From the minute we walked into the dealership, we felt like the most important people in the room. Marc was fabulous! No pressure at ALL. I never thought I would take the time to write a review of a car dealer, yet alone a good one. My brother was looking for a car and we heard about this place from a co-worker of his. The location is a little interesting, but once you get there you will find a great used car dealership. Mark & Nick were very friendly and helpful. They didnt use any of the high pressure sales tactics you see at a lot of dealers, they were very laid back. The car my brother picked didnt have a manual. We noticed this after he had purchased the car. After we asked them about it, they told us to find one online, and they would reimburse us for it. They did exactly that with no hassle at all. They had decent prices and didnt pressure even when mentioning their 3rd party warranties. We are at about 3 months with the car, and we havent had a problem. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing, in case the car fell to pieces, but everything has been working perfectly! Without a doubt, I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a used car.

This place is excellent. I found the car I wanted online at the dealership they worked with me and had the car ready when I went there to test drive it. I was in and out of there so quickly it seems like a little over an hour. They were very professional. And I felt so comfortable there. This is my 3rd car from Kian Motors and the manager Nick. The crew here is great to work with because they want you to really have a good experience. I wish all used car businesses were like this. Very laid back, just one or two people in the office at most times, no pressure, they just take a copy of your license and insurance if you want to test drive a car. I just bought a used car there last week and I was able to pick it up the next day. They emailed me the paperwork with the full price after taxes so I knew how much to get a cashiers check for. Came back later that next day and signed a few simple papers and was out with the car in under 10 minutes. Clean office and good location. Highly recommend.

Recently bought a Lexus RX 350 here. Marc and Nick were great to work with. They were straight shooters about the used car market and their pricing. Was able to take a short test drive and purchase the car in about an hour and half. They even let me drive it to go pick up the cashier check. The buying process was very easy and seamless.. I found the vehicle I wanted on cars.com, asked for information about it, and was contacted by email, invited to come and check the vehicle out. I found a few things that were wrong with the car, all very minor, and Nik (the manager) immediately said he would have them fixed for me. They filled up the gas tank before I test drove the car, and detailed it again right before I took it home. I am SO very impressed with the level of customer service at this dealership.

Went on a Sunday and the lot was closed. The owner happened to be there by chance and was kind enough to open the gates and allow me to walk the lot. Found multiple vehicles well maintained. This was my experience at several pre-owned dealerships in North DFW before discovering Kian Motors. I originally found the car listed on their site. Called them up to see if it was still available (it was) and then dropped in to take a look. The next day I finalized my purchase and I have nothing but great things to say. Purchased a $25,000 car that has SIX THOUSAND dollars of undisclosed damage. Fuel tank is leaning against exhaust which is an obvious safety issue. Plus, the noise they assured us was a wheel bearing covered under Audi warranty, is actually from bent parts due to an accident. Two hours after buying the car and leaving the dealership they stopped returning our calls. Got a text after two weeks implying we caused the damage. Completely dishonest sales department. GM hasn’t returned a call yet.

Larry, Nick & Donald all helped me get into a vehicle pretty quick. They were very helpful and polite and answered every question I had. Where do I even start? This is the best buying experience I have ever had. David and Kian Motors exceeded my expectations on every level. My wife and I buy higher end vehicles with all the bells and whistles. We were interested in a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum but didn’t want to pay the 44K sticker price. The lowest price we could find was 37K at any dealership. Kian had the exact vehicle we wanted for 31K with 3k miles on it. They bent over backwards to ensure all of our concerns were met including running the vehicle to Nissan to have it inspected. This dealership is not shady in any way. I see where some people have experienced some issues and left bad reviews. Remember, you are buying a used vehicle and used vehicles can have issues. It is the buyers responsibility to perform their due diligence, and Kian will do whatever you want them to do to ensure you have made a sound purchase. You can absolutely trust Kian and their sales people.

I was an out of state buyer (Montana) and Taylor did everything he could to make the experience as seamless as possible. He took additional videos and pictures as a I requested and he even picked me up from the airport when I arrived! I drove the car 1,500 miles on its journey home and it drove like it was brand new. Very poor customer service. They will give anybody a car because the cars are trash. Fake vehicle documents. Cars are not there when you show up. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your time going here.After you buy the car you will face dozens of problems with the car and management. Once they sell the car it takes months to find the title of the car. And even a year you might receive your original license plates.

BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus from this dealership about a month ago. They gave me a clean carfax and did not disclose any other information about the state of the vehicle. After purchase, I noticed that the audio feedback for my lock didn’t work and one week in, my car said I needed an oil change. I took it to a Lincoln Dealership down the road for my oil change and to have them teach me how to turn on the audio feedback. Well, come to find out, the audio feedback didn’t work because the car had been in an undisclosed accident with extensive damage - I scheduled an appointment with them the following day and got a preliminary quote for how much it would be to fix it. I got a hold of Nick, the GM, who sold me the car, and was told “we won’t leave you hanging, we have great customer service. Just get me the quote and I’ll talk to my CFO.” We got approval for $2,000, but then more damage was discovered. When the following quote was sent over - an amount that increased the total to around $6,000, the amazing customer service went down the drain. Now the CFO has declined the new quote and has gone MIA. We are all in shock. The guys at Lincoln are just dumbfounded that this kind of inhumane business is being conducted. Mind you, this car was FRAUDULENTLY sold to me under the guise of a perfectly safe and intact vehicle. We have been advised by Lincoln that the vehicle was not even safe to be driven off the lot - and Kian Motors let us. The carfax stated that they had the car for three months - please explain how they didn’t know that the grill was held on by WOOD SCREWS that weren’t even screwed into anything - they were awkwardly wedged into places to hold it on. The air intake was completely shattered, electrical components were cut and taped haphazardly, among a VERY long list of other damage. Kian Motors watched us leave with that car - and it makes me sick to know I drove my child around in that vehicle that could very well have fallen apart on the road and taken our lives. I haven’t had my car since 3/26/21. It’s been in pieces at the Lincoln dealership waiting on Kian to fund the repairs. I’m attaching the correspondence between the Lincoln Dealership for the quotes and what little paper trail I’ve had with Nick. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.Update, 4/23/21, we called and tried to reason with them. Nick would answer the phone and act like he was going to try to get something done, then completely blow off his commitments as shown in the added text message. He was supposed to go speak with the Lincoln dealership Wednesday to work out a deal to fix my car that’s been in pieces for almost a month at Lincoln. Got a message on Wednesday saying he couldn’t make it. Told me he would be there the following day at 2 pm. Then sent me a message THREE MINUTES before he was supposed to have been at Lincoln saying essentially that they are unwilling to help unless we remove our ACCURATE reviews of this shoddy dealership BEFORE they’ve even helped us out. So, moral of the story, they’re not the dealership to work with. They don’t care about their customers at all. They’re happy to watch you drive off their lot with an unsafe vehicle as long as they’ve got money in their hands. We are good people who didn’t deserve this and are done being flexible and trying time and again to get them to rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor, PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY, and do not do business with this dealership.
