We had Elan and Planet Granite remodel our kitchen. We took a DH Horton standard kitchen and expanded the cabinet and counter space and decided on a contemporary look using frameless cabinets.Elan was great throughout the process, helping with cabinet selection, allowing us customization with lighting, vented hood and microwave built in trimming. They were excellent throughout, from demo to final pictures.It was Elans idea to convert the pantry closet to a much more functional, well lit, stacked pantry for the space of the old closet.All of the subcontractors were fantastic. Elan gives you the choice of hiring your own subs or taking care of the process as general contractor. That was helpful for us, as much of the remodel was done while we were out of town.Price was reasonable, and very transparent. Easy to understand each part of the invoice.

Kristen, Chuck and the whole team were extremely helpful from picking out the right product to finding the best price. This was the fifth granite store I went to in the past week and everything was better. The selection, store set up, customer service, price... Special thanks to the guy (sorry can’t remember his name) who cuts all the granite. You were so patient with my wife and I making sure we got the exact parts of the piece that we wanted. From the time that walked in to the time our project was complete was unbelievably quick - thank you. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Daytona Beach.

They guided us through the whole process and patiently answered all of our questions. The finished product came out looking amazing, and installed exactly when they said they would. My Planet Granite experience was great all around! Tara at the front desk was super patient with me, and walked me around the yard on at least two different occasions as I made my decision of which stone to choose.Wayne and Doug did the templates and later the install. They were interesting, and fun to talk to. They were polite, efficient, and didnt leave any mess behind. They took the time to clean up one of the cuts on a corner that interfered with a cabinet door opening. The install went great, and everything looks fantastic!Just as a side note, the granite I chose is Uba Tuba. It wasnt my first choice, I had originally wanted Absolute Black. While templating, I mentioned this, and Wayne actually advised me to consider something else because AB is super hard to keep clean. With this in mind, I visited Tara again for another tour of the slabs, which is when I chose Uba Tuba. After reading online how green Uba Tuba looked in peoples kitchens, I panicked as I didnt want ANY green. I contacted Tara, who assured me there was no green, and sent me pictures of the actual slabs I would be getting. Being paranoid, I went back to Planet Granite to see the slabs in person. Suitably assured, I started the order on Monday, and the counters were installed on Friday.When it comes to countertops, I may be wrong in saying this, but stone is stone. It all comes from the same place. There may be slightly different grades, but its basically all the same. The real difference in this business is the people who do the work. Planet Granite has some great ones, and I hope they appreciate Tara, Wayne and Doug as much as I do.

We recently renovated a 1970’s home. I had a very clear vision of what our kitchen would look like and Planet Granite made that vision become a reality. I went in shopping for granite although I had my heart set on quartz. Mary from PG was beyond helpful with pricing and options. I decided to go with quartz because that’s what I “saw in my head!” Mary worked up the measurements, advised me on how to best work the slabs, and arranged all of the measurements and install dates. She went above and beyond through the entire process. The install team was amazing as well! Wayne came to measure and install. I knew we would have precise measurements customized to our kitchen and baths because he would also install them. My entire experience was top-notch. I’ve already told everyone about PG!!

Very happy with the recent kitchen remodel. We had Planet Granite provide/install the cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen is beautiful. The project took a little longer than we had hoped, but thats mostly my fault for last minute design changes in cabinet layout and the addition of back splash after the fact. Elan and the team at Planet Granite were professional and courteous from start to finish. Would recommend. And once they finish their lighting showroom - they will be a one-stop-shop for remodeling needs.

I went to Planet Granite for new kitchen counter tops and cabinets. Let me just say, MY KITCHEN LOOKS AMAZING! I want to thank the girls in the showroom for all their help and Elan for the fantastic job he did with my design. The installers were great as well. E-Z Place To Work With.It took us 10 Minutes to find the perfect granite we wanted for our kitchen and they had it right in their racks. Also found the perfect tile flooring that has made a terrific upgrade to the look and feel of our entire home.Their price was spot on and the installers were amazing. Nice fellas that really went beyond the call of duty.On a return trip, we picked out a beautiful quartz for the bathrooms and they even made custom window sills out of some of the rem material.I highly recommend anyone to give them your business.We could not be any happier!

We could not be happier! They helped me recreate the ocean in my bathroom. They found wavy tile in both blues and white, and tile that reminded me of sand. Each and every worked took pride in the job they did and performed above my expectations.Many people in the condo have heard about it. We will probably have an open house for everyone to see it.When they were finishing up, we were so happy that we had them update the tile in our foyer and kitchen. If we every decide to have any more work done, we will not hesitate to call Planet Granite and Tile works.If you have an idea of how you want something to look, give them a call. We remodeled three bathrooms and built a very large walk-in shower. The tile and granite work is beautiful. Etan did a great job with the design and Judy kept us continuously informed so that we knew exactly what to expect each day. They started on time and worked continuously through completion. We are quite pleased with the quality of the result.

My experience was not good, Mary frequently giving wrong information to me and the other employees do not communicate with each other leaving me completely frustrated with everyone that works there. There was always miscommunication! It was a circus. I was extremely disappointed with the installation. Carlos sloppily smeared white caulking in huge clumps and thick uneven lines of white caulking all over sides and jagged lines over granite telling me it was ‘paintable’ caulking. He then smeared it all over walls trying to cover the holes they put in my walls lifting it to install it. He didn’t bother to scrape any caulking. Just left it all in big clumps. Then he sloppily smeared clear caulking along the edges that was smeared all over the place, dried into visible rubbery substance in places that it should not have been. My other granite in my home from a different company is finished beautifully with perfectly straight lines of colored ‘caulking’ blends in with color of granite. I had to put paint on my granite to get rid of all the ugly white jagged marks and it looks terrible now. It took me days and days to try to sand the clumps of caulking then paint over it and it still is not straight lines. I had to put goo gone on every inch to try to get ride of all the rubbery caulking where it was smeared. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Garbage company even worse owner.... owns and runs vaporized it and I will never refer a person even someone I hate to there store. They employ junkies because again they are garbage.

Very overpriced and they spring the exorbitant freight fee (more than twice the fee the store we ultimately bought from charged) at the end. They start somewhat friendly. But beware. They get very rude and nasty if you change your mind. I would never recommend anyone going here. Finding another, much better, tile store nearby was worth the $45 they charged us for changing our mind. Rude even to my credit card company who was trying to help the situation.

First let me say that all these reviews are old newest one is 10 months.nothing recent but i called today anyway.to get a quote.i already picked out the granite i wanted from there inventory.but when i called a lady answered saying it was some flooring company.i had to ask her if this was planet granite..then twice she aak me very matter of factly .what can she help me with.finally i told her uumm you sell granite im looking for granite dah figure it out.finally i told her she probably cant help me and hung up.i worked in sales for years and i know how to be friendly and customer oriented.right off the bat that wasnt it.when you have a customer on the phone thats going to spend 3 or 4 thousand dollars.at the very least be friendly.dont act like im taking up your time.ill still buy the granite i want.just not there
