The finance department was wonderful as well, and helped us get everything done in a timely fashion. We are really happy with our car so far. Worst Car lot I’ve ever been to Ever wouldn’t even come down two thousand dollars to close a sale on a $23,000 car. And by the way I was paying in cash and they still wouldn’t come down one penny from that 23,000 I will never be back and I hope anybody that reads this doesn’t go there either Because all they will do is talk you up make it seem like there’s a deal to be made and then when it comes time to make the deal they will tell you that it’s the price shown no negotiations worst dealership ever

I purchased a used car, Toyota Sienna, from this dealership. Bill Sweatt was the salesman and he was a great salesperson. I was looking around for a vehicle for about 3 to 4 months. Bill was by far the best salesperson I dealt with and they had the best price for the value of the car. I Would recommend doing business with them if they have the type of vehicle you are looking buy.

In my experiences buying cars at dealerships has always been difficult and stressful. But Bob ross has completely changed the way i feel about car dealerships. When I went in, I was skeptical at first. I was afraid of the clichè high pressured sales pitch, but my experience couldnt have been any different. The salesman was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles we looked at and he couldnt have been more professional. He seemed like he genuinely cared that i found the car I really wanted. His reccomendations helped me narrow my search, and that afternoon i was driving home in my new buick. Bob Ross blew away all of my expectations and i wont be shopping elsewhere for a vehicle again.

Very pleased with my experience at Bob Ross used cars. Our salesman, Bill Sweatt, was very helpful and professional without being pushy. He was very familiar with the condition and features of our vehicle and was prepared with the Carfax report and also a detailed report of the work performed by the dealer. Tyrone Kemp was very accommodating and helpful during the delivery process, even helping me work through a payment problem that I brought to the table. Couldnt be happier with these guys.
