Cool guys very much down to earth and knowledgeable. Its a real garage not b. S. Thinking Ive found My new and only garage.. music is a plus too lol
Very straightforward, quality work. Everything is done in a timely manner. They stand behind all their work.
My dad works in the auto industry so he does most the work on my car. Rarely do I have to go to a random shop, on this occasion I really needed my rear brakes looked at and I didnt want to drive 1.5 hours to my Dads shop. My brakes were making a lot of noise.I went to P&T Auto about a week ago to get rear brakes done on my Mazda 3. I needed new brake pads and rotors. I called before I went in and Pierre & Rick were very kind both over the phone and in person. They looked at the car, kept me in the loop, ordered my parts and I was in and out very quickly! I was very happy with the service and the price. I highly recommend P&T Auto on Linden Ave.
Amazing and extremely knowledgeable staff. Showed us everything, every step of the way. Staff was in constant contact. They were able to get our BMW tested and fixed within a day, when Evans BMW couldnt get to it for almost 4 weeks. Thanks for e everything neighbor. More vehicles coming your way.
Pierre was extremely helpful and informative on the several questions I had about car maintenance and services. The technicians performed the work quicker than what was initially quoted and I was able to be in and out of their shop in under 2 hours to get an alternator replaced, and at a discounted rate. I will definitely be going back to P&T if I experience any other issues with my vehicle.
Pierre and his staff are excellent. Very friendly and the price is always good. I would highly recommend to anyone!
P&T Auto is hands down the best shop Ive taken any vehicle to. I had to shop around for somewhere that can do internal engine work on my 2001 Lexus RX300, and Pierre and his team handled it with ease. In addition they worked overtime to secure the cost of a replacement engine from my extended warranty provider, a total cost of $4,100, wen originally the warranty was trying to only cover the cost of replacing a valve that broke off inside one of the cylinders. On top of that, I actually felt like a valued customer, something that is hard to find in an auto shop (in my opinion.) If you have an import vehicle, and you need any work done, I 100% recommend taking your vehicle to Pierre and his team at P&T auto!
I had my BMW 525Xi serviced at P&T. The car needed a water pump replacement. Pierre, the owner, had the pump ordered and delivered within 1 hour. The car was ready the same day. They vacuumed the inside and checked the car fluids without me even asking. Great service. I wont go anywhere else.
My daughter goes to UD. She had a car problem. I contacted P&T and they were able to help her. Her car was fixed the same day at a reasonable price. They are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
We have taken our vehicles here for years and they do amazing work at a reasonable price. No haggling or telling you something needs fixed that doesnt need fixed. They do the job they were hired to do. As a woman, it is nice to go to a shop and not feel like the mechanics are coming up with new problems to help you spend your money. I highly recommend them.
Pierre is great and so are the other employees. Fast friendly service and does a great job. Backs his work and makes sure the customer is satisfied. Thanks again and I will be be referring people to you.
P&T is the go-to place for any work for both myself and my company. They have always treated me well, been honest with prices and timing, and is the only mechanic who has actually taught me about fixing and maintaining my own car. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Honest, fair, professional. All the things you look for in an auto shop. Will absolutely be going back for any work I need in the future.
The owner Piere is a very trustworthy which was very important to me in buying a used vehicle. He immediately told me that it was a great vehicle, and so great that he would stand behind a 2008 used vehicle at no additional cost. He offered me a warranty which immediately sealed the deal for me. My intuition was right! He followed through on everything that he said he would do. We have been in touch several times since. Hes a very personable but professional. He has my business going forward, with all 3 of my vehicles.
Lightning fast, promptly timing, extraordinary quality work at its best.I mean P&T Automotive is as close as possible to perfection, with that said, they have a customer for life. Guardian angels for your vehicle.
I have dealt with Pierre and staff for several years with my personal and my business. They have always been prompt and fair. I will recommend his auto shop to anyone.
P&T Auto consists of honest hard working people. I purchased a vehicle here, from Pierre, and know I will be taken care of. Whether its purchasing or services, they have my 100% recommendation. Thanks again to the guys at P&T.
Had 2 cars fixed there was satisfied with the services that I received did great work on my Volvo at an honest price & on the time they quoted. Very happy 😎
New to Dayton P&T was recommended to me by family anytime they have worked on my car I feel like at quality work at an affordable price what more could you ask for?
I have been doing business with P&T since 2003 and am extremely happy with the service. Over the years, Pierre has continually earned my trust to the point where he is my only choice for car repair. And if Tony is in town....there is not a better auto body guy.I have called Pierre many times telling him my car is broke---his reply -- I will send a truck and call you soon. In all instances he provided timely, quality repair while ensuring that he provided fair and reasonable prices (most of the time cheaper than expected).Additionally, I purchased two cars from Pierre. In both instances, Pierre has insisted that if I have problems bring the car in and he will take care of the issue even though I technically purchased as is.So if you are looking for a person to call my mechanic...this is the place.
Friendly staff, great service at a reasonable price.
Overpriced and bad service!!Went to Jeffs tires and they gave me a better deal.
Another update for this review; found some old pictures of my car the day that I got it from P&T and one of it on the flatbed! In 2010, I purchased a used 2002 Nissan Sentra from Pierre. His shop had purchased the vehicle, rebuilt the motor, and was reselling it. The vehicles engine failed in less than a month of my ownership and cost me over $5,000 after taxes. The day I took ownership of the vehicle, I immediately experienced problems. As I drove away from picking the car up from Pierre at P&T Automotive, the low oil pressure warning light came on. Concerned, I took the vehicle back to the shop. He drained the oil, found no issue, filled it back up, and gave it back to me stating he could not recreate my problem. As I drove home, the light did not come back on.Shortly after my initial issue, as I was driving, the low oil pressure warning light came on again along with excessive engine noise. Worried, I pulled into the nearest parking lot, took a picture of the light, and called Pierre. He called a tow truck and had the car returned to his shop. He again drained the oil, found no problem, and filled it back up. He kept it to try and recreate the problem and stated he could not recreate my issue. After I got the car back, again a short time later, I was coming off the highway and as I came up to the traffic light, there was excessive engine noise and the low oil pressure warning light was on. I shut the vehicle off and called Pierre. After getting the vehicle back the third time, Pierre stated that there was indeed something wrong with the engine. My theory is that he was replacing the oil with a higher weight every time I returned, getting the low oil pressure light to go away until the engine damage was no longer ignorable.I was preparing to leave for Marine Corps recruit training in less than a week and I was stuck with a vehicle that no longer ran. Pierre would not honor the engine rebuild that his shop did because the vehicle was purchased without a warranty, which he profusely reminded me of. His sole offer to me was to use his ability to sell it at an auto auction. The vehicle sold for $2,600 resulting in a loss of around $2,500 from purchasing the vehicle.Since this incident, Pierre has called me twice in efforts to get me to remove or improve my rating for his shop. Both times he has asked me what it would take for me to change my review and my answer both times has been to honor the engine rebuild that his shop completed. Purchasing a vehicle without a warranty puts a purchaser at risk for any problems occured. However, purchasing a vehicle with a rebuilt engine from a shop that advertises their specialties in engine replacement and rebuilding should provide a customer with the assurance that the work done is sound. For me, the experience left me frustrated and unimpressed. Especially with the engine failing in less than a month with the very minimal driving I did.Pierre stated in our phone conversation that he saw me drive away hard from his shop, insinuating that the failure could have been caused by me. I know how I drove the vehicle, and I drove it conservatively. Pierre has put an immense amount of effort to rectify the experience I had with the Sentra but unfortunately his intrest in fixing it has only come after my negative review of his business. From my experience, I would steer clear from using this shop for mechanical services. I lost my money and my vehicle, and I was very disappointed in the handling of this issue by Pierre.
I have been a satisfied customer of P&T Auto for over 15 years. During that time I have had at least eight different vehicles in for a variety of problems including clutch replacement, fuel pump replacement, major and minor tuneups, electrical/wiring issues, body work, alignments, drive train and transmission issues, etc. The vehicles have included 2 prius hybrids, a sprinter conversion van, a Mitsubishi mini-van, a Nissan Sentra, 2 SUVs, and a Mercury Sable. All I can say is that I would not trust my vehicles to anyone else. Every time I had a problem and an estimate from another mechanic, P&T always did the work for less. Their workmanship and professionalism is outstanding. In addition Pierre has been able to diagnose problems that puzzled others, and he gets the work done quickly. We and others in my family have had instances where other mechanics told us that something needed replaced/repaired, for example new brakes. Pierre would look things over and many times the repairs could be safely delayed until thousands of miles later. I feel that many shops try to sell services that are not needed, taking advantage of people that have little or no knowledge about cars- not so with P&T.I also purchased a Nissan Sentra from P&T which performed flawlessly many thousands of miles requiring nothing more than routine maintenance. After about 3 years it was sold to purchase an XterraI guess its not just the efficient and expert quality work, but the honesty and integrity that will keep me coming back to P&T. I have referred family and friends to P&T over the years, all of which have had also had positive experiences and many of whom remain loyal customers to this day.Part of my incentive for writing this review was that I recently saw a negative one on P&T. All I can say from reading that review is that there is probably more to the story than was revealed. I am confident that Pierre always stands behind his work and would not hesitate to recommend P&T to anyone with a car problem of any kind.
I went there to fix my bmw oil leak they didn’t fix it right I paid almost 1000$ and problem was still there.they changed the parts dont even need to FixMy car is still leaking oil
