I bought a couple of imprinted engineering notebooks from them. They are of high quality, the shipping was fast and excellent customer service. Recently, I spoke one of their service representative (Jenny?) about the order I placed, she was very courteous, she told me it would take her a few minutes to get the information I needed so she told me shed call me back, she called me back within 10min with the information I requested. I will definitely continue to buy from them and recommend them to other colleagues.

This is not a book store .You can purchase books such as journals or make you own book but that you must order online .You dont walk in and purchase. A book this is a production facility.Breaking news you can go to this facility and order books they have sales staff to help you here .They can print your book here .

Book Factory was very nice to work in the beginning. Although a few details slipped through the cracks as we developed this custom journal, I continued to place a large order. When I received the order, however, some of the pages were glued together and didnt lay flat as they were supposed to. Some of the journal covers had stray marks, imperfections, and stray glue marks here and there. Be very careful to inspect your orders when you receive them. I didnt do that because it was such a large order with many boxes. When I opened the last box, it was outside the 30 day return policy and almost all the books are unsellable because of the imperfections and marks all over the covers. I am sad to have to find a new company to produce our journals, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.
