I have to leave a star because this makes me leave a star...Ill start this out and say if you are going to cancel your services, DO NOT trust what women behind the counter tell you.She told us wed receive a bill in the mail and could make payments until we paid the final balance. NOPE!!! They want a total of $2,000 upfront, or theyll send it to collections. I asked about payment plans and when we needed to pay. She said, we dont do payment plans; just call the number on your final bill. We wouldnt have switched if we knew, and we would have waited till we had it more paid off or saved up enough to pay them off. Now well have collection agents calling us.I understand why we werent the only people in the store that day switching over to another provider.Hey, at least we are saving money with them, right.-5/5 stars

This is hands down the best service of any store I have ever been in. Each time I have been here a different employee has helped me and all are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! This Denison store staff is exemplary and really needs to be given an extra little something of appreciation. You need to keep good employees. They are your business. Especially in these times. I know. I am a real estate broker in Texas, Oklahoma and HUD and that code of ethics is not just for clients but everyone .

Well I could go either way...? 1 star or a complete 5..? I walked through the door 10 minutes to close and there is a loud dramatic woman borrowing their phone. Trying to communicate or think straight was difficult until a Denison police man escorted her outside to continue to try and solve her problem. The guy working there did not let the issue interfere with customer service. I needed to activate a new unlocked phone and he spent an entire hour after closing trying to get it up and running. No luck though and I had already purchased the new plan. So I left with a fully functional SIM card but no phone to put it in ..... So you be the judge... Good customer service! But apparently not knowledgeable enough to fully activate my phone.

Ive added a phone to my plan and ported the number over with ease. Took no time at all to get everything set up and going. Anytime I have a question, the staff has always been able to answer it quickly.

Very pleased. Will certainly continue recommending AT&T to my friends etc.

This location is ran by you local good ol boys. I got the iphoneX and my phone didn’t work. I had to go back up there to get it fixed. Completely inconvenient. I don’t care for AT&T but I’ll try to never come to this location.

The pay schedule is a nightmare for people that get paid 1 x a month execctives should make their car pmt. And house pmt.the same way. If any of them make 800 on the third of every month and pay att on the 2nd. You would be homeless and walking to work..OH And your phone is temporarily disconnected ...

They don’t come to fix your internet and they lie and say they will but never do

If AT&T understood the term Ethics, I wouldnt be here today writing this. We use to have great unlimited highspeed internet with DSL. That was too good of a deal so they changed it from unlimited to limited at a ridiculously low cap. After review my bill statements I finally found their so called notice buried in fine print.To avoid this they said they would switch us to U-Verse, they forgot to mention the hidden fees and when confronted we made them pull up their own phone recordings to prove we were telling the truth. Since AT&T has never provided the 12Mbps I have paid for for years. They down graded what we could get to 6 Mbps because their own lines couldnt handle it from their servers. WAIT They made me swap to a service at a promised speed and their own lines couldnt support? That is right, straight up lied to. Since then I have been lucky to even reach speeds of 5 Mbps, still get charged for 12 mind you.SO if you like throwing away money for services NOT rendered, then AT&T uvers is for you!!!
