This was a great truck buying experience from beginning to end. I found the truck I wanted with low miles considering the year. Contacted Ahmed and received a courteous response quickly. When I arrived at the dealership, Ahmed answered all of my questions patiently and honestly, disclosing any flaws in the vehicle. As a woman coming into a dealership buying a truck, my worries were quickly put aside. The buying process itself was expeditious, with no pressure to buy add ons and no hidden fees. My partner said he had never seen a better buying process and I agree!! By the way, I met the rest of the team during the process and was impressed with the respectful family business as a whole.

These guys held onto a 2016 Miata for me since I was driving up from Austin to buy it.Other than the electrical system needing some rewiring, the car is running just as expected.Down to earth folks work here and gave me a great price on the vehicle (especially since its the desirable club edition package w/brembos and BBS wheels.) They allowed me to practice the manual transmission in their lot, and I was on my way home in under an hour.

I bought a truck from these guys last week that I had been looking at for a week or so. Pictures never do a vehicle any justice at all. The truck I bought was practically brand new for the year make and model it was. Well kept. Very clean truck. As is everything on there lot. These guys are nothing but patient and friendly. And will answer any questions you may have. I showed up and was quickly out of there hair in minutes with keys in hand driving home. Let me start by saying that I am also a small dealership and I have less than 20 cars on my lot. My original review was very positive for this dealership, but it needed changing. I paid top dollar for a Mazda RX-8 R3 from these guys that I wanted for personal use, not for my lot. This particular model is hard to find, and its even more difficult finding one that is all original and in good condition. After talking to one of the salespeople, I was told that the car was in good condition, which it is. I was also told that it is all original except the radio, it is not. The suspension and exhaust are aftermarket, and the Recaro seats have been modified for some reason. Additionally, I was led to believe that mechanically the car was fantastic. Well as you can see in the photo Ive attached, it only took 38 miles for the dash to light up like a Christmas tree. After taking it to the mechanics shop that I use (I am not a mechanic), I was informed that all these dash lights and trouble codes have been present for quite some time and they we reset or turned off in order to make the car seem like it has no issues. If that isnt some misleading, dishonest sales tactics, I dont know what is. I would NEVER do that to a customer, even if the customer was a dealer who may or may not have the capabilities and funds to fix the car. Maybe I should have listened to all the negative reviews on here saying to avoid this dealership at all costs. Seemingly nice salespeople who are very quick to respond, but its clearly it is just an act. Saying Im disappointed is an understatement.

I do not have enough words to begin to describe the excellent experience from the first communication to the last with our purchase of our dream car!! It took me two months to find our 06 Mazda Miata MX5. Imaad was amazing. We live in Maine and this was all done online. He sent us pictures inside and out and started the vehicle and sent us a video of the car running...who does that???? The car is everything we were promised and more. He restored our faith in car salesmen for certain. This was done in February and to this day if I need ANYTHING he is there for us!! I would come back to this dealership in a heartbeat!!

I stumbled upon this dealers website while searching for a vehicle. They had a good selection of trucks and SUVs, all of them were at fair and reasonable prices. Then, suddenly, a certain truck caught my eye. I called the dealership and asked a few questions about the truck. Not only were my questions answered, he also scheduled a time for me to come and test drive the truck. I went to Best Deals Auto and was greeted warmly. Every question I asked was answered honestly and swiftly. They were kind and helpful, but most importanty they were patient. Not once did I feel pressured or obligated to purchase the truck. Long story short, we bought it and have been happy since. This dealership has a friendly and personal atmosphere that feels more realistic than other places. I may not need to buy another vehicle any time soon, but when I do I will just go straight to Best Deals Auto and save myself the time and hassle. Awesome experience.

Son and I both bought trucks from this lot on the same week. Son drove his home after signing and the check engine light came on of course the owner Ally said it’s as is. My son got his truck back after spending 5000 to fix everything. My trucks AC wasn’t working so Ally promised to fix it if I bought it. After a week the ac was fixed but while at his lot his mechanic decided to put 3 quarts too much oil in it to cover up the lose of oil. Doing that by the time I got home it was spraying oil out the bottom and smoking very bad. And of course Ally said it’s as is even though his mechanic messed it up. So I didn’t have the money to replace the motor so I had to take a 8000 dollar lose trading it in. Both trucks were diesels.. Don’t trust the outside of his vehicles because you will be sorry. And if you do buy here be sure and get any and everything in writing. AND DEFINITELY DONT LET HIS MECHANIC TOUCH ANYTHING!!!

Long story short. Found a truck, test drove it, asked the dealer to show me the carfax. Was told most dealers use auto check so that’s what he had. Decided to go ahead and get the carfax from my dad who is a dealer at a much larger dealership. Immediately discovered that the mileage had been rolled back 130,000 miles! Yes 130,000 miles!! Told the dealer what we found and here we are almost a week later and the info as well as the price has not been changed!!! Do not go here! No change tells me this is the norm for this dealership.

WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!Read all the bad reviews. They are all true. Buyer beware.I had an unpleasant experience with this dealer. I filled out and submitted their online form a few days ago, never got a response. Called yesterday to see if a 2001 Toyota Camry was still available, and the guy on the phone seemed very confused and lost. Told me to call back later so he can confirm its still available. I call back later and they tell me that a lady is interested in the car and has put a $200 deposit down but that I can still test drive it.I come in for the test drive, and they already have the car ready which is nice. Told me its been on the lot for a couple days (I know it had been there at least 9 days). Test drive goes okay, but the serpentine belt kept slipping. I told them to let me know if the lady interested in it backs out. Miraculously, the lady happens to call them as were getting into the car to leave and tells them shes backing out.We go back to the car to check it out more closely. I tell them Id need to get the CarFax and a pre-purchase inspection done before Id buy the car and Im planning on doing this the next day. They seem fine with this.I set an appointment up at Advanced Auto Repair for 10AM this morning. Call Best Deals at 9AM (when they open) to confirm this time is okay. The guy on the phone, still confused as ever, says he needs to call his brother to check. I get no call back for 45 minutes. I try to call him within this time frame, and the phone just rings.He finally calls me back and says the lady that backed out is interested again but that hed take it to Advanced Auto Repair himself since he knows the guys there, and I can pay for the inspection in case the lady backs out again. I told him Im not paying for an inspection if it looks like someone else is going to be buying the car and to let me know if she backs out again. His tone hardened and he said the price is firm, stated a price that was higher than advertised, and that it wont change even after an inspection.Then I told him that Id prefer to be the one to take the car in for its pre-purchase inspection. Lots of back and forth after that, he was VERY adamant that he would bring it in for the inspection because he knows the guys there, which is a phrase he kept repeating. I then told him that if hes friends with the guys there then Id rather take it to a shop where hes not friends with anyone. He seemed to get pretty mad after this and went on to tell me that I should look at other cars because he doesnt have time for this and then I rightfully hung up on him.I called Advanced Auto Repair to cancel the appointment. They did say that its never a good idea to have the dealer bring the car in for its pre-purchase inspection, and it was unusual that he was so adamant about it. He went on to say that it should ALWAYS be the customer that brings it in.The CarFax I ordered on the car showed it to be kind of a money pit. Its had an unusual amount of work done to it, especially for a Camry. Best Deals seems like they were trying to cover up some mechanical problem, and they were using sleezy sales tactics (like the other interested party constantly changing their mind). It got to the point where their sales tactic seemed to be intimidation. I may look like an innocent, young female, but you cant intimidate me. Im from Detroit.

Just bought a truck last week and twelve hours later the transmission went out ! I Have a hard believing they didnt know this and basically told me its was my problem now, I would never do this to another human being and dont expect it done to me... dont let their nice family atmosphere fool you, they will rip you off.... if I could post negative stars on this site they would get a - 5 ..... DONT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice people but busted trucks and crazy prices.Example a tacoma 4x4 black they were asking $16,000 with 300,000 engine knocks and diesels when you turn it off. Test drive was awful, 2nd and 3rd shift like a kick in the back.I also looked at a chevy 6.6 duramax that started and ran for a min than their (mechanic) came and said must have dirty spark plugs! Mmmmm spark plugs in a diesel? I have a lot to learn

Drove one day, check engine light came on. Costly repairs. Stay away.
