I can’t say enough how great this company is. James Blackburn, the driver who helped us out today getting our truck from Pilot Point, TX. To Haynie’s garage in Denton, TX was so awesome!!! After having a blow out last week on the side of the highway, we called B&O, who had someone there to help us in less than an hour, which was a life saver not even kidding!!! So today who else would we trust in but these guys!!!! And yet again they were awesome!!!! So very helpful, polite and friendly. They were quick to arrive and were very informative and kept in great communication with us... couldn’t have asked for better!!!! Thank you guys so very much!!!!

Honest. Took care of my sons truck after his accident. Covered it. Didnt let people loot my sons property like Ft.Worth service did my truck.Great guys would call them again in a minute.

Good fast customer service. I needed a vehicle removed from my property. In a matter of about 20 to 30 minutes they where there picking up the vehicle. I felt even the in town tow rates where fair. I would definitely recommend these guys. Fats Fair Honest good job B&O

My axle broke this morning. Allstate sent their tow truck driver who said NOPE not touching it.. (cause it’s lowered) SOO I called B&O and they were there in a timely manner ..Great service friendly drivers!! My car is lowered with a front lip and they got it on there without scraping!!! They had the proper equipment to get it up there without issue

Starter went out on Sunday eve. James was there in 15 minutes and towed me to their shop. He was very polite and even stayed until my wife picked me up to make sure it was safe. Even offered to take me home. My truck was ready by Monday afternoon. No nonsense pros and fair pricing. Highly recommend. I called this company when my car broke down and they were very professional and on time.. James arrived in a matter of minutes with a smile on his face and treated my car as if it were his very own. although I was in a bad situation with my car being broke down it was pleasure to meet James and know that things would get better.

My car conked out on Denton square, and I had to leave it overnight. My mechanic recommended B&O. They got a truck to my car within like 12 minutes, and the driver Jeff artfully backed a non-running car down a slope and around a corner onto his truck. (Without destroying any City foliage, which he was able to name botanically!) He was a great guy - integrity, manners, knowledge. Im so happy to finally have a reliable towing company saved in my phone! Great all-around experience, I highly recommend them!

Always ...shows up immediately and gets things done. Did i mention how nice and professional too. Ive had to use them twice in 2 months. Whether it was 8am on Sunday morning or 5 pm on a weekday, they were there in 15 minutes. Good job B & O.

Had my car towed by them twice and the staff were always helpful and friendly! Each time I’ve dealt with them it was always a breath of fresh air especially during a stressful situation of having car problems. Definitely recommend the Denton location if anyone needs tow assistance!!

I recently had a flat tire around the square area and drove up since this was the closest place where I could get the car checked without driving on the flat for a long distance. They helped me immediately and Danny checked the tire and found a screw that had caused the issue. He was able to plug the tire in a few minutes. When I asked him what I owe, he simply said just come back when you need something and didnt charge me. I appreciate the good service and will definitely keep them in mind for future car issues. Thank you guys!

I hit something on I-35 at 8 pm and blew all four tires. Called B&O and they were out in 15 minutes to load my car and tow it in. Great service and care for my car. Highly recommend!!

My truck had to be jumped earlier and I went out to Target so it could run while I drove. When I came out we mins later it wouldnt start again. I saw B&O in the parking lot and they came over and jumped my battery again. Thank you so very much!!!!

Awesome experience! Unfortunately right after calling them it started pouring rain with high winds and they got my apartment in less than 20 minutes and it was very reasonably priced as far as tow trucks go! Highly recommend

I was recommended to B&O by Tommys Hi Tech and theyre both hi quality businesses with perfect customer service. I had to use B&Os services once for my own car, and the second time today for my MILs car - every time they were so easy to talk with, very kind, very knowledgeable and on time - plus their trucks are clean/neat (not rusting, trying to survive the years). I highly recommend their services.

I recently needed a tow and was told they would arrive in one hour. After 1 hour and 15 minutes I called them only to be told they had no idea when a truck would be available; they had a driver call in sick. I dont think its unreasonable for the company to call the customer(s) waiting on a tow once they knew there would be a delay. I ended up having to call another tow company who did show up when they said they would.

Less than 10 minutes from the time I called. Driver James B was professional and friendly.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this company and their employee Jeff Hilburn. B&O’s customer service is the worst I’ve seen and incredibly unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and do not bring your business to this establishment.

To be clear I have never used B and O services, but I did have an encounter with them when I was leaving my house this morning. I was completely blocked from leaving my house by a B and O service truck. When he finally noticed me, he honked at me and then moved. While honking and swearing loudly at drivers, he drove through stop sign, cut people off, and then blocked an entire intersection (less than a block from UNT campus).I’m a driver for Uber, so my patience for bad drivers is probably lower than most, but this seemed a lot like the driver was trying to cause an accident rather than help people.Please don’t drive 20ft tow trucks like a pissed off teenager.
