Just had our new marble dinning room table installed last Monday.... I LOVE IT. This was an easy experience. Right from the office staff to the installation people, they were helpful and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to friends and family (or anyone else who tells us how much they love out table!) When it was time to look for my countertop during my kitchen renovation, I was overwhelmed. Between all the choices, the types of countertops and the horror stories about installers I was scared! The day my sister-in-law and I went to look at countertops we had decided to go to 4 different outlets. Volusia Granite happened to be the first on our list. As it happened it was also the last! First of all, the young salesman was so friendly and professional it was a pleasure working with him. All of their inventory is beautiful and varied. However, I fell head over heals with one particular slab of marble and to my pleasant surprise it was on sale! I ordered it right then and there! The sales person was upfront and honest and told me that it would be a few weeks because they were changing their cutting machine. I appreciated that honesty and so when it took the time stated I was ready. The gentleman who came and measured was thorough and also very pleasant. I received a call to schedule the installation and the installers came right on time! They were also very pleasant and professional! We ran into a bit of a hiccup during the installation and the manager came right out and fixed it and I couldnt be more pleased with the results! I absolutely LOVE my countertops!!!!If you are looking for professional, honest, great prices, great selection and just an all around fantastic experience then I would recommend that you head over to Volusia Granite at once! We shopped all over daytona beach for our granite. We decided to try Volusia Granite. Their prices were by far the best around. We ended up going to GSI to pick out the piece of granite we wanted and volusia granite fabricated and installed it for us. They were so nice to us even though my wife changed her mind multiple times. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I got both of my vanities done and my kitchen table made out of a marble slab! Came out amazing.

Product selection was really good. Went downhill from that point. Had to pay 50% down just to get the estimator out to the house. He was 2 hours late. Then had to pay the balance before the install took place. The install team was 3 hours late. While I was out of the kitchen they remove outlets from the back splash by simply cutting the live wires. They installed a large area made up of 2 pieces. The installer pointed out the seam was not level and would need to be ground down and I would need to call the office. They left our balcony a mess from the the tile saw, did not reinstall any trim or replace the outlets. It took 8-10 calls to the office to schedule the tech to grind the seam even. We were promised an appointment at 9 am. They were a no show. I called the office and was told their machine was broken and they would call when on the way. They never called. At 3 oclock someone shows up at our door. No uniform, no tools and no any idea what work he was there to perform. We did not let him come in our home.Too many other choices in the area to risk your money on this company.

I want to write working with the people at Volusia Granite was a great experience. I learned about different grades and cut of each piece of granite I look at in the display .They assisted me with how the granite will look once it was cut for my kitchen. The owner assisted me with picking out beautiful tile for my backsplash. All through my process for my kitchen the team was there to assist me and I have to tell you my granite looks like I’m sitting at the ocean. They did an absolutely beautiful job. I highly recommend if you are looking for something different go to Volusia Granite. You will not be disappointed. *****

I can highly recommend valousia granite. We had our kitchen countertops replaced with granite and we are extremely happy with the end results. They have a large selection and their prices are more than fair.

Zero Stars. Avoid at all costs. Notice that several of their 5 star reviews are from members of the company!!We have a defective product which is a kitchen countertop that we were told was Quartz but since discovered it is marble. Told this company that there are stains and marks (apparently called Etchings) After several calls and no-one returning our calls, someone came and used a sealer which had no effect. Our only recourse now is to sue. Very disheartening .

We shopped 4 other granite yards in the area and found Volusia Granite to offer the best prices. The service was very good with no pressure to buy. Their installers were very neat and did a great job. They installed granite countertops in our large kitchen and we are very pleased.

I had this company install my kitchen counters and bathroom counter on separate occasions. The entire experience was professional and pleasant. I rarely have good reviews for contractors and laborers; however, the service and product that I received exceeded all of my expectations. My house gained value and as I noted before, I had a great experience using this company. One of the employees (Fred) even took my dog for a short walk since I didn’t have time to before I left for work! Truly exceptional, 5 stars.

So happy with our new countertops! The installers were professional and worked very well together. I was initially concerned when I called and was told they were going to need to put a seam. I had said from the beginning I did not want it if it had a seam. Thankfully they were able to install it without one. I wish they had called to let us know they were going to be late but they were in and out in just a few hours and they look great.

We are extremely impressed with their great selection of granite, prices, speed and craftsmanship. They had a focus on making us happy and we definitely were. Everyone we came in contact with could not have been nicer with great professionalism. We found one small scratch and they were out the next day to totally make it disappear. We would HIGHLY recommend them for your granite needs. We absolutely love our kitchen which turned out to be a big improvement to what we had before hurricane Irma.

I cant say I am too happy with my experience. The granite is beautiful, but the outcome wasnt as expected. Both counters have cracks, if the counters werent strong enough, they should have been experienced enough to let me know and figure a different way to go. My valve in both bathroom apparently leaked and they left buckets under the sink. When I woke up the leak was a stream and my wood floors destroyed. The man who I talked to informed me leaky valves are common and not their problem. I was charged $120 more then orginally quoted. He informed me the measurements were wrong, he came 2 weekz previously and measured, but let me know about the difference after the installation.The plummer said that this could have been avoided if they capped the valves. So I would say, they didnt even deserve a 1 star. Was going to have my kitchen done next, completely out of the question. Highly disappointed.

I would run as fast as you can from Volusia Marble and Granite. They have two pending lawsuits and a Flagler County judge recently entered final judgment against them stating quote, The workman ship of Volusia Granite and Marble was substandard. The Plaintiff, customer, was awarded thousands of dollars in damages.I am not sure how honest the 5 star reviews are either on google. To bump up their ratings the owner, Thiago Garcia left a 5 star review 3 weeks ago, Leo Garcia 3 weeks ago, his wife Rachael Paschoal Garcia 4 months ago, and Luiza Paschoal 2 months ago.And before he responds for me to find Jesus he should know I have been a devout christian for over 20 years. What he has done to his clients is wrong.

I have a very small kitchen and wanted to get new counter tops. I found Volusia Granite and Marble works and Mariah was very easy to deal with! She showed me a few different colors/types for my top. She gave me a quote pretty quickly. She was great with all my incessant questions. easy scheduled and installation. The whole process has ZERO delays and the guys were always perfectly on time! Pricing was also completely reasonable and I would use them again for future countertops.

My wife and I were excited once we saved up for a while to finally purchase counter tops. I work out of town and wasn’t there when my wife signed the contract but an immediate red flag went up when the company illegally has in the contract you cannot post reviews about them online. They also make you pay in full before installation. Be careful that gives away any leverage you have as a consumer as we found out.Long story short. The installation went okay. We ordered a waterfall which should’ve been cut at a 45 degree angle. The owner told us that’s not how it’s done which was laughable. He very reluctantly after some arguing didn’t make us pay for the square footage they wasted on that. The installers also made some mistakes but came back to make it right a couple of days later. In the end the installation team was polite and did make it right.The problem came with the counter tops themselves. The finish was damaged by something in Thiago’s shop or they were received that way. Either way they tried to hide the worst of by cutting the sink there. We called them immediately and they told us the quartz counter top cleaner we bought to clean our quartz counter tops did it. We had them come look at them several times telling us we didn’t clean them correctly. Thiago came to our house insisted they were fine. I insisted they weren’t and they eventually got their supplier to send us a new piece.When he got the new piece he told my wife we had to pay for it to be cut and reinstalled. He was unbelievably rude to her on the phone and they never came to terms. I called him and after another very unprofessional rude conversation he agreed to replace the defective countertops for free. Before he cut the piece I came up to look at it. It was damaged and had imperfections as well so I refused it. He told me either be happy or be happy. This is what you’re getting.We had a different counter top professional come out and look at them. He said they had some kind of chemical damage in the finish and the streaking occurred when they were stood up on their side in the shop. You can see the lines that ran down. He suggested we just sign the paperwork saying we can’t leave reviews and have them install the less defective piece they received for us.I’m a person of principle and rather warn others of the experience we have. Thiago does not care about his customers. My phone calls were ignored. The way he speaks to his customers is unacceptable. How he spoke to my wife alone is something I will never forgive. He wanted nothing to do with making the situation right. I paid full price for defective countertops. Avoid this place at all costs.

This guy, Diego is a lifesaver. I originally purchased granite from East Coast countertops, supposedly his machine wasnt working and he sent it over to Volusia Granite...Im so glad he did. They rushed the job And it turned out beautiful. I wish I would have went to them first. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants great counters and great customer service.

I will credit where due. Template guy and installers were pleasant. Our initial visit to buy was also pleasant. However, we bought a slab (discounted price as it was the last one) that was described to us as the “last one”. We were also told that if we needed extra that there was reminance of the same lot. It took a week and I had to call to ask about how much extra we would need. The girl on the phone politely said yes you have a little extra and I will have to charge you full price for it. As a PM with a GC, this is not very good business. The installers, while nice, butchered my trim on my island below where the top went and left it without noting or speaking of it. Since the install we have discovered a couple of small holes, yes it’s natures material but still should be given the notice and asked if we would like them filled or their should be someone to take care of this. Spoke with a gentleman at their office, I was told to send pics and he would decipher wether they could be filled or not. Still waiting for a return answer. To give overall description, their customer service is absolutely terrible.

I plan on going back to Volusia Granite & Marble in the future because they did perfect on my first job and I know I can count on them. Plus, they have the best prices around so that helps

Bait and switch pricing on the front end. Quoted price, paid for measuremenss which showed sq footage slightly below estimate, jacked up my price anyway by 600. Said i was misquoted originally. Never made it to the back end. Ran into a 10 page contract shrunk so small as to fit on six pages of miroscopic print. Included wording of how you would be sued ifyou complained about them. My gosh, how many people have you screwed over or plan to keep screwing over where you need a ten page list of ways to sue your customer. They got me for $150 measurements but this is not a large town. Word travels. These guys suck. Dont fall for their religious schtick. They are liars.

The woman who answers the phone and schedules the appointments can’t get her act together she tells you she’s coming in with people on a Friday and they come in the following Thursday saying they’re going to install it in two days and they don’tthey never measured for the walls so there’s no way they can even have the stuff fabricated the only fabrication they do is with their mouth they like to lie and tell you something that’s not trueas a customer are you sitting here expecting The company to show up they don’t even call they don’t even know they’re supposed to show all of their work is done by subcontractors they have no one who really works for them as installers beware these people are dangerous .

NO CONTRACTOR OTHER THAN COUNTERTOPS TO GO TOUCHED THIS COUNTERTOP NOR THE SINK.Granite grains don’t match or run appropriately. Seam areas are miss matched. The edges are like running finger down a rough bumpy road.Owner stands by this terrible work and references a Contract (never provided a copy of a Contract).My sink mounts are still in package under my sink. *Update - One month and the silicone is separating from the counter. Nice under mount job guys! Now mold grows and water continues to get under the cabinet. Which was brand new.Counter is not level though they placed some CRAZY shims.Edges don’t line up to counter or cabinets correctly.Complete disaster.Also, check their math. They over charged me by making math errors in their calculations.The positive reviews seem fake. Look at the names. Lol....

Zero stars. Very unprofessional. They said it could take up to 2 weeks to install our countertops. We called them at the end of the 2nd week bc we had not heard anything from them they said the countertops were still not in and it would be the following week. We had an appointment for Friday 9 am this is the 3rd week to have them installed. We called them to make sure they were stilll coming which were then told they broke our countertops. We asked for a refund and took our business elsewhere. They weren’t even really apologetic. Be very careful when doing business with this company.
