Came here looking for fabric to make bandanas for dogs (I’m a groomer) and Kylie was super friendly and helpful and helped me pick out some cute patterns! She was also was more than eager to go out of her way and walk me towards the aisle for tshirts. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays so I was super appreciative of her extra effort!

The employees were friendly and courteous. The store was well stocked and had a welcoming atmosphere. All in all, I have no doubt well be going there again.

I came in looking for a specific clear coat spray that I thought might be in the aisle with all of the hobby models in it. Down the aisle an employee is already helping another customer, so I begin the search myself. No problem. About 10-15 minutes later the employee is done assisting the other customer and asks me if I need any help. I explain to him what Im looking for and give him the product brand. He didnt recocognize it but tells me he has to go for a moment and assures me that he will be right back to assist me. I waited for 20 full minutes before giving up on his return. My husband who has been with me during this whole thing walks down all the aisles searching for him or any employee at all. No one is in sight. I decide to search the spray paint aisle for this product, but am left fruitless. I had a few other items to pick up so I resume my normal shopping until I notice the employee I had previously spoken to is in framing now. I engage him in conversation again and show him the product I am searching for via the Hobby Lobby website. He suspects its in the spray paint aisle I had already scouted myself. Okay, I could definitely have missed it and so I agree It could be. He verbally directs me to the aisle and once again assures me that someone will be right over there to meet me. My husband and I return to the aisle per his instructions and wait... 25 minutes later Id had enough and give up. At the checkout Im asked the usual, Did you find everything okay? I tell her that actually no I had not in fact found what I came for. I explain what had happened and am met with a blank stare. She didnt even acknowledge what I said. Didnt offer to help. Just checked me out and told me my total. Im pretty sure she tuned every word out to be honest. At least I found a cool unicorn lamp on clearance I guess.

Inventory is great in anything I have looked for. They also have suggested accessories for your item, a real plus. Not as many staff as in prior years, but all are very helpful. Perpetual 40% coupon is also a plus.

Had a great expirence with the gentleman who helped us frame my sons drawing for Mothers Day. He even ecouaged my son to keep drawing. We visited the store on 2-13-21

Very organized, neat and clean store. Plenty of merchandise with very few empty shelves. Art supplies are easy to locate and the lighting makes it easy to compare products. The check out person was very pleasant and helpful when we talked about an item I could not find. Large parking area and easy to get in and out.

I really like the amount of crafts available at this store. Its easy to purchase items online as well. The reason Im not giving more stars is due to how the store is overrun by Christianity. Its EVERYWHERE in the store. From the muzak to signs to all of the books at the checkout. Not a deal breaker for some, but if its not your thing its good to know. Also not open on Sundays, plus for employees and minus for customers.

Found help right away! The gal was fantastic and stayed with me the entire time, searching for the right yarn! And then she took me to another spot in the store when I needed something there. Totally professtional but at the same time, extremely personable and friendly! In checkout, the guy, again was very friendly. Total A+ experience!

Hobby Lobby is loaded with cool stuff to see and would make anybody want to fill up a shopping cart. One main problem is high quality prices for low quality goods. Staff is usually friendly but generally unhelpful..

It is always a pleasure to shop at this store. The fact that I can find lots of Christian things whether it be household decorations, jewelry to make, or even coffee mugs. My husband and I love walking into a store with lots of variety. The employees are always pleasant and very willing to help.

Not really impressed. No one could show me where the product was. I ended up wandering the store for fifteen minutes till I found it myself. Oh well...

I enjoy Hobby Lobby because they have just about everything for any type of decorating project you want to do for a DIY. And their prices are pretty reasonable. Its rare that I go in there and there is something I cannot find. So thats really nice and convenient too. Its pretty much a one-stop-shop for the things that I want to do. And they have really cool Trinkets and such.

I have been there quite a bit lately, and I feel like the associates really dont want to bother helping you look for things. If you ask them for an item, the majority of them say We dont have it, and then I later find it. Chris, working in the frame dept., was the only kind person to walk around the store to find what I was looking for. They did not end up having what I needed, but he at least took the time to look just in case. By far the friendliest and most helpful person working there.

I love how you can walk around, look at pretty decorations, get stuff that you need, and most items are 50% or so on sale. Clean, nice.

I really like this Hobby Lobby. I live about an hour away from 5 different Hobby Lobby stores and this one is a fav. Clean. Well organized. Not too busy. Good selection of clearance items.

Hello, I went into Hobby Lobby on a busy day of course a few days before Christmas.I previously had gone to a competitor I asked for help three times getting turned in the wrong direction.I walked into Hobby Lobby and asked Ladonna on a location on an item that I needed.Mind you Im tired and stressing from the last location.I was very impressed with the location Ladonna told me it would be found it,so I cleared the self and was on my way.Best customer service Ive had this season, next time Im not wasting my time.I will only shop your stores from now on.

This store had everything! Bought a Christmas frame & a beautiful wall hanging. Theres Halloween & Thanksgiving priced way down. Beautiful flowers, candles, art supplies. So much fun to go in & just browse.

The manager is lazy, looks like she doesnt care, and has an attitude problem. Not one person in the store greeted me and I was there for an hour and saw at least 10 employees. Atmosphere is very dark and unwelcoming. Wont be going back.

First time in this one. Was talking bad things about how they dont have star wars decorations. 10 min later walked out with 240$ worth of them. Lots of amazing stuff!

Whenever Im doing a big project this is one place I go because they sell a lot of things. You can call over the phone to make sure they got what you need and they dont mind putting things on hold for you. Its a big store and a lot of things are placed and organized by color.

They always have a huge selection. Staff is pretty nice. Their sales signs are a bit misleading sometimes. Always bring in your weekly online coupons for 40% or 50% an item!

Store is well kept. They have alot of stuff to choose from. Only thing is that if you have a question you have to walk across store to find help or go back all the way to the register to ask cashier.

They have some cool stuff, but after going to the one in Rockford I expected a little more

Im disgusted by the new Wild West themes featuring Native American symbols and even headdresses, but not one sugar skull for the Dias de los Muertos. Does Hobby lobby think that its just white Christians shopping at their store and what the heck does white Christianity have to do with Native American themes? Besides the fact that we stole their land from them and bought the Mexicans off (see Wikipedia for information on the French/Indian wars) and its unbearable to see this reflecting in your choice of displays. I only shop there out of need. I wish your stores had some soul, not just a bunch of crosses and bibles.
