1 star. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HAHN.Ordered a turbo kit for a 2.4l Saturn sky at the end of November 2020 and was told it was looking to ship at the end of December to early February. Nothing.Feb 10 2021 was told the kit was complete save for the turbo which was en-route from precision. 2 weeks later nothing.Reached out again through email and was told on April 15 2021 that Bill was doing completion work over the weekend on kits like mine and would ship the beginning of the following week. Nothing.I was then informed by Lee through Facebook messenger that it was looking to ship on April 28 2021. Still nothing.On May 6 2021 I expressed my displeasure with their lies on the progress of my order and when it will ship and have sent emails to their email addresses on the website as well as their Facebook. I have asked that they either finish my order and ship it by May 21 2021 or return my money in the full amount. They have yet to respond and will not answer either phone numbers listed on their website.Receiving my order in full or a full refund will change my rating.

Hahn Racecraft helped me get a great price for my 2017 Slingshot SLR. It was much easier than trying to sell it myself. Bill and his crew are on point for Slingshot sales and service!

I called them 2 days in a row and left messages never to get a call back message them through their Facebook Page got a response was told I would get a call back from bill I still have not received a call 2 days later decided to go with ZZ Performance They returned my call within 20 minutes and answered all my questions I highly recommend you use anyone other than Hahn race craft unless customer service means nothing to you

I purchased a Hahn air intake for my Polaris Slingshot at an event (Not directly from Hahn). I was experiencing issues with my plenum box. I called Hahn and left a few messages. The owner Bill got back to me and was extremely helpful. He designed a better and stronger box and had it mailed out with in the week. I have read all the good and negative reviews on here. All I can say is to be patient and good things will come. Thanks again Bill for everything

The Team at Hahn has been awesome to work with. They rebuilt my used super 20G. Everything came out perfect. I opted for the white powder coated cold side. They also found some extension bolts I needed to mount the turbo setup to my DSM. Thanks guys. You rock!

I have a base 2008 Saturn sky. Fun little car that I dropped off to Bill personally. When I picked it up all I can say is WOW! Its a pleasure to open my hood and show off his work. His parts and installation are second to none. Communication before, during, and after installing my system has been superb. He is not a huge company but his work quality and work ethic is what you want under your hood and worth the wait!

Hahn is awesome! These guys have been extremely innovative in the industry for so long. I met Bill in Chicago years back and his son when i organized a huge Cobalt SS and Ion Redline meet. No idea the shop moved! Congratulations Bill!!! Anything Ive ever purchased from them has been the best possible quality!

Got part of my order, then lies, promised dates that came and went, no communication and no response to emails or phone calls. They have lost out on 3000 at least in more business from me, just to terrible customer service. I guess ill call it a 400 lesson and move on. Bill seemed like a nice guy on the phone, so i discounted the BBB reviews and took a chance, maybe you will have better luck then me, but be warned im certainly not the first nor likely to be the last.

This guy, Bill Hahn is full of lies and is a thief. Its been 4 months since I ordered a turbo kit from him. After I got fed up with all the lies and evasion and asked for my money back, hes since decided to stop replying to any of my messages. Ive never experienced customer service that was this terrible before. Hes a complete joke and a liar. Check his BBB(Better Business Bureau), which is where Im going to file a complaint next, and youll see what I mean. I just want my money back at this point(3k) that Ive wasted on your terrible product.

This man is a liar and a thief. 8 months of waiting and you decided to block me instead of responding or giving me a refund. You are a thief. I wish there was a possibility of leaving a negative star on this thief’s page. I hope others see this and take it into consideration before purchasing anything from this scammer.

Bill has personally talked me through several different issues Ive had. Very open and polite! Been running his turbo kit for over 2 years now and makes great power! I will be buying more from hahn racecraft in the future!

I ordered a catless downpipe got it a week later. Great. I order a full exhaust 3 months later still nothing. I ask for a refund still nothing.

Talked with Bill about upgrades for the HHR SS we are building for a shop vehicle. Bill took the time to listen to what I was looking to do and to give me his opinion on what works and how it will respond to the upgrades. Bill worked a great deal for me and I look forward to getting the parts, completing our project and hitting the dyno. Thanks for the help Bill -Mike, owner - Black Hills CustomsUpdate...... The last part ( downpipe ) is on the way for the shop HHR SS. I understand that Hahn Racecraft is not a huge company and many parts for vehicles that are not as popular as they once were are difficult to keep in stock on the shelf in the event that someone will purchase it next month or next year. The parts that I received are top notch in quality and I am glad I went with Bill. Next step is to have the HHR SS tuned on the dyno which will go though Bill and my local tuner. Dynos dont lie, but Im confident that this thing will run hard. I look forward to working with Bill in the future.

Fantastic Work, When I ordered The Kappa IC He warned me he was about a Month out on orders due to moving shops. ( took 4 and a half weeks for him to actually get my IC. But that being said the craftsmanship is absolutely stunning. I have no complaints on his work whats so ever. Clean welds and a huge upgrade over the factory unit.

Kit took 4 months to show up incomplete. poor customer service fab not pretty i would not pop the hood to show off their work update many months later still missing directions bill said he would send but typically none to be found
