The staff is friendly, the facility is beautiful, and the D.O.T. and novelty motorcycle helmets are the best quality Ive seen in some time.

DONT BUY FROM DAYTONA HELMETS, YOU MAY NOT GET A REFUND, AND THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SIZE HELMETS! I shouldnt have to call multiple times for a f ing refund, they already emailed me that they got the helmet, so refund me the money already, I hate Amazon but the returns are easy, I thought I would go straight through daytona helmets and its a total cluster F!Update-screwed me out of money

Friendly and Professional.

Emailed them via their web site atleast 5 separate times over the past 2 weeks about out of stock items. Havent received a single response. Customer service seems non-existent. And since they seem to be the only company in the US that sells rebranded SMK helmets from India, there is no other way to get replacement visors and pinlock inserts except through them with a big price markup. Specifically the cheap Bluetooth system which they sell for double the price.They dont seem to make anything, they just slap their name on cheap products from overseas and resells them here at a marked up price.

Selection was nice, sales person could use some training in customer service. It was like we were inconveniencing him. Prices were fair.

Bought a carbon fiber helmet, fits perfect. Had an issue with the buckle.The Ladies in the office were more than professional, helpful and returned it with a new to replace the old. I own a motorcycle repair shop.With customer service like that, I am carrying their helmets.Great product, great service and nice people. Buy from them.You will not be sorry. I have purchased motorcycle helmets from this company before. I like the quality of their products. My only issue at this time is that this is not a retail sales location. They were very nice and allow me to make a purchase today as I came all the way from Columbia South Carolina down to Daytona to view their products and needs a choice of the helmet I was looking for. I chose the black carbon fiber beanie or half helmet that is DOT approved. I am extremely happy with the fit and I know that its a great product because like purchase other helmets from them before and Ive been extremely please

Stay away, I don’t recommend it to anybody it’s the worst helmet I ever bought in my life I’ve been riding motorcycles for more than 20 years and I’ve been buying helmets since then it’s very cheap and bad quality not worth the money not even worth spending any kind of money on it don’t recommend it to anybody stay away from it.

Suposably the skull cap was supposed to be the skinniest out there. Ordered one in hopes to not look like a mushroom head. Received helmet and its the same size as any Harley half helmet, not any skinnyer at all. Waist of money!

They advertised the thinnest DOT helmet to avoid the “Mushroom “ head look. This was horribly thick! Said I had to call after they received my return to credit my purchase...so far no luck...hope I didn’t get scammed!

I hate the idea of not being able to see what Im buying. If I wanted to search the internet I would of stayed home. Nice building, poor service.

The poorest quality helmet out there. The first 3/4 arrived with pinstripe curved/crooked and off center. Not to mention the rough, flat spots (compared to poor bondo/body work) on top of the helmet. NOT round/smooth, but bumpy. The 2nd one arrived even worse.Now, trying to send this junk back? Yep, I had to pay shipping... TOTAL OF $33 LOST to experience poor qualityAbsolute horrible experience. Try to avoid ordering from these people.

Just spoke to a very rude woman on the phone who did nothing to resolve the issue I had over a shipping address that I emailed the company twice about-they still shipped to the wrong address. Will not EVER order from them again
