Great bookstore and found what I needed for Christmas gifts this year.

They never answer emails from non-traditional students. You can get different answers to the same question from every single employee. Once you finally find someone who knows what they’re doing service is quick, but we’ve been waiting a week and a half for response to our current question and this is not the first time we’ve had this issue.

Not a fan. This book store doesnt even sell books over the counter. Instead, you must order them online. They they are shipped to your house or the book store for pickup. Whats the point of having a brick and mortar store front, if your not selling books? I couldnt even pick up an in-house study kit that the professor made.

When purchasing a book from Sinclairs bookstore, please do not rely on the employees to get you the correct textbook. (Even though thats what they get paid to do.) I purchased a book a week prior to this semester starting. The employee who assisted me gave me the wrong book for my marketing class. When I attempted to exchange the book, the bookstore didnt have the correct book that I needed in stock. Today I attempted to exchange the book for the second time and now Im being told that the first book I purchased isnt even sold at their bookstore. WHAT!? This whole story is way more messy than I even have time to explain, but their employees have not been helpful through the process! Please double check your books to ensure that you have purchased the correct one.

Its a college book store, unnecessarily expensive as you might think. Some employees are friendly and helpful, others are indifferent but fine.If youre not sure what books you need the people at the computer in back are really helpful.

Son went today and scoped out his plan and agenda, prices and is ready! Go son! So PROUD of you! Clean organized and helpful employees! Im sure this will be his new store!

For us it was a bit hard to find. But when we did find it it was nice. It was quite, and had alot of stuff. They had toys, suplys, plushies, and shirts. I got a hoodie from there... It was a bit expecive, but its very warm and nice.

Friendly knowledgeable service. One problem though, the attendant seemed to try to convince me to stop buying the items on my list until I got more confirmation. However I suspect it was a ploy to get rid of a customer when it was close to closing time.

It is beautiful place to visit and then meeting new people from different nation while you get your superb lunch with a great and fast service. I would recommend you to give it a shot!

Not only is everything over prices but the staff is what my visit so terrible. They were unprofessional and rude. Buy your stuff online. Cheaper and less of a hassle.

Excellent place to buy school books and they have a very friendly staff willing to help you find what you are looking for. Its extremely pricey, but most of these types of bookstores are.

I purchased a Samsung Tab A tablet for 199.00 I specifically asked if the keyboard case next to it fit that tablet and was told yes, guess what? it dont and now im out 70 dollars for a case I cannot use and when I ask about returning it I was no because it had a no return if opened sticker on it. I should say the the box that the case was in also said for Samsung Tablet, I give it one star because the gentleman working behind the computer counter tried to help me and was apologetic he couldnt, The very tall woman is the one that told me no and I feel it is another way to take Financial Aid for all they can, it is also bad policy to sell a product and say it fits when it dont
