I recently leased a Nissan Rogue from Hanlees. Cheryl and Joan were exceptionally helpful and professional. Not only did they transparently answer all of my (many) questions, but they seemed focused on creating a long-term customer instead of a treating me as a one-time sale. The experience did not feel like I was ever being sold. If my next car is a Nissan I will certainly be coming back!

Jeff in the service dept. is the only reason I come back to this location. He is professional, takes time to listen, makes sure he gets the correct information and communicates empecably.He not only made sure I was back on the road safely, he changed the batteries in my key fob because when I bought the car it was almost dead.He even had my car washed for me. Worst experience ever the salesman promises we’re not kept and we were asked that Gap insurance and Recovery?? not be added only to find out both were and now can’t be cancelled. Dishonest salesman from the very start of process. Was told trade in would be given a good price because it was a Nissan was given $100 and told that we could not buy a used car only qualified for new.

I dont ever recall receiving a Nissan Coupon Card from Davis, living in Sacramento. The card brought to my attention to a recall my vehicle has. I had to book an appointment with a location nearest to me. I appreciate Hanless Davis Nissan for sending me out the card, I had to call the sales office to thank them and wish them well. Not efficient very slow the price was outrageous waiting 3 hours just to get an estimate is ridiculous and putting someone new in a service area with no help and to answer phones and help guests in front of him that is just unreal that shouldnt be happening they should have more people helping instead of one person in another room 10 ft away answering the phone just to forward the call to someone else and then they have to put them on hold because theyre only one person helping someone right in front of them and again the wait time to get a price estimate was crazy and even crazier was the price.

Thomas aka Tom was the best salesperson ever. As soon as I got there I was greet with some water by Shane and got Tom called. The wait wasn’t long at all by the time Shane moved the car I wanted Tom was already downstairs. I went on a quick ride in the car with my friend and I fell in love with it. Though the paperwork was long Tom sure made it simple for me by working with me and my situation about credit. We got a couple offers for some credit companies but Tom made sure it was the best deal that I can work with. Tom overall was so helpful and managed to get my car for me that same day. He was very kind and understanding and fought for his customer. We had a nice chat while waiting for my paperwork to go through and let me tell you. He’s great with numbers, if I need another car I for sure will come back to Tom and this Nissan place for one.

We highly recommend you go elsewhere for service and repairs. They charged us $175 to tell us they could not get a stuck CD out. When we inquired about the high price and asked for a reduction they were completely unprofessional in their handling, including not calling us back after we left several messages and then lying about the verbal transaction that took place with my husband at the time of service.

I have never received such excellent service from a salesperson at any car dealership before coming to Hanlee’s Nissan and dealing with Joan. I’m recommending her to everyone that’s in the market for new or used vehicles. From the beginning of purchasing my car through the dealership, I let them know I would need a delivery as I work for the department of health services and 2 people on my team were awaiting COVID results, but were assumed positive.I asked about discounts for essential health care workers and recent graduates, I knew a lot of dealerships and manufacturers were offering them. This dealership did not. so I agreed to full listing price, because it was the car I was looking for, and I was tired of looking. They said they would waive the delivery fees. I appreciate this, because along with being exposed, I have been working 11-12 hour days for some time now, due to the crisis.HOWEVER, when it came down to it, because I opted not to purchase any warranties or Gap insurance. The manager told me they if you dont purchase the Gap or warranty I dont have the little profit to cover the $200 delivery and fuel[$167]. I am purchasing a used car for $27,000. I find it very hard to believe there is no profit there.I am so tired, I give up. I am paying full asking price and decided that I will save myself the $367 and go pick up. I would not recommend this dealership if you are trying to reduce your exposure or are looking for a square deal. I feel like the manager was taking advantage.

I need to give a 5-star here the day before I took my Infinity in for a oil change actually drove through the back parking lot on instinct because I was having issues with another vehicle and was in the market when I went through the rear parking lot I saw two Nissan trucks that I fell in love with the rest is history I have a beautiful gunmetal metallic Nissan Frontier I didnt care about the amenities because I really need a vehicle and thats what I had been wanting Im very happy the way they sold it to me and realized why I needed a vehicle and how come but they werent telling me anything I didnt know but I was glad that they confirmed it if I didnt leave there with that vehicle ultimately I would have had a problem whats the one I had they made a wonderful deal but I cant disclose better go around the end of the month itd be better for you hope you have good fortune like I did

Joan H. went out of her way to make sure my lease purchase was easy and that I was getting the best deal possible. She is knowledgeable and kind. I first tried to work with Nissan in Concord and was treated so rudely on the phone that I decided to drive all the way to Davis where I had first leased the car). I contacted Sue in Finance in advance and she expertly set up all she could before I came in. Floor Manager, Chris was okay but condescending and couldnt get my name right (even after I had been working with them several hours) which was annoying. Overall it was a great outcome for a situation most folks dread. Thank you Joan and Sue!

I bought my car here and had a GREAT experience inside the dealership on the day of purchase - loved my sales rep.While signing paperwork though I was the last person there and was being rushed through things. I was asked multiple times by the finance team if I wanted an extended warranty or any additional warranties, which every time I know I said no to. Upon reviewing my contract and paperwork doing my taxes this year, I realized I DID purchase the warranty (and multiple additional warranties) that I never signed up for or wanted. The paperwork they rushed me through where I was signing no to a warranty was actually signing me up for all the warranties.This is shady AF.I have contacted Nissan Finance and there is basically nothing they can do and the women on the phone said she heard complaints of this happening a lot. It really sucks to be spending more money and to feel taken advantage of. Ill never buy another car here...

I popped in to do a test drive on a whim, I drove the car and ran off to another test drive I had scheduled. I was back within the hour and Mario, Cris, and John were all super helpful (stayed late cuz I’m a PIA like that) in getting me the car quickly and helping me with the car I drove to the dealership. 100% would recommend 100% of times you asked me if you should give them a try! I love my car sooo much, it’s better than what I thought was my dream car!

Made an appointment to get a simple oil change on a friday morning, was told monday afternoon was available so i said thats fine. I work graveyard shifts so i knew i would have to get up mid sleep schedule for the appointment. I got there just to be told i didnt have an appointment. After insisting i did and 10 mins of them checking their system they confirmed i did and they missed it, and told me to come back the next day because their team had left. The next day they told me it would take 60-80 mins for an oil change. After waiting 2 hours i asked if they were done and then they spent 15 mins to check. So it took about 26 hours to take care of what is normally a 45 min task. I didnt catch any names but the woman who helped was very nice and caught the mistake, while the man who had the office in the service department couldnt care less and insisted is wasnt his fault and told me i should come in earlier for my rescheduled appointment after setting a time with the lady because it would be convenient for him dispite me mentioning my sleep schedule.

While the selection of vehicles available is impressive, the sales staff were pushy and didnt really listen to out needs. We initially started with a friendly saleswoman who tried her best to help us with our specific needs, but we soon realized the general price range was a little outside of what we were looking for. As we tried to head out, her supervisor/sales manager all but refused to let us leave. After a while, we were out of time and had to go, but the store manager (a different person) chased us down and tried to show us another vehicle clearly outside our price range.I imagine buying a new vehicle with plenty of capital on hand is fine here, but I dont recommend looking for a budget vehicle here.

Worst place I ever dealt in car buying; first and last! I bought the Nissan Centra 2019. I realized after a week the hubcap was missing in one side. Nissan would like to charge 75$. I was promised one year of free service; only to find out to pay 60$ when I took the car for service. The customer service is horrible, always harassing, not taking responsibility instead putting blame to the particular worker at their company; truly a bad place!
