For whatever reason, one of the best Starbucks around. Drinks are (almost) always right. Staff is warm and helpful, comfortable to sit and eat or work. Not as walk-in busy, but drive through is perpetually a line.All Starbucks are NOT created/staffed equally! Choose this location. Your drink will be awesome.

Usually service is good, plenty of spaces to sit. 4 stars because the last time I went, the mobile order I put in wasnt prepared until 5-10 minutes past the time it should have been.

Ive edited my review since first posting it. I frequent this Starbucks a couple of times a week. The barristas are great. I usually do mobile orders and my mobile order is waiting stacked nicely on a shelf. Despite being so busy they always greet everyone with a nice smile.

The staff is super friendly. Sara is my absolute favorite.. shes so welcoming and helpful. This is my favorite Starbucks location.

I Ordered a Trenta Strawberry Açaí & she gave me a Venti Claiming “ oh this is a trenta with no ICE “ . No other Starbucks has done this when I order a trenta they give me a trenta . Also the drink was more water then Strawberry Açaí

Great place with great service. Your typical good ol Starbucks, but this has plenty of tables and places to sit. Staff was very nice and easy to talk to as well.

We ordered a cappuccino with whole milk. They ran out of it but the barista walked the extra mile and combined 2% with half & half to make us happy. Excellent service!

Supper RUDE. I asked for a panini and they guy at the register asked me to grab it on my own. I would have had I worked there. When I asked him if he could check because I didnt know what he meant he rolled his eyes at me. The older guy working there was rude too. I asked him if he had paninis there and he said NO! Whats up with the yelling? Im sorry you hate your job. No need to be rude to me or other. Went to a Starbucks down the street and thats where I got the Starbucks service I know. Find your manners.

This was the worst Starbucks Ive been to. Cashier never smiled back while taking my order, never thanked me, and barely acknowledged I was there. It was the dirtiest store, the creamer and napkins were out, the entire sugar area was a filthy mess, and I would not go here again!

This Starbucks needs help!Came in on a Sunday morning and the employees acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. The line was out the door, the barista was crabby and kept rolling her eyes when a customer asked where their drinks were. I waited about 20-25 mins for my drink. If you want a quick coffee, this location is not the place to go!

I work near by and usually orders from my phone often and picks up..however today I ordered same thing and I walked all the way there and picked up my items n came back to work n try to drink..one of the coffee was missing sugar n half n half when it clearly said on the sticker 3 raw sugars and half n half...so I had to walk back to get changed..when I went and told the stuffs the problem they gave me a annoyed look...when its their mistake!! I asked them to make new fresh hot one since it was already so warm..and they did make it but I felt it was very rude that they didnt even said sorry that they made mistake!!! Instead gave me annoyed look!! Very disappointed!

Great place to work. So, I took a huge paycut to settle down at a place where everyday, I live for and love coming to work. The people are really fun to work with and the customers are among the most pleasant and make the day quite a breeze. The work is not the easiest at first but making it thru the day is worth it when you see those beautiful people coming in and out. Yes you will always find one or two who are not pleasant but the 99.9 who are making my far travel which costs me $200 monthly a little less painful to my heart. I hope that anyone who reads this truly can takeThe time to share any positive feedback for our managers and team leaders. They all have a great amount of love and appreciation for you and that is just from my observation.

This is a very nice sized Starbucks. Plenty of tables seating as well as more comfortable seating options.

I had to wait 15 mintues until i got my drink and people who were in line behind me be got their drinks before and they made it wrong. how hard can it be to make a tea and not add a scoop of strawberries and they add extra ice instead of light ice not going there again sorry not sorry!

Mob scene, overworked staff, demanding clientele, and the Internet is not working! Try another store. Starbucks around Chicago is my mobile office. I have been to dozens and dozens of them throughout greater Chicago. You would expect this to be among the better stores, it being Deerfield, but it is one of the lousiest. Seems as if everyone here who needs WiFi just uses their own hotspot to avoid the issue. This being an affluent community, it is not surprising that folks routinely pay up for that premium service with their cell provider. Given SBUX’s recent sensitivity problem, you’d think they would be more accommodating, not less, especially to the less well-heeled, but frequent customers. This is also, btw, not at all a problem at my local store in Lake Bluff & 176, which has a great staff and offers a truly positive experience!

Barista doesnt know what a pour over is. The dark roast drip machine says pour over available so she pours from it. I told her no big deal but thats not what a pour over is. She states well...we already have it available from the machine, Id be in trouble if i didnt know what a pour over is. DUH......pour over doesnt come from a machine. The sign just means that coffee is available to by drip....as well as..... pour ever. Guess your in trouble.....Pourover coffee starts with (freshly) ground coffee, a filter, and a filter holder, often calleda pourover dripper. At the most basic level,pourover brewing involves pouring water overand through the grounds to extract the coffee flavors into your cup or servingJust thought id help out management.
