I brought my car in Friday because someone had stolen my catalytic converter, and was originally told it wouldnt be fixed until Monday. But I got a call today that the parts had arrived and the work was already done! The speed with which they took care of the problem and the customer service I received throughout the process was fantastic. They even topped up my tire pressure for me! All the folks at Jaimes are phenomenal!

Been going to Goodyear for years. Great staff, they do good work along with an estimated so you know how much the cost is. And they do it right the first time.Darryl is very knowledgeable with all makes and models of cars and trucks.I buy all my tires there to.

I have used these guys for years with no problems whatsoever. While I mostly go there for oil changes, I have purchased tires, air filters, etc. on occasion. When they have noted any issues with my vehicles that they thought I should look at, they never pressured me to have the work done right then and there or even through them. Jason has earned my business!

Everyone there was professional & polite. Scheduled a oil change & they didnt try to sell me any extras. My electric window switch went out the day before leaving my window half down. Somehow they put it up without me asking. Plan on going there with my wifes car. GREAT JOB.

I purchased my tires here, so when I had a leak in one I took it here to be fixed. They claimed they could not find any issues, and it must be the seal that was causing my leak. So they had me pay to have all 4 tires seals cleaned (went in with only one leaking) and I was on my way. This did not fix my issue and my tire continued to lose air at an even faster rate. I went to a shop where their mechanics are actually licensed and low and behold, there was a nail in my tire. I called to let Jason know I felt cheated and that they did service that wasnt required while neglecting my original problem, and he said nails can be run over at any time, and hung up. Not even as much as an apology.Guess who wont be getting my service in the future? Save your money and go to a shop actually authorized to work on your vehicle.

Excellent. Put me on the road with no problems while fixing numerous ailments that had an old girl parked and for sale. Fixed wheel problems, shocks thermostat, engine flush and undercarriage noises.Great set of regular faces and no muss no fuss.

Fast service. Took in when opened Monday morning and was completed same day. Bit pricey.

I got charged $36 to get a headlight light bulb changed! A light bulb that I paid for! A light bulb that wasnt supposed to get changed in the first place, the bulb they changed only needed the clip placed back on it. The other one was suppose to get changed. So they threw out a brand new bulb and then replaced it with another new bulb. If I knew they were gonna charge that much for a damn light bulb change I wouldve went to Pep boys where it was cheaper. Something told me not to go there and I shouldve went with my gut. I know better now.

Not sure I bought a battery they told me it was 159.00 and 60.00 to put it in .and it would take an hour and a half because it was located under my back seat .it was ready in 15 minutes and total bill 259.oo and change hummm I ask y so fast and he said cause Im a fast worker .do I even have a new battery ??

I took my car to get an oil change and I explained that i saw fluid on the ground. So, the owner Jason suggested a service that included getting dye poured into the engine so that a leak could be detected. So, I agreed and the service was performed. I was told to wait a week and come back the following Monday, so that the final process to determine if there was an oil leak could be performed (UV light or something of the sort). I was told that I had no oil leak but, the trans axle cap on the front passengers side was missing and that the radiator had a hole in it. The car was not running hot nor was I having any problems with the radiatoor until after that day (to fix the radiator I was quoted $270.00). According to both Jason and his employee this was causing the leak, so, again I was quoted a price of more than $180.00 and I payed for the service to be performed. I later found out that there was no connection between the two after taking my car to another mechanic and other research. In fact, this GoodYear never replaced the part at all, the same part still sits on my car now and it was not the problem. In addition to this, I have an oil leak that they failed to tell me about. So I contacted GoodYear and spoke with Jason, who offered to look at my car at no charge this time, the same employee examined my car and now he says that a gasket in the oil pan was leaking. But, I have to pay $244.00 for repairs... I think this service should be performed for free considering I have already payed for services that were not performed or necessary. Not to mention,while I was there an older lady was complaining about being charged for a $1400 service that she did not ask for and all Jason could say is that we added this service and that service....This is not GoodYear, this is GoodCrooks.. Beware, do not take your car to these people..I almost forgot the employee broke my window and walked away....

Furious to say the least! After paying 500+ bucks for repair work one day(lyncs broken) to return the NEXT DAY as the issue was still present, to be told I would need an additional 600 dollars worth of work! (Broken spring) ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So what the hell did you repair and why wasnt this told to me YESTERDAY. Was this not visable?!?! Did my lyncs really need repaired!?!? STAY AWAY. BAD Business. And all I get was Im sorry you had a bad experience GTFOH! Im sorry I supported your business.
