Great experience. We drove from Wichita Falls, an hour and a half. Found out they were closed. I called, and Alex drove from Dallas to accommodate us. He was willing to replace the tires on this car and remove a black mark on the side right away when I mentioned them at no additional cost. Wow!! That’s service. The owner is waiting to be charged with felony fraud. Sold me a car saying that the title was in his name but he would transfer it to me. Pretty typical. Turns out it was actually in his friends name and it took 6 months to get it transferred. I have text message proof that not only did he lie about several things, like he lied and told me he transferred the title through the DMV when I knew he hadnt because I called and they had no record of it. I called out the lie and then he said oh no he didnt actually transfer it because the DMV was closed, again, I called and they werent. Then finally I had enough and told him that I would file a police report if he didnt give me the title. At that point the title was transferred the next week. Apparently he thought I would just not contact the cops and forget all about the title. As an added bonus the car failed to start on the lot and then when it did he made me drive it to his mechanic, before I even paid for the car! Also, pretty sure the hole through the door and the seats is a bullet hole. So any police reading, the license plate is NDY4768. I also have text evidence correspondence between the owner and I that I have saved that prove all this and more. Also, he operates through a shell company that shares the same address. So most likely to commit tax fraud. I have text where he denies these are both his companies. They are both owned by him if you look up the registration. The shell company is Runs & Drives LLC. In fact, even though North Texas Autos sold me the car, Runs & Drives LLC is the name on my title. Dont know how any of this is legal. And now any cop reading this can look into it. Youre welcome Mr. Owner. Oh. And the poor reviews that say the car passes inspection there but fails everywhere else is true. There is an inspection shop literally right next to them that they are in kahoots with. Again, not legal one bit and Im filing a complaint with the DMV at some point. I recommend you do the same so this man can be properly investigated and charged.

Good service. This part is almost 6 months later. We purchased my daughter a 2017 Ford Fiesta(hatchback), a post dual clutch model. She loves it, we liked the price and it has been reliable. Also very easy to change the oil/filter.Probably will be back soon to get our oldest son a vehicle.

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima in the fall of 2018 for a great price and with minimal hassle. I wanted to wait at least a year before writing about my experience incase anything happened with the car following my purchase. When I first went to see the car I thoroughly inspected it myself, and I was able to find a couple of issues(the radio did not work well and the passenger air bag light seemed to be faulty). They also offered a free inspection from a mechanic at a shop next door, which I accepted with the knowledge that I would be provided written documentation of any mechanical issues, if any, with the car(I was skeptical to have a shop next to the dealership inspect my car, but I can say now that they reported everything correctly). After paying the $200 hold on the car, which I was told beforehand would not be refundable since this would keep other buyers from seeing the car. I asked Devin if these issues could be fixed before I purchased the vehicle. He gladly obliged, and the repairs were done within days. I would just like to say that Devin was nothing but helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process, and I would recommend requesting his help if you are looking to purchase a car from NT Autos(if he still works there). I can say now that I have only had one minor issue with the vehicle that could not have been foreseen by the dealership or mechanic. Just a dirty mass air flow sensor(easy fix). I am still very happy with my Nissan, and I can now confidently recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car.

Very very unprofessional and unfair behavior from the part of dealership. The salesperson and I agreed to a cost of $5800 and made the deal. I even had the buyers order made for the financing, signed by the salesperson. The day before I receive my check for the auto loan, I get a call from the owner saying that the price for the same car has increased to $6500 and the one listed earlier was not correct. I am still not sure if they can do this after agreeing to a contract. His argument was that they did certain repairs for the car which increased the pricing.I just don`t know how can they suddenly change the price in a day or two after the deal has been made. The buyers contract has been signed. The owner was so adamant that I should buy the new priced car or he can sell it to the auction for a better pricing and doesn`t need to sell it as well. That exact statement shows the arrogance and unprofessionalism of the dealership. I would never go back and would strongly recommend anyone to not go here. Very frustrating experience!!

DONT COME HERE!!! THIS GUY IS A NON CITIZEN CROOK. Alex sold us a car. IT HAD NO MUFFLER! Then he lied saying it was in the trunk. Nope! The cold air intake was in there though. Last time I checked that was supposed to be hooked up to the car in the engine compartment. After paying on this car for 2 years we wanted to upgrade and get into a better car and he refused to take the car because it didnt fit his new qualifications. It was good enough for him to sell to me but not good enough for him to buy back at a significant discount knowing he could turn around and sell it. This guy is a crook stay away for your own safety benefit and credit. See ya in the streets Alex! Not to mention Since buying the car, one of my friends became a car salesman there and Alex told him one of the job requirements was to sit and write a quota of Google reviews to make his dealership have a good Rating score..

The staff is very friendly, and for a small place they have a good selection of used cars. The prices are very reasonable - some even great! I am very happy with the car I got and with the ease of purchasing. I was paying cash, so I dont know how will they might rate on finance offerings, but I feel that they would be fair and honest with you. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone who is looking to buy a used car.

Recently I bought a car from North Texas Autos here in Denton, TX and I have nothing but nice things to say about my purchase. I got a very decent car at an amazing price! The salesman, Adam, helped me every step of the way and even gave me a student discount! He was even nice enough to let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. Im always skeptical when it comes to buying a car but Adam was patient with me and answered all of my questions. The process was not long and I ended up buying it within a few days. In all, I highly recommend this dealership and again, thank you Adam for helping with my car! It has now been two weeks since Ive bought the car and everything is still going strong. I did a turn around trip a couple days ago to my hometown about an hour and a half away and really got a feel of the car. It is smooth and quiet. Adam was even nice enough to put on my plates when they came in. You wont be disappointed if you decide to purchase a car from him.

Brought my car from them in August. The customer service was great. They took care of everything right away. Only thing they havent gotten to me yet is my GPS DVD. They originally told me they were going to mail it to me when it came in and it hasnt yet. Each time I call them they keep telling me they are searching for the right one cause they keep getting the wrong one mailed to them. Then they wanted me to come up there for them to test it and I dont think that is fair at all. Everything was great but when they tell you they are gonna do something they dont follow through at all.

Frustrated and shocked at the status of the car I received, when calling about services needed or what came verbally promised to be resolved, either received no return contact or had to pay for it myself.-Nice car SALESman-many verbal promises of quality and service-Get a Full inspection done on these cars Before PurchasingFront end damage not notated on the carfax, cruise control was broken, the bumper was falling off, the tires were plugged, the seat belt does not hold/pops out while driving, the window does not roll up, the tint/paint is pealing, the floor mats were not original to the car, noxious fumes come from the vents, the locks click back and forth between unlocked and locked multiple times.I told him I wanted a reliable car with good gas mileage. The regret on my choice of location and service is depressing and infuriating.If contact is returned on services provided, or this vehicle is exchanged, I will update a review and cease my bad experience through word of mouth to many Denton and Dallas buyers.I lease apartments and would not ignore my clientele as I have been by North Texas Autos.
