Went in with a huge problem because of a mistake made through customer service going forward Ill come in store & ask for Tia! She was so sweet & helpful! She went above and beyond to solve my problem & calm me down I was pretty upset & I apologized for that! She was great I was lucky to have her helping me navigate through customer service because she was so patient & knowledgeable! At the end of the day we got it all resolved thank you Tia!
Fabulous customer service with Tia!! She helped me far beyond my expectation. Never did I feel like I was taking up her precious time and she explained everything well. I am happy with a new phone and accessories! Tia efficiently took care of everything and I will definitely ask for her again if I need any further help. My past experiences at this store have been very sub-par, and fortunately they were turned around by Macaela, she immediately was very responsive to my issue and got it dealt with in a timely manner. I was very frustrated walking into the store and she helped through the entire process and was extremely helpful in fixing a mistake she did not even create! Would definitely recommend this store as long as they keep her running the show!The other associate was extremely nice as well but I did not catch her name.

Great Great service!Wasnt happy at all with at&t before I walked into this location, so they were in for a hard time with dealing with a hot head like myself.Ended up walking out with 4 new phones lol. Great work environment and friendly staff. The manager Marcus was great. Handled himself very well while dealing with an old hot head like myself.They never had all the phones we wanted but it worked out! The store is a nice store but employees are rude and unprofessional! The girl who assisted me (don’t know her name as she didn’t have a name tag) didn’t greet me politely and she had a rude tonality. She just wanted to get rid of me! I think this store should work more on their rep’s behavior and professionalism.I have worked in a store before and this isn’t how you treat customers :)
I have had my iPhone 12 for less than 30 days and had issues with not being able to make calls, send texts, or do anything non safari. I called into customer support 4 times for a total of over 5hrs talking to people trying to fix it and nothing. Today I walk in here and Tia helps me, she lets me know I don’t think I’ll be able to fix it but let’s try a new SIM card and go from there. Boom phone works. And even more impressive is that she stayed over her shift completely off the clock to help me. I can not express enough thanks to her! If you need anything come here and ask for Tia you will NOT be disappointed at all!!!

Went to this ATT Store after the other ATT Store in Davis would not let me make an appointment to help set up my new phone. This was 1/17/21. My phone had been stolen and ATT had sent me a new one. The other location had told me I had to go to the Apple Store to have it set up. That is impossible now as they are closed throughout Northern California. The F St. Store was so nice, accommodating and was able to have my phone up and running within an hour. They even were able to save me 30.00 on my monthly bill!!!! Thank you so very much!! You saved me!! :-)

Did not find a phone I wanted to buy in Davis ATT store. Bought a phone on New Egg, went to store to get a screen protector put on. I planned to buy it at the store. They did not have anything for me. Then I asked about adjusting my U-verse TV to modernize. They offered to let me use their phone to call customer service. Cushy job, 5 people in the air conditioning, doing little that I could see. Nearby Verizon store was closed. Just as useful. May buy Verizon stock.
Went into the Davis, CA store to update my son’s phone and was assisted by Terrin. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Couldn’t be happier.

Service was non-existent. All the staff were playing on their cell phones unwilling to help customers. If they could provide lousy service it would be a great improvement from zero service!
I was turned away at another ATT store in Davis and told that they could not help me resolve my Data and billing issue...Not at 140 Fst ! not only did they transfer my stuff they helped me fix a billing issue I had for 6montha. Thank you!!

Wesley handled a problem I had been struggling with for hours in under 15 minutes. He was patient and quickly understood the complexities of my situation. Wesley could have easily taken advantage of my technical ignorance and sold me expensive equipment. Instead, he politely resolved the problem, gave me extra paperwork I needed and sent me on my way free of charge. Wesley reflects the billions ATT spends in advertising stating customer care is their first priority.

I was told to exit the store because I did not have a mask on. I have a heath condition exempting me from wearing one. I also have a constitutional right to choose to not wear one as there is no legal court ordered law or executive order stating otherwise. Not from ATT, not from the state of CA, not from the UNited States Federal Government. Therefore I was treated with the utmost disrespect, inequality, discrimination and lack of any moral or ethical standards. I will never shop here again. I havent had a single issue at any other store like this, ever.
I just got back home after getting a replacement phone. The service was excellent and I returned home knowing just how to use my new phone! The person who assisted me was very patient and very knowledgeable. I am an older person and was treated with great respect. Theyve got my business and I encourage others to go there.

The employees are super nice but arent terribly well equipped or skilled in helping folks with problems they have with phones. Its pretty much Do you want a new phone, or no?.I was able to figure out a workaround that bought me enough tome to get to a repair shop
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. We recently had to cancel a landline due to my mother-in-law who passed away and no longer need the service. First you cant just call up or walk in and cancel the account since its on another persons name. Secondly you will need to show a certified death certificate to prove the cancellation. Once we received that document, the staff was able to cancel the account from the store.
Went in with my elderly mother to upgrade her from an I phone 4 and while they were very nice, they told us they could not transfer the content as they didnt have the proper cables after their remodel, huh?!Also said that the Apple Store probably couldnt do it as there were new privacy laws that wouldnt allow it.Once again, they were very nice, but I think a little education (or truth) would go a long way. I searched online and there are multiple ways to transfer everything.I will be buying her a new phone elsewhere. Thanks!

The staff is nice, tries to help, but you get different answers for the same question from either different or the same person. Only if youre interested to sign up for home internet service, will they be more tentative. Its better to use the online chat service than to be here in person.

Only madness works for ATT. On one side, the online or phone CS insists me verifying my SSN in store, on the other side, the in-store staff insists they can do nothing and ask me to call. At least online or phone CS show some willness to help. In-store staff have nothing in their mind. After you getting mad, it works! You do not need to go to store and online CS can do everything for you! While store staff magically start to function a little.Last 6 months and I will say goodbye to ATT!
AT&T coverage is outstanding but they are really really expensive! AT&T store located in Davis, CA is in a pretty good spot but it is always crowded. I always have to wait but the ATT team is very helpful and they will try their best to serve you the best.
Bad experience with no any response from Noah thier manager in At&t store in davis told me that there is fiber in our building then asked me to pay 100 $ but they never came at the appointment because they had bad internal communication with there technician s as they gave them wrong address every time in addition also at the third appointment the technician came finally but i was dissapointed when he said no fiber at your area so in conclusion1) the store gave me a wrong information and 2) refused to refund the money and said you may recieve a ckeck after 6 weeks 3)also thr technician never come on time because as they said the store gave them wrong address also4) suppose they have system stating that out area has no At&t service .5) they cause to us inconvenience because these three days i did not go to my doctor appointment Waiting for them and for thier confirmation with no any response .I really donot advise any one to take from them nor to pay in adcance .because every time they keep saying we are big company but really no any profession nor response .
