This place is a great place if youre looking for some decent tile for a decent price. This is also the place that I always get my Sils for shower curbs from.

We were Not even greeted, when we entered the store, as 3 employees were chit chatting at front desk..!! Then, were never approached by Anyone, as we wondered through the store. We had to interrupt the 2 girls at desk, to get any attention 🙄. Sorry girls, if we interrupted your gossip talk.., but we came in as Customers....!!!!!!! We Dont recommend this place..!

They had a mix up on my back splashes and now they flatly refuse to deal with the issue. I have been given the run around by this company for over FOUR MONTHS with no end in sight. Every time I called and left messages for the salesperson they never gave her the messages. Now I have incompletes bathrooms throughout my house and am considering SUEING them for damages

Showed up first come/first serve for deliveries. One truck already there. 20 minutes later, i was pulled in and 30 minutes after that, i was done. Outstanding!!!!!

First and foremost, I must say that I was very impressed with the immediate interaction that I received from the staff once I entered the building. This would also include the interaction and professional assistance from Amanda.Amanda had a wonderful and cheerful attitude as she rushed to assist my remodeling needs. I really appreciate the fact that Amanda was also very knowledge about the products they offered to the point that she was able to provide me with instant recommendations for the right marble for my bathroom project.Additionally, I was very impressed with the level of choices and the beautiful show room. My only regret is not knowing about this place before I had already purchased most of my supplies. Its all right, because I will be re-doing my floors in the coming months and I will be sure to consider this company for all my supply needs.This being said, do yourself a BIG justice and go stop your purchasing project needs by going to International Tile & Stone. My experience was great and I am confident that yours well be as well !!!!

Built many homes and never had a problem. Great Sales reps and my customers always had pleasant experiences.

I dont leave many reviews unless a place stands out to me in some way, good or bad. This one bordered bad, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. I was lucky enough to bump into someone to even get a greeting. Although I did steal two minutes of time from an employee I was left feeling like a dirty diaper. My guess is because I only needed something small and not a whole kitchen or bathroom etc. But this is how they failed, Ill be remodeling an entire house soon and if this went smooth they would have been given the opportunity to earn the job. Luckily there are tons of places to choose from around here.

Im a driver and the receiving department here needs to educate themselves on DOT rules and regulations. This isnt the only shipper or receiver that needs to educate themselves. They all do. Seriously! Why would a driver be late on purpose? Think about it. If Im late it cost me money. So for you ignorant shippers and receivers that think a driver is late because they want to be. You are all uneducated ignorant people. I was treated like a total piece of s***by the receiver Thomas Williams is the name that signed the bills. I tried to reason with the guy and even wrote down walls and regulation website that he could check out and he did not care he plainly stated he did not give a s***. I have been on both sides of the door as a driver and a yard manager and there is no reason for people to get treated this way. If I was his boss he would be looking for a job tomorrow. Even if I had to do his job and my job. I would love a response and a email address for corporate office. People like him are bad for any business. Its funny that I have not gotten a response from you folks. I could tell when I was there that this place feels like drivers are beneath them. What you all need to understand is without drivers you would all be out of a job.

They don’t need the business. First of all only operating on an appt basis only. We left a message and they never returned my phone call. Went to store without an appt and they would not even leave us in door. Originally wanted to do my entire kitchen countertops and backsplash. This is not a good company. I was wearing my mask. No excuse for your response other than arrogance.

Im so impressed with this place! Our builder sent us here. Charlie and Kacey were amazing, professional and sooo helpful. We worked together all day to make our new build spectacular! Thank you both!I need to add onto my original review. I just found out that even after asking them to keep me on budget, they didnt. Now I have to go back and do it all over again. Very dissappointed.

Decent selection. Warehouse closes at 230 so pick up your order b4 then. They said come back in 2 hrs but of course claimed they told us warehouses closes in 2 hours. They have a 30% restocking fee. And if theres extra out of box they dont take back. Home Depot has just as nice and comparable pricing But very helpful

We did a total kitchen remodel in our new Daytona Beach Shores home. I bought floor and backsplash tiles at International Tile and the level of assistance during this remodel was exceptional. The floor reps knew their products. They were able to listen to your design ideas and were able to go forward with that idea to help you achieve your desired finish. Will be doing the bathroom soon and will definitely be going back.

When we moved here we decided to replace carpeted areas with existing engineered wood. International Tile helped us track down the wood needed to complete these areas. Recently, Amanda went above and beyond to help find some extra footage. Even though the company had discontinued the color and style that we needed to complete our kitchen she worked with the manufacturer to find extra planks and matches for us. Thanks for all the detective work!

I .am responding marks lies, He is so pissed off at me because the last time I was there there was a lady and I went and told her to walk away from the store if not she is going to be sorry the way I did and the lady left . She made a very smart move . Whished someone, had warn me, .and that is why they say all these lies one lady employee ran after her to greed but the lady said she was looking and then she told me that it wasnt nice what I did, but what they do is nice .they are perfect: Ill say they are perfect idiots

Folks take your business elsewhere .I like to share my experience with international tile and stone. Marc sold me some tiles. At frist he seem so nice,i trusted him, but sometime you dont get what you see. He is a lier and a con artist when I got the tiles they were irregular, and chipped the thin set and the grout was terrible. I never seen nothing like that. No wonder there is no return on the productm on top of that he suggest to hire a very good tile setter he bragged that he is the best he was his friend of 20 or 30 years. Well his best friend sent me 3 teenages to do the demo they did so much damage and I had to pay him $ 1000.00 and I was left with a lot work and a lot damage. You see folks that Mak is not good for that company. The Company mihty think different .I returned 6 cartons of tiles thats. 66. Tiles plus I. need tile for. 2. moore badrooms and 1 bath so its the companys loss. I lost money. too. I met the wrong people Marc the devil. and those people who write good comment? They are Marks friends so the company gets the stars .I will not give 0 stars,

Not good service and we try really hard to not use the box stores. These people keep promising that the tile would arrive, then the next day - not shipped, then the next day - need to check, then the next day - ditto. I would not recommend using them.

They have a beautiful showroom and a huge selection, unfortunately their customer service is awful! If I didnt have a tile man waiting at my house for the parts I needed I would have gone somewhere else. I was made to feel like I was wasting the young ladies time that was helping me.
