Fast and friendly service. Dylan explained the whole pick up and drop off process clearly to me. He took great care of my vehicle. Return was earlier than expected and very much welcomed.

They were able to get me in and out in under 3 hours when everywhere else I called wanted to tell me no or set an appointment later in the week. (Their bays were full too so it wasn’t from lack of business). Prices were comparable and fair, service was very good

Dayton Mall store:New Michelin’s for my GMC truck. This store missed a leaking rear axle seal, leaking rear shock, and failed to notice my rear pads were at 20-30%. I specifically asked them to inspect the brakes. Tires out of balance.Vandalia store: 2 trips, tires still out of balance.Feedwire Rd: One trip. It appears Josh and his crew took the time to finally balance my tires. I just returned from Florida, so far, so good. Thank you Josh and crew. He probably saved a customer. That’s where I’ll be returning for rotation and future business.

This is my second time here. Came back to get new tires because they were so honest and efficient when I had my first experience wirh Tire discounters. They were and are amazing. They made everything stress free.

Love that they have full time mechanics to do other work (not just tires & oil change). Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful & friendly. Well definitely go back for any other future repairs

Service itself was fine, and prices was good. (Just needed a screw pulled out of my tire and refilled) However the guy at the front desk was rather rude. Straight up ignored my questions about the condition of my tires and talked over me, he basically just wanted me to get out the door. As I said, service was fine but I can get the same service elsewhere and not get treated like I’m just a work order to be completed.

Had them mount 2 tires on my tractor. One had slow leak they said rim had problem. Leak was slow enough for me to not worry about it. had the tire pop the bead today and you can see they never cleaned the rim when mounting the new tires

I will NEVER bring any of my cars up here again! The associate at the front counter was extremely rude to my wife over the phone and in person. We waited literally from the time they opened til the time they closed with no phone call telling us the car was done we had to call! and after spending the amount of money that we did we should’ve received at least some communication but it’s cool boys because you will never see us again nor anybody that we know should have just stuck with Jamie’s Goodyear that we always went to see what happens when you go somewhere else!

Ben is a awesome guy. I called told him the tire size and brand I was interested in having put on my 2016 Colorado. Ben said the 255/75R17 Cooper AT3 tires I wanted were available but would be coming from a different store and it would be around noon. He then asked if that works for me. I said sounds good to me. He quoted me the complete bill with tax. And followed that up with saying that was not the recommended tire size for my truck. I laughed for a second and said I know but the truck has been lifted and I know the over sized tires will work. He replied with saying okay I just wanted to make sure you were aware. It was a great experience working with Ben and Tire Discounters. Recommend anyone needing a no nonsense straight forward quote on tires to go see Ben.

Appointment was at 12 but I got there early. My paperwork was timed at 11:22. I dont know when it was pulled into the bay but at a little before 2 it was parked outside the building! After I noticed it I started wondering why no one had begun the checkout process. After I had walked to the door for the second time, a Tech tells me its waiting for the alignment! So....if he knew that why not tell me that when the car had been pulled out-he somehow knew what car I was looking at and it wasnt the only one there! When I asked how much more time that would take he says about 20 minutes! So, at almost 2:30 its done.Maybe they dont keep track of time but that was more time than I thought it should be for 4 tires and alignment. The staff was very friendly but I was just dissatisfied with the time it took to complete the job. Where my expectations too high?

Took my car in for oil change. Great fast service. Ben and Patrick were very friendly and knowledgeable about other concerns I had. Garage was one of the cleanest Ive ever seen. Waiting room was really nice as well. I will definitely go back. These guys are awesome!!

Place went out of the way to get my car in and flat tire replaced, which was under warranty so they werent making as much profit. I called at 1230 and they closed at 3pm but they got me in and done by 240 which was great because I was in a hurry to leave for Indianapolis for the Big Ten Championship. Great customer service isnt always easy to find these days, but youll definitely get it at this location.

Really reputable place...

Took care of me fast. Had a flat, took an hour to find a crack in wheel (rim). These guys found it, was so small but leaking air. Ordered new wheel and went back. Came in each time with no appointment and got me in garage within ten minutes. Low cost, looks and feels great. Highly recommended for repeat service for all tire services

TD fixed LOTS of other work that a previous shop had completely bungled. Free inspection when I had expected to pay hundreds for the work - checked alignment, another shops tire install and balance, road force balanced, fixed alignment, redid the steering gear (which was a bear and they honored their quote of hours it would take) and got my truck from scared to drive this now (shaking and bouncing on highway) to I can steer with one finger after they were done. Exceeding expectations and VERY satisfied. Have since bought tires for my wifes vehicle and will buy for my next one there as well!Updated - have gone back several times since and they team is fantastic. Moved south of town, but will be driving back to this shop for more work!

I bought all my tires from here for 3 cars. Had them always change my oil. Car was over 200k miles with no problems. Had them flush the transmission only to have my transmission go out a couple weeks after. They just wanted to give me a number to call for a transmission guy. Do not go here unless you are just wanting tires as Im not sure theu can do anything else.

I bought tires at the store on Dixie in Dayton Ohio a year and a half ago, I have a slow leak in 2 of the tires and they told me it was a rim problem. I have to put air in them about every 4to6 weeks, the sales manager told me I would have to pay $40 a wheel for them to clean up the rims. I never had a problem with air leaking out with my last set of tires.

I have visited this location twice in the past 30 days and I was thoroughly impressed by both times. I am not a person who knows a lot about cars so I value a reliable place to bring my car to. The staff is friendly, professional, patient and extremely helpful. The shop overall is very clean and comfortable to wait in while your vehicle is being service. The customer service I received was phenomenal as I was helped by Aaron each time. He is a kind young man and gives exemplary service. If you are looking for a place that will give you quality service in a reasonable amount of time, look no further! It is honestly refreshing to receive such service and feel like your patronage is valued!

This people lairs, hustlers, dishonest and unprofessional in all united States, I have covered warranty for 4 tires and tire rotation so when I ask to do my tires with my warranty, they say once waiting for email, once your aliment nock out a lot of excuses to run from the warranty so dont buy or purchase from tire discount again be careful from hustlers, hackers, lairs, unprofessionals and bad business owners, trust me this is going end in court, I am not allow you to hustle people! !!

Terrible customer service! They just dont care if they get your vehicle done or not. They told us it would take 2.5-3.0 hours to get two new tires and it took 6. When we asked why it took so long the service writer told us if we didnt like it go somewhere else.

Replaced my winter tires with all seasons. Friendly atmosphere, a bit more expensive but worth the difference.Detracting one star, because of 3 issues: 1-when they balanced, the previous weights were removed but not cleaned, leaving residue behind; 2-they lost one of the caps; 3-most important, they only filled the tires on the left side (at 45 PSI), where the right side wasnt filled at 27 PSI and 29 PSI.

I visited this location today for a synthetic oil change by appointment and they did not seem busy and were quite fast. This leads to my biggest issue: I was harshly rushed through the entire process by what I understand to be customer service. I am not sure who the employee was but he spoke little to what papers he was thrusting in front of me and unlike, say, NTB, which I most often use, did little to address some items I had wanted to have looked at such as fluids, balancing, etc, which I had spoken previously about to an employee over the phone. I was required to push for *any* information about what services were/might be conducted and what had been their findings concerning balancing, etc. Both times I pressed for answers I was given an incomplete, curt, and disrespectful reply, clarifying little to nothing. I should have liked to have purchased additional service, but I really didnt get the chance. This should not be normal - I have received far better customer service elsewhere. Ill reiterate: they got me in early, were timely in servicing the vehicle, and the price, while it was a sale (apparently - found this out looking at the bill) was comparable, if not better than competition - all great. But in my opinion, treatment of customer is most important. If I dont trust the customer service representative, it makes me question the quality of the work. Hope this can lead to overall improvement, the location is very convenient and I would like to be able to use it!

Not helpful, treated like I didnt know anything about a car it was raining and my car was making a strange sound like it wouldnt start I thought they could just check my battery to see if I needed a new one but no Iwas told I would have to be charged a 60 dollar service charge no matter what very rude. Recently took car here to get front aligned and two new tires. Tires on website were $90 ( website failed to mention they charge nearly $30/tire to mount and install them). They called and asked if we wanted it aligned ( which I had already said I did). Left it to the next day, wife went to get it, got home and noticed that it was out of alignment and did not get aligned even though the receipt said a FREE alignment was included. She had to take it back and then got charged for the free alignment. We will not go back here for tires. Deceptive quoting and sloppy work.

They they put tires on my vehicle and I had no problem with that but when they did the free alignment with it they did not tighten a bolt which caused my tire to pop in and out.
