I like advanced auto parts. Depending on who you get they can be very knowledgeable. They give a 10% military discount on most stuff when you purchase something in the store. If you order on line and then pick it up at their store you can usually get even better discounts and you dont have to be military for those. You can earn some money towards purchases using their speed perks too. Its incredible how much money you can save doing some of your own vehicle maintenance instead of taking it to a shop.

Got new battery installed. The tech was in a hurry, lost one bolt (from the battery bracket) ... finally got it installed with new bolt from store - Not his best work, but successful.As Eric O. (YouTube) says sometimes you have to go slow to go fast!

Had take back a fuel pump it happens a lot dont matter were u get unless u get dealer parts u get china parts and it is a crock really we should quit buying and selling parts from china they are junk always .but had worranty but still had drop fuel tank again 3 weeks after changed it only went through 2 tanks gas.

Top notch!! I needed a battery for my Mercedes, and not only did Scott check my system to make sure I needed the battery, ( which I did), he took the time to clean my cable ends, and posts. Installed corrosion inhibiting spray, pads, and compound, and put it all back together. This guy went above and beyond great customer service, and has a new customer for life. We came here because the Freakin rican food truck was in the lot. Originally from NY, Ive been struggling to find good Puerto Rican food in Ohio. We drove from Cincinnati and tried it out. It was definitely worth it. Delicious food! Gave me a taste of home.

It was a reason that I went in there and it was for jumper cables the cashier or sales person there was very attentive directing me directly to what I was looking for getting harassed me and asked me if I need anything else seemed a little preoccupied but overall I was satisfied

Came here to get a battery replaced under warranty. They guy hooked the machine up to my battery and ran a test. Test said battery was good, just needed charged. My charging system was fine, even according to the machine test. Had to come back again later to explain that my battery once again didnt start my car. And had to explain that by it not charging, as a battery should, it wasnt working. Got new battery eventually.

Met by a startled and possibly confused man. After I directly told him what I needed he turned his head like a puppy. He then quickly found the battery in the computer and set off for a journey for the battery. After looking for the battery as if it was a treasure he needed assistance from the wizard in the back room. He directed him to the battery which purchased and worked great.

Needed brake lines for my truck. Not only did they sell me the wrong lines. They wouldnt do any kind of return because the part was a little bent and dirty.

Price on that radiator cap, under $6.00, value of the time spent looking through Service Manuels and talkin with my new parts guy, about Auto repair priceless!

I spent more time in the store than I did doing the repair. The manager was giving me a hard time about a warranty. I had the part, the receipt from less than a year ago, and still had problems.

The store is well stocked and kept. I was in need of jumper cables and got the incorrect kind when ordering online, I hadnt even left the store yet and was needing to make an exchange for the correct cables. Upon exchange I was told that I couldnt exchange the cables due to the order in the system hasnt been in there long enough to make a refund and there was nothing they could do for me for 24 hours? What in the world, first the computer issues with exchanging is not my issue really and second the csr that served me needs to think more critically about the issue at stake not his system and the inventory. The cables were both the same price, he just wasnt open minded to think about both sides of the problem. Just needs to work on them customer service soft skills that everyone should be proficent in before attempting customer rejection like that. In the end they had to do a manual return and have the store manager come. Suggestion for future, why limit on times a customer returns an item for? There are returns made every day all the time. Would you rather loose a customer, or a 10 retail product that is maybe 2 bucks wholesale?

These guys are the best I was having a serious problem with my car the guy took a look at it turns out it was just a loose air hose. Hooked it up and sent me on my way. I cant thank you enough for being so helpful.
