Troy and his crew at XTP are the real deal. I brought my brand new ‘21 Tacoma in for a lift, new wheels, and tires. I had gone to a few shops before that who were not as friendly and helpful to a first time truck owner who wasn’t exactly sure what all I needed. I had this picture in my head of what I wanted the truck to look like, but it seems no one was willing to help me make it come to life. Then I went to XTP where Troy spent a good hour going over all the aspects of lifting the truck, scrolled through wheels forever until I saw ones I loved, and helped me pick out tires that will work and look great for me. He never pressured me into a sale, even after spending all that time with me. I just picked up my truck today and on the way home someone stopped at the light with me took a picture of my truck and gave me a big thumbs up. Two big, emphatic thumbs up to Troy and XTP. Don’t go anywhere else.

Took in my F450 for a complete front end replacement. Took em maybe a week in total for new shocks, bags, pumps, pullys, and belts. Worth the price for the work done to it. Would definitely be back.

Took my brand new 2017 Ford F350 dually to them right after I bought it. Troy and his guys made great recommendations for what I intended to use the truck for. Pricing was fair and everything went as planned. 2 years later, all is still good. If only Ford dealers had the same good service as XTP.

Had an appointment to get a spray in liner the guys were super nice in getting me shuttled to a near by mall so I could wait since it is such a lengthy process. Also super polite and educating me in the spray in process.

I never leave reviews; however the owner Troy did an outstanding job resolving an issue I had with some rigid flush mount light pods. I received the first set of lights on Monday and they clearly appeared like they had been installed previously. The powder coating was chipped and one of the fins was damaged. I contacted XTP Diesel and Troy personally handled the problem. Troy did exactly what he said he was going to do and I received my new lights on Friday. GREAT!!! customer service👍

As I regrettably write my review, I am beyond dissatisfied with XTP’s customer service who chooses not to stand behind their product line of remote starters. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: 1) Picked up my 7.3 powerstroke truck and one remote acted funny while Troy demonstrated proper use. 2) Successful distance was approximately 200-250ft. Yes, I measured multiple times on several occasions. 3) Crank time was only for 1-2 seconds, which resulted in dropping my truck off for another visit. Once “adjusted”, I still experienced the same results as before. 4) After reaching out to the owner with consistent problems, I was instructed this must be my vehicles fault since their product “works as advertised”. My truck is capable of starting without a hitch while being plugged in with my block heater connected to the oil pan (plus I have gauges), but their remote start fails miserably, yet my truck and “window tint” is to blame. My biggest question to XTP is if I can turn my key to start immediately and their remote start cannot start my truck.. what gives? Save yourself the headache after my guinea pig experience. I cannot speak on their other services and my review strictly revolves around remote starter installations only.
