Best experience ever! My truck was totaled and I needed a new truck. Classic was the 10th dealership. Jared and Jeff were awesome and took a ton of time with us. I lost count of how many trucks they pulled out to look at. They both were patient and informative. The dealership was very understanding when it came to a delay in the insurance check from the totaled truck and let me hold the new Ram for an extended time. Thank you all!
The wife and I was looking for a suburban. Found one we liked at Classic Chevrolet in Denton. Called and talked to Josh and went to look at vehicle. Josh was very professional and very helpful. Came back next day with wife and ended up purchasing vehicle. Josh was the best to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. Classic Chevrolet runs a good business and are good people. When I’m looking for my next vehicle I will call Josh.
The GoodGood internet sales staff, good financial staff, five stars for those folk. Sales staff kept me informed and updated on my order. The finance staff beat my Credit Unions APR. Good experience! 👍👍The BadThe staff that processes and makes offers on trade ins is no bueno. They offer 40% to 50% below market trade in valuations. I had to go sell my car trade in next door at Car Max to get what it was worth. So if you are counting on your trade in for your car deal, sell it privately or to another company. They need to update their offers to match market conditions. Super bad experience!!! 👎
Where on earth do I begin? I’m from South Carolina and I’ve been shopping for a new truck for a couple of months now, I’ve looked between all the local Dodge dealerships here to find the perfect one! I really thought Classic was it for me, until I spoke to a friend who told me “PLEASE stay away!” I asked why, and she told me; “ the service department will get you in the long run!” I was unsure what she meant by that, but she explained they cannot keep up with what they are given, therefore they have poor work quality. She also said they could never fix her car so she ended up taking hers to grapevine! “Their staff would rather focus on being buddy buddy, when you walk in to make an appt for service you’ll see!” So, be careful. I’m going to steer clear. Apparently relationships with peers, is more important for management and techs, then work ethic. I’ll try prosper, or grapevine. She didn’t want to name herself but she could name the service folks of Shane, and her tech I think was Jeff at the time. She said the warranty individual was rude, and the service manager brushed her off like she was no one. Sounds a whole lot like this group is not worth your effort.
Had a wonderful car buying experience at this dealership. I worked with Tim who managed to find me the perfect car at a price I could afford which I didn’t honestly think could be done. He was brutally honest, which is somewhat of a rarity in his industry, and gave great customer service. All around a great experience and as long as I’m living in the area they have a customer 👍🏼.
Classic was a terrific, small-town type dealership. Denton Dodge is not the same place. We just had our Grand Cherokee in for service and they are the type of dealership that focuses on the bottom line instead of the customer. Needless to say, they lost our business. We’ll take our Jeep to Prosper CDJR going forward.
I made an appointment for this morning to have my Jeep Wrangler looked at because the manual transmission would pop out of gear when it was in reverse. The appointment was made about a week in advance. The Jeep is a 2017 with 24k miles, so still has some power train warranty. I was told that the shifter on a manual transmission is not covered as part of the warranty. That was odd because the transmission is part of the power train. Then after waiting to complete the paperwork I was told it would be several days before they could even diagnose it. On top of that there was a diagnostic fee of $187. If they had told me those things before I made the appointment I never would have wasted my time to take it there. The service advisor, Tim, was nice enough and I dont blame him, but that is not good customer service. Probably wont be going back there.
We had a great experience working with Jordan. I will certainly send anyone looking for a Jeep to her. She helped me find the Jeep I wanted in a very fluid market. The entire process was easy and pain free especially since I do not enjoy the car buying process. I would highly recommend Jordan and Classic Jeep.
I had many questions and issues to discuss.They provided the service I scheduled as well as fitting in my vehicle inspection that I’d forgotten to previously mention. Brice, Shane, and Jim gave me honest advice for other concerns as well. Being a female often has me feeling like an underdog when it comes to automotive shops. These guys are good! They went above and beyond. They are my go to now.Truly appreciate their genuine help. I was a person and not just another customer.

From the moment I clicked on interested on vehicle, communication was quick and to the point. Jeff B and the team there were informative and efficient to get the sale process completed after agreeing on terms. Had a late day but took care of me and my wife the following days. This dealer did not play any games on prices especially during this time of chip issues and Covid. I appreciate everything they did, thanks.
Just sharing my experience with the service department, specifically Tim. We have been having issues with our 2016 Town and Country, which we feel we have now resolved. After this, we decided to go ahead and get some preventative maintenance done, as well as a full diagnostic to ensure the issues we have been working on were addressed completely. My wife set the appointment and arrived to drop off the van at the agreed time (11:30 Thursday), only to be told it would be Monday before anything could be done with the vehicle. She was informed that an appointment just gives you a time to drop it off, but does not mean anyone will work on it at that time. I can understand if this is the way they do business, even if it makes no sense, however this was not explained in any way to my wife when she set the appointment. Furthermore, when my wife told Tim what needed to be done, she was told that it makes no sense to do the items we requested without doing the diagnostic first to ensure they really needed to be replaced. She told him again that we wanted to have the plugs and coils replaced AND do the diagnostic, along with a full vehicle inspection for any other issues they feel need to be addressed. She was again told that it made no sense and they would do the diagnostic and that plugs/coils should only be replaced if there is a known issue. Apparently the idea of PREVENTATIVE maintenance is lost on this team, along with the revenue from our potential work with them. When I asked Tim about the interaction, he said that the appointment issue is just how things are done now, which I find highly inaccurate, as I have vehicles serviced elsewhere with no such issues. When asked about the repairs we wanted and his response to my wife, he got very condescending and said Well you have been throwing parts at it, so it should be checked out to be sure you actually need plugs and coils and that you fixed everything else first. The diagnostic was something WE requested in ADDITION to doing the plugs/coils roughly 20k miles before they are due by Chrysler standards. We have been experiencing misfire issues, so replacing the plugs especially makes sense, even if it is a little early. I get the distinct impression that this would have been a different interaction had my wife not been the one to take the vehicle in. While that may not be the case (I dont know Tim personally so I cant know for sure), that is the way it came across to my wife and myself both. We will not be returning to this dealership and I caution others to avoid this service department unless things improve with their customer service. If something changes, I would be more than happy to amend my review, however I am leery of giving a second chance.
This was the most pleasant car dealership experience I have ever had. I walked in to it expecting to have to battle. That wasn’t the case at all. They were very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend this dealership!

Great service. Fast. Waiting area has outside seating as well as inside, water, and a fancy coffee machine. The snack bin was empty. All in all a great oil change.

A very nice, but, quiet place. The entrance is easily missed because trees block the view of the signage. I made a suggestion as I entered their showroom as to trim back the trees so people wont pass by the entrance. This facility is off of I-35 frontage road. If you miss the entrance you must go over the overpass then down and under I-35 again and try again.I suggest blinking lights near the entrance to catch the customers eye. Perhaps, changing the name from Classic Chrysler and Dodge to just Chrysler/ Dodge of Denton. There are to many car dealerships in the area using the word Classic. It makes it hard to distinguish the correct address when Ford, Mazda, and others have Classic in front of their names. Just saying.The folks inside were nice and polite. They pointed the way to the parts department. I had to knock on the counter to get someones attention (have a bell there if you cant man the counter.)I was able to pick up an antenna there for my 2019 Dodge Ram pick-up for $30.00.I went outside and replaced the one that a car wash had damaged and on the road again, I was gone.Before I left I checked on the prices of a running board for my truck. I will be back to pick it up. 😉

Our sales agent Will Barnett was awesome to work with. Extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Everyone was good and experience was great with the exception of the financing guy. He didnt seem very friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for differences with prices for warranties after changing car choice in the end. When the Sales manager stepped in he was amazing but the person doing finance work is just NOT a good people person. If it wasnt for that Id give 5 stars for sure. Even with having to take my New 2021 Durango for service shortly after a minor cosmetic flaw with the door I was fairly satisfied with their professionalism.

By far the worst car buying experience ever. Spent all day listening to how the could get this deal worked out only to hear two young guys tell me if you dont do this deal today then it cant be done later. I have purchased probably 60 plus cars and in my car buying experience I have never been told you either do this now or the deal is off. No time to think about it just do it. Then my salesman said we wasted his time. Thats just a little two pushy for me and as far as I am concerned they wasted my time. I am glad that a lot of people have had good experiences as they should but mine was horrible. Good luck

Everything about buying my Jeep was better than I could have asked. Ricky is one of the kindest people and genuinely wants to help give you the best deal for your purchase. Classic Chrysler Jeep has one of the better Dealership Service departments I have used. I had to have my Jeep serviced under warranty work. Bobby and the rest of the service staff were both knowledgeable and helpful in getting my jeep fixed and back on the road quickly. It was one of the better experiences I have had when dealing with a Jeep Dealership.
Jim is hands down the best service advisor that I have been able to work with. He took care of my vehicle from start to finish, and kept me updated along the way. I can’t say enough good things about him.The Jeep is now running great, and I am very happy with the service that I received.

The service guy was nice and did a good job. They knew it was going to be an all day think so they offer me a ride home as well as back when the job was done. He didnt have a driver so he paid for and Uber which was nice. I would definitely be taking my car back if I need any more work that Firestone cant take care of :)

Waited 20 minutes on the phone just to talk to the service dept, who sent me over to scheduling, where I was hung up on after waiting 5 more minutes. We are new to the Dodge family and so far, not impressed. Taking our business to the Lewisville Dodge location instead, where they answered our call immediately.

Classic is top notch in my book!!! After having a bad experience with another dealership service center closer to me, I came here (where I originally purchased) and was taken great care of. They were able to take care of all my needs... girls had a car ready so I was not inconvenienced and Jim provided the best follow up with work being accomplished. Jeep was completed quicker than I had initially anticipated. I will continue to drive an hour to service my Wrangler...well worth the trip every time!!! Next time I wanna test drive the Gladiator guys!!!
Work was done by the time I was told, they even refilled my windshield washer fluid. Got me a ride to home and back again with no problems. Was treated nicely and with respect.

Friendly staff who listened to my needs and found a Jeep that not only checked off all the boxes on my list, but also some of the amenities on my wife’s list too...e.g. the panoramic sub roof. The price was lowered to a better price than another brand I was considering and they matched the financing. In the end, they found the vehicle that fit our needs and didn’t waste time doing it. A very smooth process. Jordan was excellent. Service staff was very friendly when I took Jeep in for window tint.

All repairs were made under warranty and to my satisfaction. They provided me a loaner since it took two days to get repairs done. My service technician, Tim Cone, is awesome to deal with. He goes above and beyond in taking care of me. After I dropped off the loaner and made it back home in my truck, I realized I had left my garage opener inside the loaner. I immediately called Tim and he retrieved the opener and called me to tell me where to pick it up. Much appreciated!!!
Fast and efficient service given that’s parts can be hard to find due to covid.
The service department is always fantastic. Popped in for an oil change/tire rotation, without an appointment. Less than an hour later my truck was ready to go.

Would not suggest anyone go here. Online price was $43,652. Was told by James, and I quote, “ Right now we are around 47 -47500 out the door could get better when you get here we’ll beat my managers up together”. I offered $47,000 CASH and for them to throw in a spare key. The NEXT DAY when I tried to put down a deposit to hold the truck, I was told that price would no longer get it out the door. The online price had gone up $890 overnight. Negotiations do not go UP on sale price of a used vehicle. Taking business elsewhere, I would advise others do the same.

Josh Grady (my salesman) was an absolute dream to deal with. He is very friendly and willing to answer any question or address any concern I had. She even followed me home to drop off the vehicle I came in so I could drive my new vehicle home after I completed my purchase. She went above and beyond.
