I made an appointment a day in advanced because they have been busy which is fine, but i showed up to my appointment and waited 2 hours to get an oil change. A girl came in about 30 minutes into me waiting and she left with her car before i even got mine back. What the point of an appointment if i still have to wait all day and watch people come and go for AN OIL CHANGE. Also the most expensive oil change ive ever had even with a coupon from their website. They also tell you that you need to get 5 other things fixed totaling over $700 even though i has my car at goodyear a month ago and none of those issues were brought up. Will never come here again. Dont go here go to the goodyear across the street.
This place said they couldnt patch a tire they are sooo lazy took it elsewhere no problem getting it patched until I could get my new tires in a couple weeks
Went to Firestone at 10am for an inspection. The guy behind the counter said it would be about hour wait. I asked about alignments and brake fluid change. I decided I would make an appointment and have everything taken care of at the same time. I went home got online scheduled appointment for 2pm and made arrangements to be picked up. At 2pm Im at Firestone. I told the guy behind the counter I have 2pm appointment. He said sorry we are booked for the day. I explained I made the appointment online. He said well the problem with that is when you schedule it online I have to go in and confirm it. The best way would be to call for appointment . THE PROBLEM IS YOU NEED TO DO YOUR JOB OR NOT HAVE ONLINE SCHEDULING.
Good service techs. Store old & crowded, parking tough. But quality of work makes it good place to go.

Started off fine with firestone but slowly and surely prices went up for basic oil changes and I took it in for suspension issues 8/14/2021 and they tried charging me 5 times the amount it should be. I played along and just took my business else where. Save your money and dont go here.
My go-to oil change spot simply because of the affordable prices and great location. Only complaint is staff could be more communicative when your vehicle is ready.
Scheduled an appointment 3 days ago. Appointment was at 5, and the car hasn’t been touched, nor any update given. I am slowly removing my business from this location. I do not have much trust or faith in this facility. I actually have a great deal of distrust because of previous experiences. I will no longer come to this location.
This is THE BEST Firestone ever! Chris, David and Jeff are excellent at their jobs and I completely trust these guys with my car. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They are typically ok, but was told my car couldnt get a wheel alignment when we got all new tires, because the tie rod and control arm needed to be replaced. I took it to a dealership and was told nothing was wrong with them but needed to change the car ball joints. Saved a thousand dollars for items that didnt need to be replaced.
Went in at 8 am for a simple oil change before a trip out of town, was told the wait time was 1 hour and a half. i waited for five hours.
Normally there pretty good about taking care of their customers but the guy working today Sunday, October 24th, 2020 was a joke. I called ahead trying to get a quote on 2 tires comperable to a Micheline tire and was told to just bring it in rather than giving me a quote. I came in and had to wait a good 10 min at the counter before anyone ever came in to help me. Even then, he didnt ask for my account to look up my history. He didnt even look at the vehicle to check the tires. Just quoted me the most expensive tires at an even higher price than theyre advertised online for. No discount even though weve been using Firestone for over 35 years claiming they were already on sale. When I asked for a lower cost tire he went straight to the cheapest tire that wasnt even comparable to what I was trying to match. His attitude showed he wasnt there to help in any way. Not a good salesman nor a good representative of the company.
This is the worse experience Ive ever had getting an oil change. Set an appointment for 2pm and it took them over 2hrs to get the vehicle back to me. Worste place to go

I made an appointment on line for today June 27th. When I arrived there I was informed there weren’t able to do the job. I confirmed one day before via chat and everything were okay. I lost my time. I do not recommend.
These guys are great! In town for my sons wedding and clipped the median and the front tire blew. Should be on my way within an hour. So glad this has been painless. Super nice crew here.

Had excellent customer service from Jake at this location. Replaced two blown out tires and fixed my alignment for an affordable price without trying to upsell me on anything extra. Even straightened a bent rim for free when he very well could have sold me a new one. Service was immensely appreciated!!
Your employee mack or matt is completely rude and his customers service is the worst. He even curse me out. Maybe next time you should train your employees better.
They were very easy to work with and explained everything to me so I could understand the problem. I feel like I can trust them, which is very important since I know little to nothing about cars. I felt like they understood what I was trying to accomplish and they worked hard to find the best solution for me!

I live in Arizona, but I was in Denton visiting my uncle for Thanksgiving weekend when a plastic cover underneath my car came loose and started scraping against the road. It was Saturday evening and the local dealer was closed so I had very few options to fix this. Out of desperation, I called Firestone and begged them to let me bring my car in and have them at least take a look. Despite having no available appointments, they agreed, and then they quickly fixed the problem without even charging me anything. I am incredibly grateful to Firestone for helping me out when I had so few options. Special thanks to Cody for listening to my dilemma and helping me out when I really needed it.
I had a/c problems, and needed an oil change. I had asked for the $9.99 auto check up and preventive maintenance items were noted. I asked that everything be fixed, which was done. I spent nine hours in your store, and was comfortable and loved the free coffee and water available for customers. I had a great experience that day, and I want the world to know that Firestone had good service. I was taken cate of by the Lead Mechanic there, and will ask that he take care of my car whenever I bring it in. Just to say, my 1977 Chevy Monte Carlo was well taken care of. I have taken my work vehicle there for the past 15 yrs to have serviced. I go in to have a tire replaced at 7:00 am now they tell me they don’t have time to repair it . It would take several hours . They have lost my business forever.
I always come here for my oil changes. The staff is really friendly and the guy up front ( I believe his name is Jeffery) is always helpful. Ive never had a problem here, and they never take advantage of me for being a girl like most auto places. They truly care and are honest when it comes to taking care of my car.

My alignment was way off and they got back to running straight. I had to drop it off but it was done that same day. They are very helpful but always busy. Expect to drop off or wait depending on what you need done
I waited an hour and a half for an oil change after my scheduled appointment time. When I complained, they condescendingly told me an appointment doesn’t guarantee me the 3:30 slot I signed up for, it gives me the next available slot after my scheduled appointment time, which is what a walk-in is for. They did a good job servicing my vehicle, it just took an hour and a half for them to start.
Tried to charge me 387$ for an oil change and fuel filter. Ridiculous.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Paid $1,200 for my car to have a valve cover gasket, spark plugs and ignition coils to be replaced. Fair price. Until only 4 days later my car started dying at red lights. Took it back and they had apparently not put in the coil correctly. Fixed it for free. A few days after that, my check engine light came on for running lean on air. I took it to them and they said to take it to auto zone to figure it out. I paid to have an OEM mass air flow sensor replaced and it still didnt fix the check engine, Corey at Firestone tells me that I have a bad sensor and to buy another one. 2 weeks later my engine starts boiling oil smoke out of the engine, SAME problem I had before I ever took it to them. Firestone now says that I have a crack in the valve cover, right where the screw goes into place and want to charge me $1,500 now to fix an issue that they caused. now my car is worse off then where it was when I initially brought it to them. They say its not their fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND this store.

Went to Firestone and set up an appointment for an oil change in a 2010 Ford Fusion. A week later, I come at my scheduled time (10am). My car sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before they went to work on it. After 2 hours, I ask the front desk if there are any issues with my car because it was taking a while. A women dropped off her SUV 15 minutes after me and she still got her vehicle back 20 minutes before me.After a grand total of 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change (with an appointment) they ask me if I want to do the recommended work (filters and system flushes). I kindly told them that if it takes 2 hours for an oil change then there is no way Im leaving my car there.When I turn on my car to leave, I noticed that they didnt bother to reset the oil change needed reminder. Thats obviously something I can do on my own, but the fact that they missed it means that they werent paying attention to small details.I was not impressed by any aspect of this location.
I asked to schedule a time to fix a flat on a tire that was bought here about a month ago. They said they werent allowed. I asked why, the dude mike said it was their policy. I told him that was bad customer service calmly, and the douche through my keys at my and told me to get out. When I said No, fix my tire! He called the police for disturbing the peace. One of the saddest excuses for a company Ive seen. Other one across town took care of me np when I asked to schedule. This store consistently has bad reviews. Go elsewhere!
Walked in looking for a second opinion of another garages diagnosis and spent 20 minutes with the team not only explaining the situation but spent time and effort printing out an explanation and possible remedy. No money exchanged hands. Built a loyal customer out of me.
God Damn ripoff.Got my spark plugs changed here because others were full for the day. $250. They charged me $92 for parts!! Each plug is $2.86, so six plugs are under $20. Not to mention the other shops also change wires when they change plugs, and do it ALL FOR LESS!And to top of off my car is no longer idles smoothly while in gear. I have so many regrets coming here. No wonder they were the only ones not busy.UPDATE 14 hours laterI get in my car to leave work and the oil light is on. Underneath the car is a huge trail of fresh oil. Taking it back when they open. Will update again.
These guys have always been honest and straightforward with me. I appreciate their customer service, and they are always accurate on the wait time they predict for an oil change. Ive never really had any other mechanical work done except for once, and they said that they werent able to fix the problem so they did not charge me for the labor to look into the problem or for the part they installed, which I appreciated.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Very rude and -- surprisingly enough -- do not know anything about cars!!!I took my Scion TC there for a simple oil change. The guy at the register was staring straight at my car though the window. -- Is it a Subaru? -- he asked. No, this is Scion, I said. Is it IQ? he asked? No, this is TC, -- I said, and asked if hes ever seen the IQ. he said no, he has not. I told him that hopefully it will not be him working on my car as I hope it would be somebody who knows about cars. He got very mad and said hes been working on cars for 20 years, just cannot keep up with all of them.At this point I left as I started to wonder if hes ever heard about synthetic oil either.

For the past four years I have been doing business with this location. I changed from Discount Tire when they broke a one-off rim on my Jaguar and tried to deny it. I can easily say that Craig and his crew at Firestone have always taken care of my needs and the honesty and integrity is priceless. They are very customer focused and you get treated like a customer.. not a number to be pushed out the door. I went to Firestone to get my front two tires replaced, and get an alignment done. Okay first of all, I got a flat tire in LESS than 3 hours. They also somehow cross patched my lug nuts. My alignment was not done correctly. That was made clear to me the first time I get on the highway. It actually got worse. They will fix your problems under your warranty, but I dont have time to keep coming back! I would rather take my car somewhere I know it will be done correctly the first time. I spent a lot of money with them, and my car still isnt fixed. I was also quoted $400 for something that TWO different professional mechanics said were 100% fine. Dont waste your time here.Update: went to the Firestone on the other side of town. Came in asking for help. Instead I was made to feel stupid. I was out of my comfort zone and not even greeted in any sort of matter. Excuse me for being a young woman who knows nothing about cars. Instead of asking me qualifying questions about what I was experiencing the guy totally blew me off and acted as if I was in the wrong place. If someone came to my place of work and had no clue where to start, I would guide them before asking them to pay $90. Maybe I would have felt more comfortable paying the money if he would have just listened to me for a few minutes. Customer service obviously isnt a priority for either Firestone locations in Denton.Side note- I work in the world of customer service and I understand how badly these online reviews can hurt a locations reputation, but at this point I think its well deserved.
Kenny is very cordial and will make sure your car is fixed. After the repair was completed and road tested he asked me to bring the car back after a week or so, so that a final check can be performed. I did and it was checked again...my car is fully operational.
We only take our 2 cars to Firestone- honest & best quality.
For some reason my brother took my van up here to get the axle replaced. I tried to tell him to take it almost anywhere else. They did not tighten the tie rod back correctly and now it is un-driveable because the tire is going to fall off. My mother uses that van to help transport my wife and kids places and now it is messed up. They are giving my brother the runaround about fixing their problem, and no telling what else is damaged because of it. They said bring it up here and let us look at it yet like i said, i cant drive it. I want them to tow it but they are refusing. This place is terrible. Dont take your car here because their technicians are a joke. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB.

Dropped off vehicle at 7:30 am for 4 new tires finally got call ready at 3:30 only saw 3 cars in bays also have a 2nd vehicle needing 4 new tires dropped off they said would be done today will see....bs noticed no urgency nor sense of it trying to tell us they have a line out the door. Noone in line nor waiting in lobby when picking up 1st vehicle...hmmm?

Beware the price gouging! Got a $475 quote here for an oil leak in my Ford fusion. Got a second opinion at a smaller, privately owned shop and they quoted me $190. This place is a joke, and their corporate owners should be ashamed by whatever it is theyre doing that leads to their franchise stores overcharging like this.
We were traveling back from Dallas and noticed one of our tires were low, we stopped, found a nail and then came here to see if they could patch it for us. The guy said it couldnt be patched but he would stay open late to sell us a new tire. We believed it could be patched so we put the spare on and found a hotel since every other tire place was closed. The next morning we got the tire patched no problem for $10. Pretty bad customer service to lie just to sell a tire. They cost us a hotel room and an extra day we didnt plan on being away from home.
This place helped us out big time. The manager came out and actually did all the work. Definitely recommend if you need tires in this area check them out.

This will definitely be my first and last visit to this firestone. Took my truck in at 7:15am and was told that it would be ready around 11. Fast forward to getting my vehicle at 12:30pm, missing all four valve stem caps. I go in and ask for them and they give me some and say this is what we have, some mismatched cheap valve stem caps. When I purchased new tires I paid extra for the TPS valve stem caps. As I’m driving away, I noticed an OBDII ENGINE CODE SCANNER left in my passenger seat. I’m an honest person so I took it back when I could have easily drove off with it. I have not had as many problems with firestone as I have had with this location. Stay clear of this place.
I have been using these guys for many years. More out of convenience than any other reason. Be sure to go over the bill with them to make sure you are not being charged for unnecessary services.

While waiting to get my car inspected two of the employees got into a yelling match, dropping the F bomb and all I can gather is the manager was going off on an employee. Completely unprofessional. There were five customers in there at the time.
Took my car in for power steering pump replacement. They quoted me $2600 after deciding my entire undercarriage needed replacing. They parked it in mud and got mud all over the inside. Never going there again.
This location broke a latch on my hood and completely denied any liability or mistake on their part, and the amazing staff at Firestone Bartonville fixed my car in a day and took the liability of the Denton store. This location couldn’t figure out the simple problem and then LIED that they dented my fender AND broke the latch. I would give it no stars if I could, Firestone Bartonville is amazing recommend them 100x
Picture it: Firestone, this morning at 10am. A young, exceedingly broke college student with no free time on his hands finally finds a small break between work and class to get his wifes oil changed, for she had been nagging him for a while. Upon calling this establishment, this strapping, young, broke college student was greeted with a friendly voice in which after getting all his information, set an appointment with the young lad. After work, the lad set out to the Firestone and was greeted by an unfriendly man with bleached white hair who, to the lads surprise, said that no appointment was made. The lad soon found out that the person who he had called had somehow neglected to make the appointment, and after this discourse, the lad was met with a very rude and extremely unhelpful attitude, and a major lack of customer service all from the white haired man. Afterwords, the young man spent many an hour being nagged at by his wife, which in the end of said nagging was promised a night of loneliness on the couch in which he now awaits.That strapping young man... was me. And I hate Firestone
Buyer beware! This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received and they can’t align a vehicle to save their life...the service writer is an obnoxious jerk and basically told me I wasn’t his customer, the company that installed the lift was and it was not his problem but he’d align my truck again for $85, I said so you can mess it up a third time...I trust Wal Mart more than these jerks!

These guys were great! I pulled into their drive just in time for my car to die and never start again. there of course would be a charge for a diagnostics and they quoted me the price and ran the diagnostics and came back to tell me that there were so many issues with my car that all of the things that they needed to check would add up to over $600. and that wouldnt ensure that they would be able to correct what the problem might be. they informed me with their professional opinion that the car probably needed an new engine and they wouldnt put any more money into it. he was so adamant about the car being useless that he said he would not charge me for the diagnostics after all because I would need to save all the money I could to have a new motor put in this one rebuilt or buy another car. point of the story rather than having me pay out a lot of money for problems that may not be the problem they told me straight up and saved me a lot of time money and heartache! Thanks guys!
I waited almost over an hour for an INSPECTION. I was also the only one in the waiting room. So, I don’t know what was going on in the back, but it definitely seemed that they werent even busy to excuse why I was waiting so long. The cashier also didn’t inform me that it would take this long, which would’ve been nice.
Had a bad tire that couldnt be fixed and had tried several different place to get tires with no luck before being advised to try Firestone. Had tires in the size I needed in stock and staff was friendly and very helpful.
Sales guy was extremely pushy, and really tried to treat us like we didnt know anything. But the tires are awesome to have.
Please do not go to this store because they do not try to help you... I took my car in to change the tires yesterday at this store. The guy who at front was very rude and discriminate, he smiled and greed everyone who stepped in the store, but me, I guess because I am Asian, and he just only answer whenever I have questions. I got a quote for $108.96 and he charged me $137, so I asked him where is the additional charges from and I asked him to take them off. End up, he and his team tried to find more things on my car, so they can charge me more, so in the end he charged me $143 for changing 2 tires which I will have no benefits... Please do not go here!!!
Avoid this place at all cost. 2000Repair bill, they dont keep you in the loop on whats going on unless you hunt down information yourself... caused another repair and then when you ask questions you get the bare minimum and figure it out yourself avoid avoid avoid
Kind and Professional People. I just wish they do not display tires close to customers waiting area. The smell of those new tires is very strong and not healthy.
My oil light came on and when I went to have it looked at by another auto repair shop they discovered that my VW Tiguan had the wrong oil filter on it and it had been modified ( southern engineered) to work. I will never take another vehicle there and will inform everyone I know of the shoddy work they do. They are lucky my engine did not blow or they would have had a lawsuit.
I tried to get my car inspection done here. When I looked online, I was under the impression that I had to make an appointment for the inspection; however, I guess I was wrong about that because when I walked in the next day for my appointment the man at the front desk made me feel very dumb for doing so. He kept shaking his head when he was trying to search for my name on the computer. He told me that the inspection that my car needed should not have been scheduled and that I would have to wait 30 minutes or so. I felt bad for making the mistake, but I still didnt think that was any reason to treat me the way he did. The way I was treated (like I was dumb for doing what I thought was the the right thing to do and like I should have realized and as though I was an inconvenience to him) bothered me. I responded politely and walked out, but made up my mind to unfortunately take my business elsewhere from now on where customer service will be more valued.
I had one leaking a schrader valve on my AC line. I know because I used my leak detector. They said both needed replacing. No big deal I thought.They charged 19.99 PER valve and an hour of labor at $60. Cost on valves is less than a dollar. Rip off.

I requested brake and alignment services.They told me it would take 2 hours.After almost 2 hours, they told me they had a problem. So, it would take 1 more hour.So, after (total) 3 hours, I asked them about my car. They told me they have not finished, that it would take 1 hour more (By the way, I was waiting in that place the whole time).Then, I leave, and I return 1 and half hour later. And they just finished the work.In summary, I wait for 4.5 hours (estimated time was 2 hours).Besides, at the end, when I had question about the services they did, I notice how impatience the clerk was.In conclusion, the only reason I could return that place is because of my brakes warranty.
My daughter went in today to get her license plate bulb changed, we live in San Angelo she goes to college there the bulbs cost 2.99 a piece the to total bill was 44.00. 38 .00 to change 2 little bulbs Really!!!!
