Laura at the Dedham location was very helpful in helping me select furniture. She took the time to measure and design the space. When I went back the next day second guessing myself she worked with me to reassure I made great selections. She also spent time assisting me with picking a paint color. Laura went over and above what I would’ve expected and I am very grateful for that. I will be returning soon to have her help me pick out more pieces to finish the living room.

Our sales person was very personable and helpful. She graciously offered to work on resolving what we initially thought was a mistake from another Boston Interiors store. It turned out not to be an issue but we very much appreciated her willingness to help us. We will definitely return and ask for her when we purchase another piece of furniture.

After a month of looking for dining room chairs online, never knowing the quality or lack thereof, and going to the major furniture retailer (couldn’t find anything but “Trisha Yearwood” chairs) and a nice very high end ($1,000/chair), we were disillusioned to say the least.In order to exhaust all options, and not having found what we were looking for, we when to Boston Interiors. I was immediately impressed by the layout of the store, and even more impressed by the people in it. Knowledgeable, friendly, there to help but knew when to give us space, we settled on two chair options, but we knew we were going to buy one or the other. Honestly, I gave in to my wife, and we bought some beautiful chairs that should be here before thanksgiving.I cannot recommend Boston Interiors enough. It is the perfect balance of high quality and a step above the big box furniture retailers, at a price that will not need a second mortgage. Save your time, and START with Boston Interiors. You’ll be glad you did.

My husband and I had been looking for furniture and came into Boston Interiors about a year ago. I had come in off and on since the initial visit and worked with 2 wonderful women at the Boston Interiors at Legacy Place in Dedham, MA. Both Laura Sudbey and Serene Hanson were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and sweet. They always answered my questions, gave me good advice, and always went the extra mile. We were very lucky to have found Serene and Laura. Feeling very happy about the purchases made, as well as not having second thoughts about these decisions!

Our leather sofa started showing wear marks after 3 years. The quality is poor. Their furniture looks good in the showroom but simply doesn’t hold up long term. Buyer beware!
