The french fries were incredibly stale (just kidding)While I have a couple of issues with corporate phone support, everyone I have interacted with and been involved with at this location has been absolutely amazing.Reggie and the other employees have treated me with incredible kindness and respect, even through the aforementioned miscommunications at the corporate level, and have gone out of their way to accommodate me and ensure that I am taken care of as a customer.I am more than willing to continue doing business with Verizon if it means I will be able to continue engaging with representatives like those at the store in the future.
I stopped by the store over the weekend with my wife to have them check her phone. There were 2 employees up front and both had a customer in front of them. We waited patiently for what seemed like an eternity. The entire time neither of them made eye contact or offered a quick well be right with you. We eventually gave up and went across the street to Best Buy and were helped by their phone staff. Will not bother stopping by this store again.
This store wouldnt allow us in as we had our dog with us. Went to Best Buy with our dog and purchased new phone. If you dont allow pets just post it dont kick us out on some employees opinion. Been a customer for a long time and I personally will not be back.
Went in to ask a ? As they wer closing and the associat told me to go away and then shut the grate in my face worst consumer service I have received I just switch to AT&T after that. I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years not any more good job on consumer service you just lost my family to your competitor

Lexx did a fantastic job of walking me through the process, explaining my different options and once I upgraded helped me get everything setup. I really enjoy Verizon wireless services, but I dont like that they dont do simple repairs here like a cracked screen on my Galaxy 28th. Thats the reason for the loss of a star, otherwise everyone here is very amicable and instrumental in providing the service one would expect from a preponderant corporation.

After calling the customer service representative I realized I had to go back to the store ( customer service was no help), Peter called them for me and helped me. Aa an Over The Road Truck Driver my iPad is how I take care of business and look up certain things.After 4 states of trying to get it running again they were able to swap out SIM Cards and get it working again and brought it to me in me vehicle.Thank you for fixing it for me
This is a wonderful store. Very nicely laid out and easy to browse. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you are 55 plus the discount is very good and their trade in rates are definitely the best.
Could have been more friendly and had better product knowledge. Went over to bestbuy and found the Versizon rep Michael to be on the ball. He gave me a complete rundown as to what was going on in the Samsung world and what to except in the weeks ahead.

Went in to switch my phone and the man who helped me explained everything well as well as let me try out the new wireless charger before deciding to buy it. I interacted with about 3 different people during my short visit and they all were very polite. Not sure where the poor customer service that everyone was reviewing was....very nice employees that helped me.
They don’t even deserve one star. Least helpful people on the planet when you have a real problem. Precluded an employee from replacing a broken phone because i was not physically in the store even though i was speaking to them from the authorized number on the account. I’ve never had this problem at any other verizon store. Just this one. I suggest you avoid it.

I arrived at the store today read the signs log in and check in and someone will be with you shortly iwaited being in a wheelchair ♿ i asķed my daughter to go check if they are coming out to visit me or I need to go in the girl out front helped 2 people one inthe store and one outside told my daughter that I have to make a appointment and come back tomorrow if I wanted my phone to fixed said she came to the truck and was ignored she never talked to me even after my daughter told her that I was needing help very rude wish Reggie would have been there she gives the store a bad reputation i drove to hickory creek and theyre wonderful fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes that is where I will go from now on

Great store. Professional employees. But I went to replace my broken phone, and got husseled into a higher phone bill of 5$ more that when I got the bill it was 15$ more. So thats frustrating. But I love Verizon all together, so Im only removing one star for that incident; of which I still am paying for just to try out the virus protection blah blah which doesnt automatically install yet even though I pay for it? Hmm.

Found me the best plan to fit my needs and is always there if I have a question!Alfredo recently contacted me regarding a promotion that would save me over $40 a month. Also got me a new phone (was insured) shipped to me overnight and it all took about 5 minutes!

Staff is unaware of backup apps provided by Google play which are readily available. Troubleshooting skills are lacking, I suggest another location if you need any help transferring phones after using Verizon customer care.

I called customer service and they made an appointment for me to come into the store. When I arrived I was told I could not go into the store and I would have yo do all my business online. Then the young girl laughed because i was upset they I had yo leave my home and go to the store. They obviously did not care if I did business with them. I called to report the situation and they cared even less.
The store itself is nice but the staff leave a lot to be desired. They are unprofessional, rude, unwelcoming, barely listen to you, and act as if they do not want to be there. If you want decent customer service, I would recommend going to a different Verizon store.

Dear all small business owners like us. We got a called from a lady name Valkyre (not sure if correct spelling) from this Verizon store, offered us with their plans and variety of phone lines.This lady will come and see you with 2 others, promised all kind of things. We decided give them a try. We drove from our place to this location almost 30 minutes. Then, the manager name Yeilinda Hernandez came out to see us. As a trucking business, each driver joins in, we add a phone lines with Verizon. Everything was okay until few weeks later, we found out so many missed calls but never reached to our lines. Our business partners, important phone calls... never show as missed calls in our phones even the callers actually heard the ringing sounds from their phones so they assumed we hung off on them without calling them back. The true was we never got any notifications from our ends. However, we tried to call and text Valkyre and Yeilinda without any replies. This is so frustrating even though I gave them weeks to try but same things happen till now. Stay out of this place and these issue, they are trying to take advantage of us. So, you do not want to be another victims.
Eh. I switched from one plan to another plan in store and it caused all kinds of problems. My phone could no longer connect to the network and I couldnt get sms. I called customer service and 45 min later they said I had to go into a store. When I went into the store I was told to just call customer service and we cant really do anything in store. Nice.
Terrible service. I have an iPhone X that is having a screen malfunction, mind you I also have insurance. The moment I walk in and show the rep my phone he tells me I bet you have too many text messages after deleting over 1,000 messages my phone still did not work. He didnt try to take a look at my phone at all. My phone was only taking up 79GB of 256GB at that time so he also basically stated that an iPhone X Max also isnt capable of functioning properly at less than half full storage capacity. Unacceptable service and now I have messages I can not even get back. I will not be returning to this store.
Came in with a friend who wanted to switch. Friendly staff approached me while I was browsing accessories, asked if I needed help. Staff here is knowledgeable and polite. 4☆ because theres always room for improvement.
I would rather go to a dentist than go to a Verizon store. The morons they have working there are typically on par with a TSA employee. If you hate working with the public, dont. McDonalds is always hiring someone to work the fry station and with your level of intelligence, that would be a perfect place for you.

Well if I had the option I would give this place less than a star. They are not trying to help anyone. I am literally on the phone with Verizon trying to get my order picked up because of the crazy hours they have going, I am trying to work with them they aren’t answering the phones, they didn’t even talk to the individual that I was adding to my account or attempt to help. But that’s ok they deal with me tomorrow I guess.
Salesman T.J. is the best! He is very friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Its so nice to walk in there and see his smiling face. I highly recommend T.J. for your technology needs.

While the actual cell service is at the top of the food chain I find their customer service to be lacking and not up to par with competitors. I say this as a former customer who has had to deal with their rude and unsympathetic employees. Like Paul you can still hear me now, but for alot less and a far more pleasant customer experience.

I switched to Verizon from ATT and the guy that helped me was awesome. He was patient with me and explained everything in detail. I even got a text the next day from the manager asking if my experience went well and if I needed anything.
Helpful and nice employees although they couldnt fix my problem in store but they pointed me in the right direction to fix my problem.

My husband upgraded his phone recently. Not only did they not take the phone out of the box to show it to us like done in the past, they did not even turn the phone on. We bought one of the glass screen protectors for his phone. He went back and asked them to install it because it is a curved screen and they laughed at him. They would not install it. Instead told us to drove to Frisco to the Zagg store and Zagg will do it for free. Zagg does not install the protectors for free we had to pay $10. The customer service at the Denton verizon is awful.
I was given tablets as a monthly promotion. When I asked if I could have the tablets with the $10 a month fee waived, the salesman very enthusiastically said yes!It turns out they gave us a two year contract per tablet, and only turned off the data for 3 months. When they turned it back on, all the sudden our contract was extended for an additional 3 months.I walked in today to let them know I was lied to, and all they could tell me was that my story was all speculation, and they didnt know the salesman that sold me the tablets. Now, were paying $50 extra a month for something we were promised we wouldnt have to pay for.Now, as we call customer service, they direct us to the store manager, who in turn, directs us to customer service.I will not be renewing my contract with this group of liars and thieves. I even told that to them, and they responded with, I understand.
I have twice tried to deal with this location on trade ins. Ive been a Verizon customer for years and this location is the most arrogant and uncooperative group of sales people Ive ever dealt with. If you need assistance go to the location at Rayzor Ranch a few miles up I35. Dont just say youre sorry. Fix the issue!
I have never had any issues with Verizon (as a whole), until a month ago. I upgraded my phone, added a line with a promotional free phone, and cancelled a tablet (which the additional line would replace for $10/month). We got our first bill and were surprised to see $80 added for an additional line, when the salesman told us and showed us that it would be $10/month. My husband and myself repeatedly asked to make sure it was just a switch and not going to be additional charges. We went up there today to see what was going on. Yep! We were severely misinformed by the salesman, and now we are having to pay for it (literally!). Now, to cancel, we have to pay for the phone or suffer $80/month. I will be contacting Verizon (thank you, Ms. Blonde for giving me the cancellation number so I don’t have another nightmare of cancelling again!)This review is for the sales person JB. You, sir, need to be reviewed by supervisors to make sure you are not misinforming customers. It is giving this store a bad rep. I am very disappointed that you did not do your research very well (even after we questioned you repeatedly!) and now we are having to pay for it.Update: 5/22/18 11:30amSo, after getting in touch with Verizon customer service about the problem and to cancel the line (because apparently they can’t do that in store), they made us an appointment to go back to this store and have the phone cancelled and returned with no charges. 😳 We shall see. She starts making arrangements for me to mail the phone and stops, because the phone & line has already been scheduled for “return and desk cancellation” at their corporate Verizon store in Denton of S Loop 288 between 4:30pm-5pm today. 😣🤔Wow. So, circles were ran. I will not return to this store. I am disappointed in how it was handled. JB should not get the commission from the lie he sold us. He, Reggie, and guy with the nails need better training over all. Samantha (blonde lady from original review) was the only one at this store who actually tried looking up solutions yesterday; even after we left. She assisted a 70 year old man with his phone today, and was impressed by her mannerisms and help. JB, Reggie and long nails guy could take a page from her book.

Two stars for being clean and organized, and for having someone come up to us when we came in the store. Minus three stars for the employee not being knowledgeable of neither product nor services. Employee didnt believe that a promotion that Verizon was doing and gave false information about devices. This was only one employee, so I can not speak to over all knowledge.
I have a set top box that I need to return. I called to make sure I was going to be taking it to the correct store. No one answered, then it went to voicemail... THAT WAS FULL. How can a phone company not check their messages? How can a phone company not clear its voicemail? This tells me their customer service must be awful.Verizon: You are the WORST! If you werent the monopoly for phone/internet/cable in my town Id leave you in a heartbeat.

Sold a tablet that is a piece of junk then within our 14 day window we were told we needed to pay a restock fee of $35.I would rather throw the tablet out in the road and let cars run it over than pay the stupid fee.Why am I having to pay the fee??When we asked to see the manager, we were told the fee can not be waved. After we were persistent they ended up waving the fee.Why was that necessary?
Service is good, but not great. Disappointed they no longer have real technicians on site to work on phones.
