I had a great experience. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I was helped by Carlos and let me tell you He was AWESOME, not only knowledgeable but kind soooo collected that I wish he can teach every other cricket how to treat customers.

Very friendly staff, fast service, not a bad experience with any of the staff. I bought my iPhone 8 three years ago, hassle FREE! I visit this location to make payments only. On that note, I would suggest to get rid of the $3 fee for making a payment. 😉

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was with them for a year and they throttle your data speeds, none of their phone service managers speak good English. I paid every month auto pay and 10 days before my next bill I switched credit cards and changed it in the app. The day my bill was due they shut my phone off. I called customer service confused. They said I’d have to pay a reconnect fee when I had autopay turned on!! I told them that I wasn’t paying the fee. I went to the app paid my bill then called AT&T and the bill was the same for the same stuff. I then canceled with Cricket and requested a refund. The guy said they would issue a refund. I called 10 days later and asked where my refund was and the lady said I wouldn’t be getting a refund. They’re cheats and liars! Don’t use this company!! Just go to AT&T.

The worst Cricket retailer! I went into a location in Lewisville and they was out of the phone. So the service represents called over to this location on Denton and they said they had 2 of the phones left. I drove all the way from Lewisville (30 minutes drive). He claim his boss came and got both phones and he had no ideal that the boss took them.

Great staff and excellent customer service
My husband went into this store for help with a new line we had and said the employees were awful and unhelpful. After a customer left ahead of him, one of the employees changed the music to some foul gangster rap music while he was being helped by another not so bright employee. When he mentioned the wonderful music, one employee said about the other that he liked it though the boss didnt. Wonder why. Dont recommend trying to get any help at this store. Think the boss needs to fire a few employees or the company owner needs to fire the boss!

This is the worst, if you need quick customer service forget about it two people on Staff and absolutely full lobby. Good luck even if you wait an hour to pay your bill expect to be charged an additional fee for doing it in store so all in all your paying them to wait on them to take your damn money just sayin
Horrible customers service. This place is run by teenagers and several times now we found they have closed early. They would not help us and when we mentioned we would not be doing business there anymore they just smiled and said thats fine. We are going back to Verizon. Ty
They are usually good when you come into the store (but Ive only been twice in the 3 years Ive lived in Denton). But when you try to call them no one picks up. Like, Im just trying to get some information about getting an unlocked phone. Please pick up. I wont bite. lol
Trey was a great help when I changed phones. Trey went above and beyond switching my information to my new phone. Ivan showed me some new programs I did not anything about. I will go back when I need help or when I buy a new phine. Thanks again Trey and Ivan!!!!

Oh wowza! Let me tell you some about these employeez at cricket wireless in Denton on University. Go in with a broken phone. Give it to this Yung handsome af phone wiz. In seconds he fixes with his cricket insect powers. They my family now.Side note: most beautiful lady cricket employee was there just lookin hella cute and stuff. If you ever see this miss lady txt me, you got my number ya kno.In conclusion 10/10 recommend.

The surfer dude working the floor was pleasant and chatty, but, couldnt get it together to sell a phone. Finally I got to pick a phone, but, he couldnt find the keys. Then he didnt have the phone in stock. offered an older version of the phone. I left. they are incompetent.
Salma was awesome and very helpful... She didnt try to upsell me, allowing me to make the right purchasing decisions for myself. She helpes me back up my systems so they would never get lost even if my phone was lost or broken. On top of that, she was really cool, laid back and not pushy.
