Came to Genesis of Denton from Austin to buy a vehicle we couldnt get in Austin. Contacted them and requested tint for the vehicle and asked to pick it up in two days. They had it ready to go when we arrived. We walked in and finished the paperwork in a short amount of time and the salesman went through all the features and perks of Genesis ownership with us before leaving the lot. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle despite it only being released a couple weeks ago. We were extremely happy to do business with them and will not think twice about taking the drive from Austin for our next vehicle.

Car was there for three weeks. I had to call to find out what was going on. Could not get a loaner. My car was dirtier than when I brought it there. You would have thought after 3 weeks they could have at least washed the car lot dust off. Then to make it worst car is still not fixed and I am having to go back for more fun.

I actually drove 30 miles north to Denton to buy my first Genesis. I first conversed with Tony and then with Jeff to square away some details on my trade in. The sales processes was smooth and seamless and at no point did I feel like they were trying to sell me something I wasnt interested in. Not your typical car buying experience, mush better.

We had a really bad experience with this dealership. My wife put a deposit on a GV80, supposed to arrive in February, then they sent an email it will be in March, we asked for deposit back because they did not live up to agreed terms. They refused to give our deposit back and just said the car is worth the wait. He said it’s the hottest car on the market, so he should not have a problem selling it. If they are that hungry and greedy on the sales side, I can only imagine what it could be like on the service side.they might be a great dealership but not when they treat potential customers like this. I will never be back!

It blows the C Class Mercedes and BMW 328 out of the water. All of the options, features, and performance my Genesis has would’ve cost me another 20k at Mercedes or BMW. I absolutely love my Genesis; my favorite car I’ve ever had.The maintenance experience is so much better than at Mercedes that I don’t know if I can articulate it. I used to get absolutely smoked with maintenance costs with my Benz. It’s one of the many reasons I won’t buy that brand anymore. Mercedes actually gave me the wrong second key when I purchased the vehicle and wanted me to to pay to replace it. I had to go to Mercedes corporate to get it covered. Ridiculous. I will have no such troubles at Genesis of Denton. Their maintenance costs are fair, they are prompt, and have an excellent warranty and valet program. You simply can’t beat the after purchase care you get with these guys.In closing, go for the Gabe, stay for the Genesis.

They are always super busy here today.Im out of state buyer and purchased $30K+ Genesis CPO.Car came with completely worn out tires, front tires mismatched and there is a crack on windshield.Genesis Director and Internet Manager never shared this details during negotiation process, however, they kept saying that car had a multi-point inspection.Ive addressed my concerns to Genesis Director and his answer was Very common when purchasing a used vehicle.I would not recommend to buy anything from this place.

I just bought a pre-owned Infinity Q60 from the most amazing people I have ever dealt with in car sales. I experienced no pressure or endless back and forth. Still, as much as I like the new Infinity, it does not compare to the Genesis Coupe that I had and was recently totaled. Walked in the showroom, sat in the model on the showroom floor, walked around it twice and never had one person say a word to me. Walk slowly out the door got in my car and drove off. Not sure how you sell cars doing business that way.
