Three (3) words describe White Allen Honda - Honesty, Integrity, and Value. I decided to call this dealership due to the high reviews on Car Gurus and I was glad I did. When I called, the car I wanted to see was sold but Randy (Sales Associate) informed me they just received a trade that was an upgrade from the model I wanted to see. The trade was a year older, but with better features and lower mileage. By the time I arrived at the dealership, the car was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and was spotless inside and out. I received excellent personalized customer service, great communication throughout the whole process, and a tireless effort to help from everyone at White Allen Honda. Jim in the Parts Dept was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the correct part we needed. Unlike another local dealership (whose parts person identified the part incorrectly, said it wasnt available, sorry, goodbye), Jim knew to check the VIN to see whether our Odyssey was assembled in the US or Canada, correctly identified the part we needed for our Canadian-built Odyssey, and was able to have it available for pick-up the next day.

Veteran here. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership was here. PREJUDICE : I was pre-judged, I can only assume by my looks, as there was nothing else to go by at this point - When I first arrived, I was sent over to apartially wrecked, multi-colored, junky vehicle that was listed at $1500. This was after I told my salesperson and manager I was in an accident and was needing a vehicle to drive back home out of state. The vehicle I was there to see, I saw listed online and expressed I was there to look at that vehicle. That vehicle was well above the cheap car I was sent to look at after being informed that the vehicle I was there to look at, was being detailed and unavailable, even though I said, Ill take it, I saw the ad, like it, and want itBTW - I own over half a million dollars worth of rental property, I proudly worked for and earned. I never flaunt that fact, just saying here because of the treatment.I finally did get to test drive the original vehicle I was there to see, the vehicle I saw listed online. It had brake issues. The ABS light was on and was on when I left the lot after purchase. While test driving, I stopped by a automotive repair shop in the area to ask someone I knew there what the issue may be with the brakes. I had a friend who was with me, call and tell my salesman, I stopped to have the brakes looked at and was letting him know that we may be gone a little longer than normal. I had to know what the issue was as I was driving the vehicle out of state, and regardless, it was a safety issue. The dealership could not tell me what was wrong with it.Upon returning, I encountered a very agitated salesperson, raising his voice, and very upset. I was confused, I said my friend called and let you know I was having the brakes looked at didnt he? I thought people all the time would have their mechanic look at a used vehicle before purchase. He said, no, that is not the case, which I find to be false.His negligent concern for my safety is alarming. After that, he took his time for the rest of the day to complete the sale. I have video to upload, I was there 10 Hours!

3 stars cause so far the Honda Fit S runs great. My sales rep was Hugh Fullerton. Very unpleasant man. The car sold itself but the Sales rep Hugh almost made me change my mind with how rude and short he was with me. Ignored half of my questions while sitting down with him. I wanted the car so I stuck with it. After I made the purchase Hugh tells me Honda certified cars come with a 2nd key. I say “Okay good to know where is the 2nd key?” Word for word Hugh says “don’t worry about it, I’ll get that second key ready for you and give you a call once it’s ready.” Cool. That’s perfect but then 3 weeks go by and no call from Hugh. Finally I get a call but it’s not Hugh. It’s finance and they need my pay slips because HUGH LOST THEM ALONG WITH MY INSURANCE I GAVE HIM. They didn’t have any of the paperwork I submitted for them to turn into the bank. Had to wait in the service area for a hour to get a second key. Wouldn’t have mind that if I was just told from the start. Also got a 160$ charge from my bank because there was no insurance submitted with the car from the dealership because Hugh lost my paperwork.So all in all, good car. Awful experience.
I had made an appointment to see a van today my budget wasn’t over 10000 which I think made a difference in the way my family was treated. I was told to come in and ask for Hugh which I did upon arriving the next day for my appointment. He was very rude to us from the start and we had made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. He acted as if he was in a hurry, he took 20 minutes to tell us that the van we wanted to look at wasn’t even there it was being detailed, then I told him there were 3 to 4 different vans on there he pulled up a van 8000 dollars over my budget and he pulled up another 1 and that wasn’t at the facility either. I tell you I have nEver encountered such a rude person in my life. I will never recommend going here or ever go back again. He needs to find another career because he is not meant to work with people and he was rude as soon as we walked in the door.

Set up an appointment to test drive a Civic Type R with Maurice Robinson. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was informed they don’t do test drives. An absolute waste of my time. I should have been informed when I set up the appointment. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
Absolutely amazing.Right off 75.Phone service was 5 star.As well for the entire Maintenance Department. Both were more informative than any other shop Ive been to.I know its Honda talking Honda but still!Had small issue with the infotainment center, fixed now issue. Highly reccomend taking your vehicle here if your new to the area or looking for a better Honda Service Team.
If you want a car that runs, I suggest you look elsewhere. Bought a CRV in December that was a little pricey, but i was under the impression that it was going to be a good and reliable car. The literal DAY I brought it home from the dealer it died in my driveway. Naturally, they took it back to look into the issue, but found nothing after they charged the battery. I thought I was squared away and it must have been a fluke. Well, lo and behold 2 weeks ago it dies AGAIN. Got the battery tested at Auto Zone and they said it was fine. I suspect the dealer knew something was wrong but didnt want to fix it so sent it back my way. After a jump it was running again so I figured maybe it was just the cold or something. And then this morning? You guessed it. Youd think for $13,000 you might get a car that lasts more than a month. Havent even put 200 miles on it. Incredibly miffed and disappointed in White Allen Honda.
I took my 2020 crv to have a gas tank replaced. After almost two month and many lies I got a call to pick it up. Upon arriving home I discovered the pictured dent in the top of my car(that was not there) when dropped off. The service manager (dale) said they are not responsible for damage caused by them. This location is very near the ghetto and clearly vandalism or negligence occurs here often and they deny responsibility.DO NOT TRUST these people as they are many of their employees clearly lie . Many reviews prove they lie regularly.Do yourself a favor and choose anywhere but this location.
We have just purchased a 2019 Honda Fit EX from White Allen Honda. The sales rep Hugh Fullerton dealt with us and he was the nicest car sales person you could ask for. Helpful, knowledgeable, laid back, and eager to assist, he made the whole process smooth. The finance guy was very pleasant too. I can recommend White Allen Honda to anyone who is looking for a Honda car at a fair price.
I purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey just over 5 years ago in Feb 2016. It was my dream van with all the features I wanted and we drove a bit to get the black color I wanted. I got a great deal and walked away very excited. Fast forward to today. I went to look at trading this van in at a dealership closer to home. Come to find out my van’s trade in value is about $6000 less than Kelly Blue Book because the Auto Check report we were given from White Allen didn’t pull up the accident from 2015 in which the airbags deployed. I never would have purchased this van had this information been disclosed to my husband and myself. I not only paid too much for it then, I now have this blemish to deal with when it comes to trading in or selling my van. I hate to think we were swindled, but that sure is what it feels like. Lesson learned, shop local and only trust a real CarFax report.

I called to inquire about a vehicle and was connected to a salesman named, Randy. He said he would call me right back with more details about the car and their best price. He did call me back promptly, however, gave me a price that was $3k over what was listed online. When I began to tell him that the same vehicle was significantly less elsewhere, he simply hung up on me. Any chance of me coming into the dealership or better yet, purchasing a vehicle from White Allen, was tossed out of the window right then. Not the way to do business or earn a customer.
Got ripped off pretty bad, best estimate is they got me for 13K. Kinda my fault, but they bait and switched me and pretty much stole my trade-in. It cost them 3 customers for it tho.
Sadly, I anticipated a more welcoming experience. Made an appointment with a sales rep. When my wife who is handicapped and I arrived, we were ignored because he had another customer. He shuffled us off to another rep. Who was great.But that was just wrong. Remember, we had an appointment and he didnt even get the car ready for us and he said he would.
Greedy dealership. They’re trying to charge customers $5,000 over retail for a Type R because of the “high demand.” The Type R vehicles have been out for over three years. This is purely selfish and greedy behavior.FYI, today I just purchased a 2021 Type R from an honest dealership that did not try to charge a ludicrous surcharge. Don’t trust White Allen Honda.Lastly, unless you purchase additional GAP insurance for your loan, your regular car insurance wouldn’t cover the surcharge if the car was wrecked because the MSRP is $5k less, so you’d be screwed. It’s just crazy.

Heres the pictures for Melissa Mills Anderson review. Oil fouled spark plugs... We want our warranty coverage. We have all our paperwork about the class action lawsuit. We are throwing code p0303. Cylinder 3 misfire. This code is directly stated in the class action lawsuit and straight from the Honda website. The Piston rings on select cylinders need to be replaced. The Pistons need cleaned and spark plugs need replaced. I have detailed step by step instructions on what should have been performed but the service tech decided to blame it on pcm board. If it was the board I would be throwing a pcm board code which would be p0600 - p0610 or code u0401 which is not the case at all. Ive done a lot of research and I know my fair share about vehicles. I just want done what should be done instead of getting the run around about not having an oil fouled spark plug.
Went there for recall and standard oil change along with routine maintenance which included brake fluid flush. For the week after, I kept noticing an odor. Was out of town a week later and I was at a Honda dealership in Northern KY, because girlfriend was having her car worked on. They were willing to take a look at mine though they were very busy. They found the oil cap jammed in the hood latch. White-Allen had neglected to put it back on, which was the source of the odor. If not for that, would have given them 5 stars.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Brought my CRV for oil change and tire rotation. Service technician said it would 45 minutes and it was, hardly had a chance to finish my coffee. When he return he went into detail on what was checked including the tire wear. When I went to pay the office assistant/cashier I asked her if they had a fax, and could she send a document for me. I am a 67 year old woman and I went in to get a battery for my car. I was told that if they put the battery in for me it would cost me an extra $50. So I bought the battery took it home and I installed it myself which took only 20 minutes Savin me $50. I have been a long time customer going back since 2002 I have bought four brand new cars not used cars but new cars. You would think that they would at lease put a battery in the car for free due to the fact of the price of the battery itself. Instead of adding an additional $50 for 20 minutes of work if that.
I took my Ridgeline in for recall service at White Allen Honda and was treated wonderfully. Not only was the gentlemen that greeted me pleasant and courteous, but when I asked how long it would take, he said he would try to make it under an hour. He did - about 50 minutes. When he handed me his (free) report of my truck and went over everything they checked he said everything looks good. NO UPSELL! I really appreciate that.

Took my van in for a misfire in cylinder. They did a diagnosis and tried blaming it on the pcm board. I did have a spark plug that was fouled. They stated however that it was not oil fouled. Mind you that there is an 8 year extended warranty on my van for oil fouled spark plugs. Ill post pictures and let you decide on the fouling of the plugs. Its obvious oil came into play. Pcm board is fine!!! I tried showing the supervisor these pictures and he wouldnt even acknowledge them. To conclude my story these guys dont know what the hell they are doing. Stop deleting the proof!
I visited White Allen Honda early last week to get an oil change on my 2012 CRV. While I was waiting I spoke with Brian to learn what my car may be worth as a trade in. He was very professional and was able to answer any questions I had (there were a lot of them). After passing on almost all of the used CRV inventory on the lot, Brian showed me a 2018 CRV Touring that was exactly what I was looking for. I purchased the vehicle that following Saturday after some respectful negotiating. The process from start to finish was as smooth as possible. I have purchased many new and used cars in my short lifetime and this was beyond the best experience Ive ever had with a dealership. I received everything I needed in writing and felt very confident in my purchase. Not only was Brian excellent, but the finance person I worked with (I cannot recall his name but it was the office on the left) was very informative and helpful as well. He did not try to persuade me with a bunch of BS, and instead had an adult conversation with me. I would highly recommend this dealership over Germain Honda of Beavercreek as well as Joe Morgan Honda of Monroe (both of which I have purchased vehicles from).

Took my Honda CR-V for an oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation. I was in and out in a little over 1 hour. Great service, clean environment, people working there are super nice. This was not my experience with Germaine Honda of Beaver Creek where I actually bought my Honda right off the show room floor. An honest to goodness nightmare! My buying experience was great but when I took my Honda in for servicing... Beware!! Word to the wise, just go to White Allen Honda.

We originally had to reschedule our service twice due to conflicts on our end. When we finally were able to get in, the original service order was lost or misplaced. Jared did a great job getting it correct. He was concerned about a specific item on the request so he held the car overnight to make sure it was working properly. Since it was being held overnight he offered us a loaner vehicle which worked out perfectly for us.This is our 3rd time working with Jared and I will always ask for him as our service manager.

I have bought a handful of vehicles from big dealerships and this was by far the fastest and most painless process i have gone though. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and left that way with a new truck. Hugh was my salesman and was very respectful and easy too work with. Everyone knows that when you get passed off to the fiancier you can expect to be there another hour or 2 but I kid you not, It only took about 20 minutes. With great staff, a very clean and attractive facility, and the fact they send you on your way with a full tank of gas, leaves n room for any complaints.
I absolutely love bringing my Odyssey in for service! Jared and the rest of the staff are always friendly and professional, and take care of everything I need. They give me quick estimates on other work I may need done at the next visit and when I stay and wait for my vehicle, I enjoy the waiting area while Im there. Looked at Honda Civic that was listed as CPO with no accident in vehicle history report. When I arrived to the dealership to check out the car the front bumper had dents and some minor scraping. The bumper was also slightly unattached, all of the damage being on the passenger side of the vehicle.

We have bought several cars from this dealership. Each time the experience has been great. Recently, I had to have my windshield replaced and took it to their body shop. They dealt with my insurance company and after a few issues, none on the part of the body shop, my car was repaired in a very timely manner. Very happy with both the car buying experience and the body shop.

This was my first time visiting this place, and this was for a recall replacement. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly. And those waiting didnt seem stressed or angry. I received a call from White Allen a week later asking about my visit. I also saw them participate in Childrens parade last night so they do participate in community events, which is good.

We got to the dealership when they opened at 9am and left at 1pm with our pre-owned 2016 Honda CR-V. Willie, the salesman was very nice and tried to entertain our toddler son as much as possible. But waiting for the finance manager was a joke. The salesman told us there was 1 person ahead of us when there were really 2. The finance manager was very nice and actually got us a better interest rate than what was initially offered. Overall it was a good experience and Id recommend going there...just know that youll most likely be there awhile.
Cannot say enough about this dealership. Every time I go to look at cars I make sure I look like a broke college student to see how the dealer treats me. Not once did I ever feel like my salesman Michael was trying to take advantage of me. They were able to come down $288 on a 2014 CR-V that was already really well priced; they found me an auto loan with a lower interest rate than my back; they never pressured me to buy; and most importantly, when I gave Michael my budget he stayed within what I said I was comfortable with. The only kinda meh experience I had was when the dealership was trying to sell more warranties to me. Kinda felt pressured, but that’s their job so I can complain. If you’re looking for a reliable used Honda vehicle in Dayton, Oh... this is the place for you :).Update: service was still great, but finance through your own bank. Having issues with White Allen communicating with the Bank they found to finance my car. And when I call the bank they have no record of me having an account or auto loan with them. If the issue doesn’t get resolved by Monday I’ll have to go to White Allen In person and wait till I get the problem resolved.
