Awful. Just awful. Infuriating from beginning to end. I get supply chain issues and staff shortages, but if you dont have any phones and your primary purpose is to sell phones, then why are you even open? Does your store solely exist to tell your customers to shop online? What does this store even do?

Awful service was not acknowledged for about ten minutes and then was told to wait while two employees talked and put up a sign. I am okay with waiting but it didn’t make sense to have customers wait for 15+ minutes while they take care of a task that could be done when customers are taken care of. Also, I don’t recommend calling this location, the phone rang multiple times and the three employees in store ignored it.

Smooth and enjoyable transition from AT&T to T-Mobile. I had to switch from my obsolete AT&T phone with a large SIM card to a new one with nano SIM. I visited AT&T store on F street and such a simple task turned into a disappointing experience because AT&T representatives were unable to accomplish it. My phone was a secondary device in the family plan, and it was a reason for the problem. Browsing of the AT&T web site was full of frustration, calling them led to listening to the music. I decided to try T-Mobile and they implemented everything that I needed in 15 minutes. My phone number was transferred flawlessly under T-Mobile service to my favorite unlocked Moto Z Play. Selection of the plan was easy. International pass rates are cheaper than AT&T offerings. Daniel and Angelique assisted me in this transition. I deeply respect their professionalism, ability to listen and understand the problems, and finding the optimal solutions in a short time. Highly recommended for everyone who is looking for customizable and flexible options in cellular service. Many thanks!

Daniel was an absolute rockstar is getting us what we want especially coming from at&t disappointing experience to walk into great managment and positive service outlet was a welcome change.I am taking off one star because after getting new t mobile service our numbers did not truly activate like what we thought they would and we had to wait for 12 hours for the store to open next day and apend another hour to just get the issue understood and resolved. That was stressful but barring that this T mobile ourlet is totally recommended and Daniel is your guy to connect with.

This store is hurting the T-Mobile brand. Staff/management are completely inept. I sympathize with the previous post. At first pitch the fast-talking rep sold me a plan that included a free promotional set of Beats headphones and the car kit. I was assured by the associate (who no longer works there...) that they were in fact free and would not be charged monthly for the financed amount. When she finally asked the AM she was corrected - they were free in that Id be charged monthly but they would credit my account each month. Well, you guessed it - its now been 5 monthly trips to the store since switching from AT&T and the credit is still not being applied monthly. Each time I get the personal guarantee of the employee or AM that THIS is the month the problem is fixed. Yet here I am, literally on hold as I write this review, with a phone rep trying to fix this problem. This is my last attempt at correcting their mistake. Next month Im switching back to AT&T and will gladly pay their higher rates...

Had to go in twice today for a technical problem with my account.The first time I worked with Alfonso, and he was great! Super friendly, asked me lots of questions to try to understand the problem. He was stumped by it, so he called technical support and they were able to work it out together in about 30 minutes. I was really impressed by this experience.Later that day, I had another technical problem. I came back to the store, and this time George tried to help me, and he was very rude and arrogant. When I told him I had a Nexus-model phone, he immediately wrote off my problems to the fact that it was a Nexus and basically told me I would need to call Google for support or get a different phone...without even trying to understand the problem more, or try different things to fix it. I told him this was unacceptable and asked him to try some different things before I left. He silently tapped away on my phone for 30 minutes without telling me what he was trying to do with my phone. In the end, he said he wasnt able to fix it, but he also didnt try calling tech support and he didnt ask me very many questions to explore the problem. He seemed like a really smart kid who presumed that if HE couldnt find an answer, no one could. I was really turned off by this experience.So, one great experience, one awful experience. Seems like it just depends on which employee you get and how invested they feel in helping you out.

The first time I came here, things went fairly well. My mother and I were switching from Verizon to T-Mobile (one of the best decisions in my adult life). We decided to do it before our next billing cycle, so we went in right away. A retail associate, Alfonso, helped us with our purchase and switch. Although we were the only ones in there, the process took forever. He was sweet, but honestly didnt know what he was talking about. He kept retracting statements and re-explaining. Finally, after two hours of back and forth, and wishy washy methods of looping certain contract prices, we left the store with 3 new contracts.Since then, Ive only returned to the T-Mobile store when my iPhone broke(switching from Apple to LG was also one of the best decisions). I walk into the store, and Alfonso greets me again. Hes frazzled, per usual, and asks me whats up. I tell him Im in need of a new phone, what can he show me. He shows me a few phones, but Im sold on the V20. He checks to see if they have it in stock, but since they didnt, he said he would have an associate from ANOTHER location in Sacramento drive ALL THE WAY to Davis to drop off the phone. I say okay, I need the phone, when can you have it. It was Monday, getting late, and I needed to finish a midterm paper and he told me he could have it on Friday. I said, Im really busy, and Id rather not wait that long, my phone is no longer functional. He asked for my number so he could call me on Tuesday to see if the phone came in earlier. Tuesday comes and goes, and he hasnt called. When I called this location, they said he never showed up to work and that my situation hadnt been relayed to anoter associate. Alfonso never held his end of the bargain(as in he never called or emailed, even though I did), and Im thoroughly disappointed...

The employees are very friendly. I dont expect the employees to know everything, but the ones I talked to knew the information I needed. The associates at this location are great and because of this I keep having friends and family visit them too.

They are friendly, but...I just lost my phone a day ago. I thought I had insurance to get a new one. But then I found out the staff in Davis didn’t place an insurance for me. He asked me if I need an insurance for three times. I said yes, please. Lol. Now I have to pay for their mistake to get a full price new phone.

Just an awful experience. Prices were anything but clear, took literally all day to accomplish the task. I called tmobile to complain and they offered a $20 discount for pain and suffering. This experience today with staff who speak jargon, write one number on a piece of paper, and then charge you hundreds of dollars more on the fine print, was the worst experience Ive ever had with tmobile in 10 years. Beware. And if the manager of the store would like to contact me, that would be awesome.

I took an old Nokia T-Mobile phone in to purchase a pre-paid SIM card. I planned to give the phone to a homeless friend. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable and did a great job! He ran into a problem trying to activate the card, called T-Mobile and patiently spent 10 minutes working through the process to activate a $10 card. My buddy who was with me suggested that maybe the activation fee could be waived. The employee - I wish I could remember his name - went to the back and checked with his manager, Luis. Luis came out and said sure he would waive the fee since it was for a good cause. He was very nice as well. The whole experience was positive. I recommend this store based on my experience.
