!!!!!!!BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So i would like to start this review by saying i had to give at least one star because in reality it deserves none. I run an independent automotive repair shop in Florida and i placed a order for a ecm on 10/17/18 around lunch time. I had to call customer service to even get a recite with a order number. It is now 10/22/18 and i have yet to get a tracking number for the package. I had to call several times and talked to multiple people who could not figure out why my ecm hasnt been shipped. So i waited a couple hours and called three more times and finally talked to someone who told me that the part i ordered is on back order with no date as to when it would be back in stock. Avoid this place by all means necessary. The components they sell may work great but the customer service is horrible.
These guys are LIFE-SAVERS. My pcm unit kept burning and it was due to a faulty wiring in my truck. The warranty department was very patient with my impatience, and told me what other possible causes were for my burned pcm. I had an electric shop do a check up and sure enough, it looked like rats had chewed through my wiring, and after replaced my new PCM worked like a charm. Thank you for your patience with me.
Do Not use this company. Terrible service. Talked with 5 to 6 different people. All had something different to say. Worst $$$ i spent to help fix my wifes car. Sent back module 4 times. Within a 3 week period. (Why)?? They told us too. They would fix it. Under our 1 year warranty. And Not Fixed. Lesson learned. Do your research and use a different company. Very upsetting experince. Very Dishonset people.
Our shop battled with a faulty PCM for a Dodge Durango. We received PCMs from 2 other suppliers. One didnt work at all and the other worked for a week before not only having the original issue recur, but introducing new issues as well. After testing each module separately to make sure that something else was not at fault my husband found Auto Module Source on YouTube and just by watching the video and speaking with the owner, could tell that he knew what he was talking about. We took another chance and purchased the PCM, plugged it in and it was fixed. Greatly appreciate the service and expertise. Will be using you in the future

ECM purchased in June for a Dodge Sprinter 2500 it has failed Steve the manager stated that the Warranty is non transferable because the van was sold to us per the owner of Auto Module A PART IS A PART you are Warranting the part not the owner - Waiting to speak to the Owner of this business who is suspiciously out of town will update
I sent the ecu/ecm they called me back the next, ive paid $495 and still havent got a response back when all they was suppose to do was clone it and mail the new one to me they already have the old one, everytime i call i have to call the sales part just to get a response, when i call tiffany the person i did business with voice mail full and no response back
Bought module from this company for 2008 Dodge Ram 6.7 Cummins. Put it on and it started and died (bad ecm). Took weeks to get them to send a replacement. When they finally did I installed it and now it had active trim codes. I again had trouble contacting them but finally Steve said send it back he will take care of it immediately. Sent back in and never heard from them and after 1 week I called and he had no clue to what was going, said he would check on it and call me back. Well, he never called me back so I called again the next morning and he said that it went out 2 days ago. It showed up 2 days later. I installed it and the trim codes where still active. This had now been approx 6 weeks and I had to get truck on road. I purchased one from Cummins and it went right on and worked perfect..... I called Steve and explained what was going on. I asked him for a refund and he told me no! That I only had 2 weeks from purchase date!!!!!!! Do the math....they screwed with it for 6 weeks and never could get right and then denied any kind of refund because I was past the 2 weeks. I am in the process of suing them. BAD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They make policies to cover their mistakes so eventually they can keep your money.
Did not send receipt with unit nor a prepaid shipping label as they agreed to do. When they were informed of their actions one of their employers became very nasty.

SCAM. Do not buy anything from these people. Will tell you lifetime warranty but only after core return. Then they will tell you that lifetime warranty is $100 but only at time of purchase. SCAM.
