Too slow not efficient they had a new guy in the repair service area all by himself so he was trying to do the best he could but they really should think about adding someone in that department that can help answer questions or at least answer the phone and not leave people on hold as well as making the person working behind the desk nervous because hes trying to get done what he needs to get done for a customer in front of him plus he knows he has people on hold so they really should be more efficient with answering the phone and helping guests and it should not have taken 3 hours for me to find out that the price they quoted was outrageous and ended up getting nothing done.

Had a great sales experience here. Bought two cars in the last six years from Dave. Finally brought one of my cars to the service department a couple of weeks ago and had one of the worst service experiences i have had in 30 years. Great place to buy cars. But, will never come back here for service. I recommend Elk Grove Chevrolet for service.

I went in on the promise of a $50 Visa card for test-driving a car. Mind you, I am actually in the market for one. Well, I didnt buy a car that day, nor did I ever receive my gift card, even after multiple calls to the dealership. I wouldnt trust the people here, not enough to do business with them. They have underhanded and deceptive marketing and sales ploys, or at least the salesman carry out their duties in am underhanded and deceptive way. It wouldnt surprise me at all tipp find they kept the gift cards for theirselves.

Good friendly service. But the only thing I dont like. They dont open weekends for car services parts only sells. Hopefully in the future they will. Theres people like me who work fulltime and goes to school at night Monday thru Fridays. Very inconvenient. 😣
