I called the shop to get my drive belt replaced and immediately got a quote for at least $30 under other shops I called. Preston was extremely informative over the phone when I called about a check engine light code. Justin was the first tech who came out to my car and identified the cause of my check engine light. I forget the name of the tech who came the next day to make the repair, but both were extremely polite and punctual and updated me with texts about when theyd arrive. Everyone involved was very transparent about what they were looking at, what they needed to do, and how it would be priced. This was easily the best experience Ive had with any car repair Ive had to do.

Peterson Automotive Repair came to my rescue when another come to you mechanic company ( Repair Smith) canceled my appointment and did not call me to reschedule. Peterson Automotive is the perfect choice if you want to get your car repaired. I blew a head gasket, had spark plugs and coils replaced, had a sway bar link replaced and the outer tie rod replaced and Justin has done all that for me and I am so happy with his work! I cant say enough good things about this business! I received a very prompt response to my request for an estimate, and was delighted to see that it was LESS THAN HALF of the estimate Id just received from NTB. You also just cant beat the fact that Peterson Automotive is mobile, does everything from oil changes to engine work, and charges no extra fee for travel.

We have a 2011 f-250 and the wheel bearing needed replaced. We recently moved to Texas so we didn’t know which mechanic shops were the best so I did a little bit of research and came across Perterson auto repair, got a price that was more than reasonable for replacing the whole hub assembly and scheduled the repair. I priced about 8-10 different places and also checked reviews and this was the one that felt right. Justin was more than helpful, he accommodated to us more than he had to as far as keeping me posted on everything that was going on and also letting us bring the truck to him instead of fixing it at our house. He’s very humble, very honest very respectful and very knowledgeable. He was also quick with getting the truck in and out and we haven’t had any issues with it at all. He went above and beyond my expectations and that’s something that’s really hard to find anymore.

Andrea was helpful and extremely nice!Justin Peterson came to my apartment and gave my car a thorough evaluation, from fluids to the shocks to the engine. If there was anything even slightly out of place, he showed it to me and explained how that could worsen in the long run, and what to ask for to fix it.In the end, I just needed a tire to be replaced and an alignment, which he reccomended I go to NTB for.The great service and modern convenience Peterson gave me was a far cry from sitting in a body shop for hours.
