The sales associate made sure we understood the details about her company in a fun and professional manner. The installation crew were absolutely flawless and definitely love their work and they, made sure each windows looked perfect inside and outside what an amazing experience.

I used Universal Windows Direct to replace three exterior doors and a sliding glass door. From the salesman Rob, to install with Udo and Jeff(?) everyone was courteous and professional. They were at the higher end of quotes we entertained however I found their product and warranty to be superior and their craftsmanship was top notch.

18 windows replaced in a single day. Didnt expect that! Looks great and entire crew worked their butts off during a very hot day. Would highly recommend and will use again!

The windows are beautiful! The installers were wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their work. They were knowledgeable and caring. They really knew what they were doing. I will use them again!

Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. The installation had to be rescheduled a couple times but when the installers came, they worked efficiently. Our windows are easy to open, reduce noise, and we are very happy with them.

These guys are the best. From the guy that came out to show me the windows and give me an estimate to the installers to the billing people they all were good. The installers they were the best. They were courteous and kind and helped me by cleaning up after themselves inside and out. They even cleaned my windows before they were done. I had one window that was a very difficult install on the second floor. These guys did it, customized it and they even came back the next day to finish up the outside. They were wonderful. People have already noticed the difference. I have had comments from my neighbors and Friends. I love my windows.

We had 12 old 90 year old rotted wooden windows replaced by Universal Windows. They premeasured etc, talked to us about trims etc, and built the windows. On the day of installation they showed up on time, started upstairs removing the old windows, and carefully taking them out so there was no debris in the house. They had the windows replaced in 1 day, including tearing out a double wide kitchen window, and replacing it with a beautiful garden window. The second day they finished with one small half round window over the front door, put new trim around all the windows on the outside, and new wood trim inside on the garden window. The crew was courteous, professional, and worked hard. They cleaned up as they went, and then afterwords so it really didn’t look like they were here. Except for the beautiful new windows. They explained how the windows worked, and how to clean them. All in all a perfect job. It’s been 2 months and we are still extremely happy with the job and love looking out the windows. They are very quiet, compared to the old windows that you could hear the glass rattle with some wind and which let a lot of outside air/breezes in. It’s so great to be able to easily open the windows this fall on nice days to get some fresh air in the house. Thanks for the great job and the beautiful windows.

The window production was faster than we expected! The installation crew was professional, polite, and quick! Installed 16 windows in one day! Cleaned up after themselves and took time to show us how the windows worked! The windows are beautiful!! Made a huge difference to the appearance of our home and cant wait to see the energy savings!

I had these installed in June,20. I wanted to wait to place an interview until I have has the experience of new windows the seasons. And now I have and I cant be alot more pleased. My winter gas bill has been half over coldest time and cool in warmest. The only thing that would have made it a better experience is not having to go thru Wells Fargo. But otherwise, no complaints. Im happy.

This was a window installation where there were no windows previouslyI was apprehensive about using a company that I found online with no recommendation but it turned out to be the best decision we couldve made. From the sales pitch through to completion everything was perfect. Our windows were made to our exact specifications and delivered in the time frame promised.But the installation was the most impressive partJeff, Jeremy and Iseah were fabulous.We live in a very old house and upon arrival they knew that their job was going to be more than expected. I had my basement windows replaced due to old age and a couple of cracked window panes. From initial conselation to installation, the employees were wonderful to deal with. The sales consultant answered all of my questions, and despite a couple of surprises during the installation, the installers got the job done and the windows look great!

They did a fabulous job. They were in and out a lot quicker than I thought possible. I havent had to turn the fireplace on..Big difference.

Was renovating a home 6 years ago, met the company representative at a local home/garden show, gave them my information, and had a representative come to the home. They measured all the windows in the house in order to provide me a quote. Then I never heard back from the company until 3 years later when they began calling me quarterly to see if I would like work done. After repeatedly telling them to stop calling, 2 years later they are still cold calling without leaving voice mail looking to get work from a quote they never provided.

My house has a new glow...literally...very very happy with my new windows and everyone was super nice!

They have not installed my windows yet just recently got an estimate, wife and I were going to check around and compare prices and services, windows direct was the first place we called, the salesman, Nate, came out and before we were even quoted a price I was sold, mainly because of Nate’s professionalism and just being himself and not trying to win us over, very professional, polite, courteous, and respectful and very friendly, I’m sure they have other sales people that are great, but because of Nate attitude and just the way he presented himself, I didn’t want to get any other estimates, he sold me, like I said I’m sure they rest of their team is great also, but if anyone decides to get an estimate from here, ask for Nate

When I got the work done, it was done in a day! Jeff, who was installing the soffits and gutters went above and beyond by cleaning the paneling above the soffits. My experience with universal windows in Dayton has been excellent I called because I had a problem from the time I called in, it was only a few hours and the problem was resolved. Jeff was professional in every way. He never made a mess had the problem solved in minutes. He was polite, courteous and helpful. I am so glad I picked this company to get my windows . They have been great windows with no problems for years but they were here immediately when I called.

We worked with Rob Bell at Universal Windows Direct to get some additional insulation in our attic. I would very highly recommend them, and Rob especially, as we had a great experience. Rob came out to provide us an estimate, and sat down with us to explain exactly what work needed to be done in an easy to understand way - he definitely earned our trust. No other estimate we had received came with this level of attention to detail.On installation day, Rob and his guys were on time, and did a great job prepping the house so that they didnt make a mess. They once again took time to share with us what work would be done, and upon completion they made sure it all met with our approval before they packed up. I am very happy with Universal Windows Direct and would recommended them to friends and family!

Universal Windows is simply the best! They have gone WAY over and beyond expectations with their customer service. Some of the safety latches that keep a window from opening all the way broke on two of the windows in our home. Unfortunately, those windows were installed by Air-Tite Windows - which is no longer in business. Since Universal installed the other 11 of 14 windows in our home, I called them to see if they had any latch replacements that would fit the Air-Tite windows, even knowing that the latches weren’t interchangeable. They didnt have any, but they told me they would try to locate some for me. Dan found some a couple of weeks ago that he thought would fit, but they didnt. He said hed continue looking. Well, true to his word, he did find some, and he just left my house after installing them…and they’re a perfect fit! This company went through all that trouble to fix a product that wasn’t even theirs. By the way…we have had absolutely no negative issues with the 11 windows installed by Universal. The windows are great…and so is the company!

Replaced old windows our a home when we purchased it. The windows have been great, the installers were friendly, respectful of our property and helpful.

I met Tim at the Dayton Mall Home Show this past weekend when I noticed his company sold sliding glass doors. We set an appointment for today at 3pm. Tim mentioned that my wife would need to at the appointment as well. I told him she would definitely not be there as she works during the day and we dont do evening or weekend appointments. I also said she trusts my judgement and If I want to use this company after receiving a quote she would be fine with that. He proceeded to set the appointment. By the way, I have received two other quotes, one from Pella and the other from Window World and neither cared to meet my wife. The sales person showed up 25 minutes late, didnt apologize but seemed pleasant enough. I mentioned the two other quotes and proceeded to show him one of the doors in question. He just stood there and asked where my wife was. You can pretty much guess the rest. I told him to get out of my house and Ill spend my $7000-$8000 with someone else. What really ticks me off though was that I told Tim that under no circumstances would my wife be there yet he still made the appointment. Ill be sure to update this later and post a picture of my new sliding doors and mention the company that does the install once its completed.

I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. The saleman was very knowledgeable and went beyond my expection with a demonstration of their windows. The installer was very polite and he explained everything that they were doing during the install and made sure everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. The windows are very good quality at a reasonable price.

Never showed up when they were supposed to. Canceled on me 3 times made an appointment back in September and 6 months later made a appointment at 2 oclock on 3-31 and because my wife can not be here they cannot come and give me an estimate I believe this is same fly by night company and I would strongly advise anybody not to do business with them i would not take a door from them if they gave it to me

I give them 5 stars. Rob came n gave the best sales talk of the 3 companies i got quotes from. Hd examples n answered all questions. The windows were put n a week before i thot they would. The installers were excellent n did fantastic job. A couple errors happened n the owner came 2da n took care of them. I hd 18 windows n slider n couldnt b happier. N i am a picky customer. I would recommend this office 2 everyone. If i needed more windows i would only call Rob n his office. Also the price was way more reasonable than the other quotes.

This year I bought windows from Universal Windows for my entire house. I would recommend this company because of their service and quality of products.

I purchased four windows on Sep 15, 2015 and they were installed on Oct 27, 2015. I have eleven windows total in my home but could only afford four at the time. This was not a probelm with the sales person. I wanted to replace eight of the builder supplied windows that were showing signs of seals letting go. I was priced for all eight & like I said, could only afford four at the time so I picked the East and West faceing ones. Everything went just fine. Install was better than my expectations. The windows have performed great. All through the winter I checked these against my original windows. No compairson. Universal windows had no shrink no air leakage and are thicker frame so no cold being conducted. I am extremly pleased with my purchase. I chose the Unishield Plus windows and there is two higher grade available. I cant imagine what those could be like. The price I was given is good for two years on the remaing windows I would like to replace. I know who will get the job to replace those. I had a neighbor rplace all their windows by another company. Took two teams of installers and in about a week and a half they were back replacing 5 of the shashes. Not a good sign. Lack of the fifth star is the windows are pricey but I think milk, eggs and gasoline are way too pricey. With that I recomend Universal Windows Direct to anyone considering window replacement. You will not be disappointed.
