I purchased a previously owned 2006 BMW 330xi. I needed to have recalls completed on the auto I purchased and contacted BMW of Dayton to see what I had to do in order to have these recalls taken care of. Scheduled an appointment to test-drive BMW 5 series and got a chance to drive two of them out of which we were interested in one if them. It was CPO and we noticed that there was a tail light that was broken and the sales person notified that they will be taking care of it and will give us a call the next day after it is fixed and to let us know if they would accept the counteroffer that we gave. Its been two days and we are yet to hear from them. Never had such a poor experience prior to this with any dealers.

Service Advisor TOM HOPKINS, WOW!! He was AWESOME! I came in on Friday when my run flat tire was losing air. I was assigned to Tom, and he was on it. He let me know I had a nail in my tire, and I knew the tire needed to be replaced. Since I had a lot of places to go over the weekend, I was not comfortable continuing to drive on that run flat tire until a replacement tire came in on Monday. Tom saw how distressed I was about the situation. He did not skip a beat and offered a solution. He offered a loaner car so that my weekend plans would not be disrupted. My weekend went on exactly as planned, and my loaner car was very fun to drive! On Monday morning, my tire was replaced and my car was returned to me so clean and shiny. Tom was honest, caring, and so helpful! I’ll always remember that. He made an unfortunate situation, totally manageable. I’ll always be grateful to him for the high level of customer service he provided me!

Dont fall for the gimmicks of the post cards you get in the mail. Was curious and called, was told yes, I won 500 dollars and gave the claim number over the phone and flyer that came said no purchase necessary, but when we got out there, to prove a point and was not in the need to buy a car, was told then was not matching and not a winner, so was given a mini bluetooth speaker that was said to cost around 50 bucks, when actually they cost 8 dollars online. Verified by looking up online. All the mumbo jumbo print and no purchase necessary was a hoax, but if I was buying a new car, Im sure I would have got 500 off my new car price. Beware of the mailers. I did it to prove a point to my spouse and had no intentions of leaving with 500 dollars for just bringing in a mailer.

A place where people with deep pockets buy nice things. Edit: Thats a really cute response, thanks! My problem with so many new vehicles is the lack of long term build quality & reliability. So many plastic components & computers, would be worrisome to own after warranty for people like myself that only buy used. EVs have no oil, less moving parts & all but they make the same mistakes. Fancy infotainment systems, assistance features, digital gauges, low tolerances... Everything will go out & require special tools to fix. Becoming more difficult to work on new cars these days & Im saying this as a 20 something year old.

We recently bought a used BMW X5 from a private party. It has passed 20000 miles. We didnt know previous owner has done maintains or not, so we made an appointment to check it. Tom Hopkins checked it for us and told us all maintains has been done without any charge. He even voluntarily taught us how to check that through vehicle computer system. It was very nice.
