I was just helped switching over to get a new phone. I have been a customer for several years with several new phones and these guys always do a great job. 10/10 customer service
We were in about a week ago, and Darius was awesome. We had been on the phone and chat with Verizon trying to get new phones set up, which was completely frustrating and unhelpful as well as time-consuming. So then we came down to Victra and Darius knew exactly what to do to solve our problems and get us set up, it was quick and easy, and he was super pleasant to pass the time with while he took care of our phone issues. In the future we will for sure go here first! Also, they have COVID safety measures in place which we really appreciated.
Darius was very helpful in helping me get a 5g sim for my phone and explaining to me details about the 5g services. He is a knowledgeable and effective worker and I would enjoy working with him again if any other needs arise with my phone
Dustin was very thorough and stayed 45 minutes after work to ensure effective transfer of data and full functionality of the phone. Super conscientious effort!

Cris, Jen, and Malik are very experienced and friendly!! They tried everything to help me switch from my previous provider to Verizon. My previous phone provider had locked my phone so they went out of their way and contacted their customer service and were able to navigate their way through it to get the information we needed. 100% would recommend going there for your phone provider needs!!
I had a great experience at this Verizon location! Malik helped me get my phone replaced even after my warranty expired and helped me contact google to discuss my issues with them. He was super patient in helpful! Ill be coming back to this location if I ever have issues in the future. 10/10
Kristian (sp?).... I probably spelled his name wrong, and Im sorry if I did.He was a very professional, helpful person. Walked me through all my options. Didnt feel pressured to make a purchase. He answered all my questions.In the end I purchased 2 Galaxy S20+ G5 phones.Great phones. Even better service. This place will ALWAYS be my go to store. Simply the best.

Cris was great. Knows his stuff and wasnt too overbearing on upselling extras and the like, which I appreciate because I hate how getting a phone is almost like buying a car nowadays. While I was getting set up, the manager Jen was dealing with some silent generation folks with some pretty common technical issues with what I can only call the patience of a saint. 10 times better than the mobile phone stand at freaking Costco.
When in to cancel a line with my service and the rep made me wait 20 minutes just to tell me that he cant help and I need to contact verison directly. Terrible service
I agree with all of the great reviewers that Sunny by far is the BEST manager at Verizon. Do skip all of the other stores and come see what exceptional customer service is like. This store has absolutely great service! My phone was broken and being a college student my mom wasnt able to be in the store with me. We had problems with ordering and buying the phone but the workers at this Verizon helped during every step and went above and beyon . Even letting me call my mom. They stayed late to be able to help figure out my phone. Overall a great experience with the costumer service!!!!

Jennifer Vidales, the store manager, went the extra mile to meet my needs. She was super helpful, professional and friendly. She ordered for me the LG Stylo 5 and in less than 24 hours I received the phone. Jennifer and her staff made sure my new phone was up and running. Chris was great to help switch my data from old phone to the new one I purchased from Verizon over the phone. Also no pressure when we inquired about a new phone for my husband. Ended up getting a new phone for him with no pressure to buy the more expensive phone. Very good customer service. We definitely recommend this store.
Went in to activate a phone replaced by the insurance Verizon provides, at first was told Id have to pay a $20 activation fee. Once I argued that such information had not been previously disclosed when I purchased the phone or the plan he understood and activated my phone. Truthfully I went in about 20 minutes before closing and the guy was just over it. So he did get me out of there pretty quickly. But I didnt ask too many extra questions because I could see it was overwhelming him. He might have been new.
I was helped by Malik and Kristian. Both of them were helpful with the phone upgrade process. Kristian was able to get me out of the store in under 45 minutes after I had to spend over 6 hours there the day prior due to issues with their systems. It was a relief to not have to spend all that time there again. The people there are all friendly and very helpful; I would recommend going to this place if you wanted to get a new phone.
Decided it’s time to replace my phone. I went to this store and the services were awesome. Great suggestion on the accessories for the phone.
Malik was very respectful and knowledgable. He let me know about promotions that could save me money, but didnt pressure me into buying anything. He didnt have anyone else helping him at the site, but still did an awesome job and remained completely kind and professional.
Jennifer is a star! She helped activate my finicky phone while giving attention to everything other customer who entered. She was the only representative working at the time and managed with efficiency and grace. Id definitely go back if I encounter any other problems.

Malik has had to spend a LONG time getting me set up, entirely because I have to be shown everything so carefully and have everything filled in for me. He has been SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL. The new management here is phenomenal. I came in recently with a new phone and a tough problem (to get my old contacts off of an old phone with a dead screen) and Sunny absolutely refused to let anything stand in the way of solving the problem, no matter how many methods we tried (many). We tried many potential solutions, most of which werent likely to make his store much/any money. I really felt like Sunny was on my side. Hes extremely cheerful, polite, and helpful to boot. Ill be coming back whenever I can for service and phone-related needs. Thanks guys!
When I broke my phone and lost all my pictures and data I went to phone repairs stores in Davis who turned me away and told me I was out of luck. I finally came to Click Away Davis and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Orlando,Xylina and David understood how upset I was and came up with a creative solution to recover my lost Data. Their communication and customer service was fantastic ever step of the way. I recommend their services to anyone who needs help with their device.
This place is a scam. All they try to do is sell you new items and disregard any concerns you have with your existing account. I payed for an expensive insurance through them and once my phone got a minor problem they stated that the insurance did not cover it. And instead tried to sell me a new phone and increase my bill. I called tech support and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I cant wait for them to go out of business. May they go broke soon.(How sad. Just because they dont agree with the post they say you arent a costumer.. hmm maybe it was my parents name on the account. Poor management obviously)

Friendly and efficient. Did try to sell me more things than I initially asked for, but listened and werent pushy when I said no to some stuff.I didnt need much; just switching over to a new/used phone (that I bought from a friend) from my old busted one, but the process was painless, which is not what I was expecting.

I came to ClickAway yesterday morning in a really tough situation - a big deadline, and a non-functioning device. Chris was so calm and so patient with me and my worries. He understood the problem with the device. Problem-solved with skill and patience, and of course the problem was solved. I met my deadline, and really appreciate the help he gave me.
Orlando was very helpful in finding me a phone that matched what I needed. Good, honest place that is realistic about what they are selling you and who will work with you to give you what you need.

Did not disclose upgrade and other fees. Provided wrong (intentionally misleading?) information about a new data plan. Full price on pixel 3- which 2 days later was offered for free by another provider. Avoid!

This place really had me consider leaving Verizon even though they are different entity. Promises of lower rates and more add ons just to be told that my bill would be higher right before closing a deal. Purchased a power cable threw them out of desperation, paid 3 times as much, which was my fault but when it no longer worked after a month they would do nothing for me. Terrible place. Go to another location, even if you have to drive 30 minutes out of your way it will be worth not dealing with the headache of this branch.

About as good as you can get for a cellular vendor. Lines arent too long. Staff knows some stuff, only a little bit of pressure to buy the more expensive options.
I usually dont leave reviews, but after the outstanding service that Sunny provided I thought I should. I had an issue with my brand new Apple iPhone 7 and went to see them to fix the problem, after Sunny fixed the issue he went through a tutorial on how i can avoid that problem in the future. He also noticed that I didnt get around to getting a case or tempered glass for my phone and gave me a great deal on both! As we were discussing my problem of always dropping my phones he suggested his in-store insurance which is a no brainer for me since it was unlimited screen repairs for $149, when the usual cost to replace this screen is $199. Great service all around!

I bought an iphone 10 yesterday there,they where really friendly and helping. The sale specialist was xylina who explianed everything to me patiently and completely and helped me to figure out what plan and phone is the best for me regarding my financial situation. She suggested me to buy several items that I wanted in a pckage which was really cost-effective.

In their defense, they bought me out of a fairly-new (and terrible) phone (which I had gotten there) so I could get a new one from them. But then they refused to honor a quote that they had given me, claimed they had never made such an offer, and repeatedly insisted I was confused about which product I was asking for.Theyre limited in what they can do because theyre a premium retailer, and what they can do often takes a long time - this isnt their fault, but just a warning if youre needing someone to quickly do nimble tricks with your account.tl;dr just go to a corporate store. Itll save everyone a massive headache.Update re their response: oh no, you did not try to call me multiple times. You called once, to offer me a used phone, and given the business practices I experienced at your store I would strongly prefer to have no dealings with your store ever again. My bill is significantly higher than a) what it should have been, given your original quote; and b) what you then told me it would be after I noticed the error and complained. If youll honor the original device payment you quoted me, then Id be delighted. Frankly I doubt that will happen.

They sold me a screen protector which bubbled up a few weeks later and would not replace it then told me to get the F out of their store when I questioned them. Low class scumbags. I wish I would have looked at all the bad reviews here and on Yelp before I went there.

I was to have a line turned off and have a phone shich to an exiting line.Customer Service representative that did not help was rude and offensive.From now on I will take my business somewhere else and switch my four lines to Metro PCS. verizon loosing customer in davis one at a time.
I was a bit wary going in, considering the bad reviews other people have left. The staff was incredibly friendly and they got me a refurbished phone replacement quickly and with no hassle.
