I prefer this location the service is always better than the Sherman location.

WOW, So we now have a Cricket store right here in Denison. I drove down Morton St, and saw the sign! I went in & received the most awesomest customer service. Yessica, the sales rep helped me with my issue. She was so understanding and had so much patience. Not only did she recommend a great new phone, but she styled me with a great case! This store looks so awesome, I had to take pictures of it. I’m so glad, that I dont have to drive all the way to Sherman to take care of my cellphone needs! Thanks Yessica, Mireya and Vicki, yall were amazing.

I had an issue with my phone. The USB Option wouldnt go away so I could charge my phone. I went in to Cricket on Morton St. in Denison to see if they could fix it. Draven fixed it in 5 mins and saved me from having to buy another phone possibly. Best Cricket service I have had since being a customer for the last 12 years. This store and Draven are Aces. Ty for your help.

Had a good experience here overall. The network is not quite as good as Verizon. The call quality is quite a bit less than Verizon, but we like the fact that our bill is not going up bit by bit every month. Cricket helps us maintain a budget.

After hassling with the Sherman store, I went to the Denison store and was helped by the manager there Maria (I believe is her name) she managed to fix my phone and help me out in purchasing the new charger for my phone!
