Everybody was very pleasant there. But couldnt seem to get my car fix the first time. But its okay come down on the price just a little bit. I love speedy Auto service. He went above and beyond to show me the details and the issues that I had. It was amazing! I never had this kind of experience before-especially with me being a female. Very honest people! I had lost my wallet for many months and these folks found it behind the glove compartment with lots of cash in it. They found it and gave it back to me with all the cash still in it!They gave me a good estimate, fixed my car on the same day, and gave me a ride home too.I highly recommend this place to anyone!

We were referred to this shop by another shop in the area that could not do the custom bending we needed on our classic car. We worked with Jack who was very polite and explained everything he was going to do with our car. He is very knowledgeable about his mufflers and willing to share his knowledge. We were charged what we were quoted. I would refer others to this shop and return myself when I need a new muffler.

I had a tire I needed patched and dropped by on account of the great reviews here. They were short-staffed but in spite of that were very courteous, fit me in anyway, and even gave me a good price. I had a great experience and Ill be going back for future needs.

By far the best shop 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I went to yet I went there because my car would turn off every time I stop and I would have to put it on park turn it back on. I couldn’t even stop for stop signs without me having to repeat the process.... it was my time at this particular shop but they took care of my car in a matter of 30 mins and now it drives better then before. The location on Ford road is the best! My dad has been going there for a few years, and I have started going there. They are fair and knowledgeable. They treat others with respect and courtesy.

Went there to try and get an oil change although it was late in the day. I understand that it could not be done that day and had to make an appointment but the staff member was not very courteous. I told him about my issues with my car making whistling noises and my engine light and he just seemed to brush it off. The staff member gave off an attitude of what do you want me to do about it?

I take all my cars to Speedy on Ford and Telegraph for repairs and have been doing so for many years. Jim, the manager, is always helpful and honest with me and doesnt try to talk anyone into unneeded repairs. The staff is knowledgable and polite

Vary polite customer service with the new people up there. %100 know what they are doing. Fair price. Will explain what is wrong like talking to a kid if you dont understand cars. and wont try to charge you for stuff you dont need but will tell ya what need to be done... 5 stars =]

I stopped by when I saw a sign advertising a $16.99 oil chance special. When I talked to Greg, the store manager, I was expecting to be told additional fees would be included (labor, disposal, etc.) Nope! This place is fair and honest. My total came to exactly $16.99 plus sales tax. Greg is a friendly guy and even gave me some great advice on wear to find a replacement hubcap that I lost due to a pothole. The car was finished in about 30 minutes and nobody pressure me to buy stuff I didnt need. I have found a new place for car maintenance!

Was very good till the mechanist diagnosed my AC and told me I need to replace the compressor. I made another check at my dealer and they only replaced the clutch. But my repairing experience of the structs the other time is excellent. So come here if you need to repair your chasis and go to dealer for other problems.

They didnt blink an eye when I told them that I wasnt getting the service they quoted. Very friendly and fast. I would come back here

Ray and Matt worked with me to get my Ford Ranger back on the road, good price and fast service. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I dropped in yesterday due to the advertised $16.99 oil change (I was on my way to another shop). I was told it would be about 45 minutes, and I told Greg I couldnt wait that long and would come back today. He immediately offered to block out some time for me during my lunch break. When I showed up, he got my car in within a few minutes. In about 30-40 minutes, my car was all set. The replaced 5 quarts of oil, filled my washer fluid tank, checked my tire pressure, and it all came to--thats right--$16.99 (plus tax). Cant beat that price, and the service was excellent. But, as common sense would indicate, do call ahead unless youre free to wait if necessary.

Staff is very nice will work with you and they do very good work.

The price of the service is fair. But it is better to call them before you get there. Like me, with bad fortune, I was told the repair guy was not there and they did not know when my car could be repired in two consertive days. I felt frastrated about it.Remember to give them a call if you want to go there.

I recommend this place, excellence service and people.

Was told to drop my car off at 8 a.m. got there and said call them back at 1 p.m. going somewhere else they cannot keep appointment will not return
