Once we picked it out, his team was out to template and had them installed in just a couple weeks!! His installers, were also professional and meticulous! I was in need of a countertop for an office kitchenette I was building. I had passed by Coastal Stone on several occasions and decided to stop in and see the options and speak to someone. I walked in and was impressed with the selection of samples and products they had to offer. It is always easier making a selection when the options are right in front of you. We had Quartz countertops installed by Coastal Stone of Daytona Beach. Our countertops turned out beautiful and I love the low divide sink! Shane was our sales person and he went above and beyond. I had shopped around and went with them even though they were $400 higher than a quote I had out of area…but we wanted to stay local. Glad I did because their customer service was superb. The day before the installation our sink had not arrived, he called and said they were going to install another one and when ours came he replaced it. Also, on the day of installation I called him to tell him there were marks on the counter top that I couldn’t get off. He came over after 5p and took care of it himself even after I told him it could wait till Monday. I would highly recommend this company!

Coastal Stone did an incredible job in our Condo. We have had many challenges with our remodel and Coastal came and made this part of the job so easy. Billy went beyond customer service. When I called he came to measure on time, always answers or returns calls. When it was time for template same thing, Today was installation day and they arrived right at 10:30 am and did an incredible professional high quality job. My wife and I were looking for new countertops in our kitchen, and when I checked out the reviews of the local shops we were very impressed with the high ratings for Coastal Stone Countertops.Still, you dont know if your experience will be the same.I can tell you now that we are in complete agreement with all the 5 star reviews.When I called, I talked to Billy, and from the beginning he was very courteous and helpful. Two days after the call he was at our home checking out our kitchen for the estimate.The next day our estimate was emailed to us and we knew we were getting a very fair price.After stopping by the show room and talking with Billy, we picked the quartz pattern we wanted and went ahead with the process.The next step involved getting the template made. That is when we met Sammy, who happened to be as friendly as he was helpful. He didnt mind that we asked tons of questions, and answered them all.Two weeks later came the install, and once again Sammy was part of the team, and he paid attention to the smallest details and graciously put up with our side comments along the way.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the process and the quality of the work and the quality of the product.Most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with Billy, Sammy, and the all the people at Coastal Stone and we highly recommend them for their work and know that if we have any questions or problems in the future they will be there to help us.

My husband and I came here looking at the inventory of granite and quartz. There were lots of nice supply. I had a certain pattern/color of granite that I wanted. We showed Jon a picture, he found it out of town, and had it delivered to his business. From the time we ordered, had the template drawn and installation finished it was 2 weeks. Amazingly, the big piece that included the sink, was not even pieced. We were very satisfied, and will definitely come back here when we replace our master bathroom counter tops. Jon and his team were nice,professional, and very experienced in their field. Give them a call, you wont regret it!

The Team at coastal granite was great. We worked with Shane. My Husband and I didn’t go with the cheapest granite, we opted pay a little more for a better grade. I have three counter spaces in my kitchen, one is a sink area with a small pass through to the great room. When the counter was installed the counter that goes from the sink to the pass through was cut in half requiring a seam in the center is my counter. This is very disappointing considering what we paid to get the best countertop. Please ask more questions than I did so your project turns out the way you want it.

I called them on the phone asking for an estimate then emailed them the dimensions and pictures of the kitchen. They never responded . I then called them a second time asking if they got my email and they said they did after looking for it . They said they would give an estimate and still haven’t heard back . Initial call and email was sent 7/1. Guess my project wasn’t important enough to even get a response.

I just have to say that the guys at Coastal Stone have a remarkable team. They had Corey and Austin come to our home to replace the counter-tops. This team was remarkable with the attention of detail to every piece that was installed. They performed work that was not within the invoice to assist other contractors to complete their jobs. They were courteous and professional, willing to answer any question with a smile on their faces. I also want to add that we had another company ( a plumber) come out and could not complete the work for the installation of the sink. I immediately contacted the Coastal Stone team and within an hour they arrived to satisfy my request. Corey went above and beyond and installed our faucet for the sink and put the biggest smile on mine and my wife face. I highly recommend this company and their team. If there is any work that is needed in the future this company will be my first call.

After years of waiting to update my kitchen, we decided to do it. I was nervous about making such a big investment, especially when you hear the horror stories from some people. Coastal Stone was recommended by the company doing my cabinets. I researched them and saw all the great reviews.They are a great group of people. Billy helped me pick the granite. He was a wealth of information about my different options and he helped me choose what would work best. He didnt try to push me towards quartz because he agreed the granite I chose worked best. Sean (?) helped me out a lot with deciding on a sink. Autumn was very nice as well. The man that came out to do the template was great. He helped me to decide on sizes for an island top and my breakfast bar. But best of all were Art and Cory, who came to install my beautiful countertops. They showed up on time and got right to work. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and were able to work around an issue from the builder. These guys did an amazing job on my countertops. They were able to take my existing countertops off and when I got new cabinets they reinstalled my old countertops. They look even better than before.
