While out of town found myself with the need to replace my phone, went to this Tmobile store & was fortunate to have Xavier help me...they did not have the phone that I needed due to shortages but he went above & beyond locating one at our next stop...he took the time to make phone calls & basically made the sale without making the sale. In the store the customer service is pretty good on the phone not so good. Ive been having nothing but trouble w/ my phone. Now one of the supervisors helped me but not completely doing what he said but he tried. I had a better case on my other phone but when he got me the other phone I didnt get my otter box but he did get me a new phone. The service still socks at times more then I think it should

THIS is THE store to shop your cellular needs.After years of good service at the Sherman location, the last 2 visits are Sherman t-mobile were horrible.So we drove to Denison location and it was completely worth it !! Go here !! They explained everything and gave us a better deal than the sherman location even offered.Extremely kind and helpful people.I will ONLY go to this location in the future

I came in from out of town after I broke my phone. Everyone was do nice and friendly. Christina helped me upgrade to an iPhone and I am so happy with the switch.

Awesome awesome experience. Started in Sherman and ended up in Denison due to lousy experience in the Sherman store. No product at the sherman store and HORRIBLE customer service experience. Denison took great care of us and we left happy with 4 new devices.
